Hotel Dengan Pools di Kocaeli Province, Türkiye

Room was clean. Get extra bed for child. Only down side is miscommunication with the hotel staff. As they request for extra charge for child (7 & 9 years old) but we already chose room that includes child. But overall everything was good & a lot of varieties selection for breakfast buffet. 👍🏻

It was an amazing stay in such place the place is so quiet and perfect for families and couples, the room are big and comfortable, the reception guy ahmad was vey friendly, I really advise anyone who want to stay away from crowded areas, go to kartepe panorama, also it was very close to telefric.

It was so nice the service and the location. Everything is so beautiful and also I love the personality all the employee so kindly and friendly. I would love to come back again here and recommended to all my friends and my family.

Thanks to all the hotel staff! Rooms are clean , people are nice, solved all my problems, gave me transfer to hospital, course k didn't know need to buy it. Thank you !

Otel çok güzel. Büyük fuayeden, kapalı ve açık havuzlara, peyzajdan, Marmara'nın güzel manzaralarına kadar, ödenen ücrete değerdi. Sokağın karşısında çocuk oyun alanı ve gözleme, süt mısırı ve sanat ve el sanatları satan tezgahların bulunduğu çok güzel bir park var. Cami yakında. Google haritalar yol kapatmalarıyla iyi güncellenmediği için otele gitmek biraz zor olabilir.

The room was small in first day, after I complained it was charged to better size room. There a delay in assign of room even if you come after check in time. Overall the hotel is good.

Öncelikle havuz yeri sectim sonra oraya gittiğimde yanlışlık olduğunu fark ettik ama sahiplerinin aşırı derecede ilgisi vardı çok yardımcı oldular müsait olduğu için farkını ödeyerek havuzlu bungalov’u tercih ettik gerçekten aşırı derecede temiz güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililerdi

Wifi coverage. bad signal dropping out regularly, also having problem with wifi password log in. As it is now winter time, air con only provide heating. Room feel warm and stuffy, room lighting is also minimal with only three lamp shade and look dark.
