Hotel Dengan Pools di Smolensk Oblast, Russia

I stay at the hotel not the first time. Everything is great! I would like to mention a couple of points: that last time there was a variety on breakfast days: on some day there were differences. Now the menu was the same. Maybe it was just expanded to not change. However, the composition of the dishes is very diverse , all the eye is delicious! There is also a moment with window opening, the window can be closed, but a strong man is needed to open. Perhaps in the future, there will be a replacement of glass packages and this nuance will be taken into account when redesigning. Everything is as before, at the height. I'm happy to stay again in the best hotel in the city!

Everything is wonderful! Excellent staff and attention!

We stopped on the road from Poland to Moscow, were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, comfort, service, as well as the artistic taste with which the rooms are decorated. Prices are very reasonable, breakfast is delicious. They gave us a more spacious room than we booked, in another wing, because it was noisy in the ”one”, because there was something noted in the restaurant. In general, the atmosphere is like in a country house, comfortable, everyone is smiling and trying to help. There are plenty of parking places. Recommend

I liked staying at the hotel, the good atmosphere, at request brought all the necessary things immediately. (The weather was cool and it required a warm blanket) in the room Poluux has a coat and slippers and a teapot with accessories

The hotel is not in the center! , before booking check the address on the Yandex or Google map. However, if you are on the car, it is not so much minus, and the hotel has its own parking. 24-hour registration, we arrived late and we were settled very quickly. In the room we didn't immediately find a window: it is unusually located on the ceiling (see Photo), there is a crane for opening it. The room is very clean, the bathroom is quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, all work (refrigerator, TV, air conditioner), the roast is enough, wai-wai fast, water without interruption. On the floor there is a cooler with water. The hotel is excellent in relation to price/quality, for a short stop is very convenient. There is a cafe at the hotel, there can be breakfast.
