Отель и сервис в нем мне не понравились. Не соответствует цене. Вида на горы там нет, как и самих гор. Номер больше похож на комфорт, а не полулюкс, с плохо заправленной кроватью. Завтраки скудные и кофе ужасный, хотя за него есть доп плата. Максимально неприятно было на завтраках, когда я попросила латте, девушка официант сказала, что это доп плата, я попросила записать на номер, так как не взяла с собой деньги, Дженкинс за баром через весь зал кричала мне что этот кофе за доп плату. Она явно перепутала заведение с рынком, иначе такое повеление не описать. Я сделала ей замечание, за что она начала на меня наезжать с претензиями. Это было смешно, а после я у слышала что я еще и должна ждать свой кофе, когда она его соизволит сделать. Ну и по окончанию я получила этот кофе, который невозможно было пить. Могу сказать точно, что в этот отель я не вернусь . Ни качества, ни сервиса.

Останавливались 5.11.2025 большой семьей . Бронировали 3 номера . Номера большие , чистые . В гостинице есть буфет с посудой и свч печь . Персонал вежливый . Большое спасибо администратору Олесе , очень доброжелательный человек

GGuest UserHotel and service in it I didn't like. Not at the price. The view on the mountains there isn't as much as the mountains themselves. The room is more like comfort, not semi-luxe, with a badly charged bed. Breakfasts are scarce and coffee is terrible, although there is a dop fee for it. The most unpleasant was breakfast when I asked for a latte, the waitress girl said it was a dop fee, I asked to record on the room because I didn 't take the money, Jenkins behind the bar across the hall shouted to me that this coffee for the dop fee. She clearly confused the institution with the market, otherwise such an order would not be described. I made a remark to her for which she began to rape me with claims. It was funny, and after I heard I still had to wait for my coffee when she would allow it to be made. And at the end I got this coffee, which was impossible to drink. I can tell you exactly that I won't return to this hotel . No quality, no service.
