Hotel Dengan Pools di Setubal District, Portugal

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, give a resort feel! But it’s a bit rundown, for example the back of the building looking towards the pool could use a paint because it looks old and needing it badly! I also requested an iron and there isn’t one neither in the rooms not in the whole hotel! The rest is great! Indoors pool and sauna, room looks like 80s but comfortable, views and birds around are great, next to the beach. Breakfast was good

The hotel was amazing! The room as very clean and with great space! Breakfast was good but not amazing as well as the spa area. The only bad thing was the bathroom as every time we had a shower, it would create a pool inside the bathroom! We had to put the towels on the floor to avoid the water to spread to the room and we had to call the housekeeping 3 times to clean all the water.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice pool & restaurant, in a good location. Quite a way up a steepish hill, but they provide a service to take you up/down if you prefer not to walk it. Breakfast has a good choice of foods. Sesimbra itself is a great seaside town & it’s lovely to walk along the seafront, with a great selection of restaurants & bars to visit.

Serving local agricultural products is nice. + Surrounding the outdoor pool is so beautiful. + Room is clean and, bed is so comfortable, view from the balcony is fantastic. - It is a pity that no slippers are provided.

The location of the hotel is easy to find.  There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel.  If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.   The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays.  When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop.  I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

The hotel has sea views but is not the first line, it is on a high but remote. The staff were generally very sympathetic. The top room is small, as well as the toilet but enough, the minibar is super silent, the hygienic swab had a little uncontrolled pressure. Noise for the corridor and for the outside is not the best but it is not too bad, but I haven't heard noise from the other rooms. The SPA pool is small, they control the lotion with pre-reservation and the small children can only attend in the morning. The gym has some machines, enough to work the large muscle groups. The breakfast is varied, I see missing the typical alentejan bread, on the first day the mosquito eggs had a very resqueeze look, on the second day they had already a good look, I think the 10 a.m. is bad to start the staff in a snack to collect the boards and conditioning access to only a part of the buffet, starting cleaning and no longer putting anything back. It was a pleasant stay.

Excellent location, with a very nice rooftop, with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Very good breakfast

It's an Ibis! The room was well maintained, and the swimming pool was a good way to relax. The pool has deeper options as well, perfect was a long swimming session.

It is always so good to be back. Even on a winter day, the hotel makes you feel comfortable. Relaxing landscape in a very large room, with an excellent bed. Water and chocolates are provided as courtesy. The balcony seems to put you inside the countryside, breath in breath out, and take all the fresh air you can. You can even take a bath while you enjoy the view. Breakfast is sublime. Freshly baked eggs on demand, coffee bar with hand made beverages, pastry and fresh fruit with several local items available. All of this while you glance at the infinite pool. You can even have breakfast outside, if it is not to cold.

Très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur le barrage. Le lieu est calme et reposant, il n’y a rien d’autre aux alentours mais pour une nuit ça nous convenait parfaitement. J'étais cependant très déçu, car nous avons eu la chambre tout à gauche, offrant une petite vue sur le barrage et sur le parking… Heureusement que les espaces communs bénéficiaient d'une belle vue. La piscine et les transats étaient parfaits, et le petit déjeuner était tout à fait correct. En revanche, pour le prix, le service à l'accueil laisse à désirer : aucune proposition pour porter nos valises. De plus, personne ne s'occupe du bar à la piscine, qui est en libre-service avec des boissons très simples. Ça manque de staff je trouve, surtout en haute saison.
