Hotel Dengan Pools di Izmir Province, Türkiye

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

Pros: - Location (very close to everything) - Rooms are big, well-equipped and clean. - The pool area is good for relaxing. - Staff are very friendly Cons: - The mattress was too soft for us (personal preference) In general, the hotel is very good and we strongly recommend.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere. The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel quite late, and we are especially grateful to the lovely girl at the reception desk who waited for us and greeted us warmly. Since it’s the off-season now, there were very few guests, and it seemed like we were the only ones staying here over the past two days. However, the hotel still provided us with a buffet breakfast and maintained a clean swimming pool, which truly showed their dedication and attention to detail. Thank you to all the staff! And thank you, Ephesus, for giving us such wonderful memories!

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

酒店很漂亮，有室外游泳池，房間蠻温馨的，服務人員熱情周到，我們需要他幫忙打電話諮詢點事情，很樂意幫忙。可惜第二天一早我們要趕其他行程，沒有吃到早餐，但出門時，酒店門口已經有很多攤主在擺攤，聽説是集市。
