As usual we enjoyed our stay at Hard Rock. It's a great place to go and enjoy the coast and scenery. We watched a movie in town and gambled and relaxed. Hotel was really nice and we had a wonderful time as usual. Retirement is the Best!!!

When we arrived at 6pm the front desk said there was a wait for clean rooms and they could take our luggage and call us when a room was ready. There were other people waiting for rooms as well. Thankfully they found a room before I left the front desk and accommodated us! Great place for kids and adults alike. Will be returning.

It was our first time at The Golden Nugget. We were disappointed in the signage directions—we had to search on our own for the hotel check-in counter. Even though it was evening there were no staff on the floor to help and only one security guard was noted. We were celebrating our anniversary and were especially looking forward to the buffet meal only to find out it had been closed for sometime—even though it is advertised on your website. Another let-down was no slot machines available. Our hotel room was nice but overall the trip was disappointing!

The hotel was enjoyable and the slot play but the card tables are only for the house they do not shuffle or cut cards before they put them in the shuffling machine so I like to play cards so I went to the ****** next door in the parking lot and played cards because they shuffle and cut the cards as they should and fives better odds for the player so I would suggest to only play slots no table games but the hotel it's self was very good and the restaurants

We were VERY disappointed with our check-in process. Our school arrived before 2:00 pm and was told we would only be helped after 3:00 pm. We didn't mind waiting; we just wanted to get an early start because of the number of rooms we had. When the associate decided to help us, she selected rooms that were not cleaned, clocked out, and left at 3 pm, and we had to wait until after 5:30 for our students to receive their room keys. Meanwhile, another school came at about 4 pm and was helped by the next shift and received their rooms in a matter of minutes. My students were so disappointed and embarrassed, and I was in utter disbelief. This is truly unacceptable and at that point, i was too angry to even attempt to retrieve the name of the young lady who helped us initially.

Great hotel!! Great location for food and family activities. The customer service is helpful and polite.

We are traveling to North Carolina and our stay was for one night. The room was really nice and clean. The location was great. Bass Pro Shops and several other stores are within walking distance. I would like to thank Ms. Willis, (General Manager), Too Tall (Kitchen Manager), and Front Desk Manager (sorry I didn’t get her name), for handling a situation that occurred in the restaurant. These folks went above and beyond to be professional and apologetic. It’s so good to know some places still believe in Great Customer Service! Thank you so much!

This is probably the worst Marriott property I’ve stayed at. I’m a Titanium member and have already spent 30 days in other Marriotts this year alone. The bathroom needs new hinges, tub, and in the least, a clean shower curtain. The one I had was very moldy. The door hinges were rusty, as was the coffee maker that completely leaked. I requested another coffee maker to which another front desk person said she would look for. I requested this Tuesday morning, and returned around 7-8 PM. No coffee maker in sight. I asked someone else who appears to assist with security or cleaning. He found a new one for me, but this should have been replaced long before. During check-in, I was told cleaning was every other day; and also what I selected using the Bonvoy app. Nobody ever came to clean the room. The location wasn’t great; at least not the view looking at an auto parts spot. Someone else I bumped into during my stay said he was looking for another location since he couldn’t imagine staying there for a month. I looked but the area had sold out of rooms. Otherwise, I really wanted to leave. There is a Springhill Suites close by that I stayed at the week before; it was so much better. I slept horribly throughout the week; the walls are thin, and you can hear every single kid running down the hallway, door knocking, door slamming. Also, it’s rare I come across hotels that have absolutely no USB outlets. The normal outlets are hit and miss as far as working. The AC unit is loud, and it’s either hot or cold, no good balance (it’s the old school unit near the floor; no wall control). Unless you are in desperate need of a place and all others are sold out, keep your expectations low. I feel bad for the employees as they appear to hold dual roles; the night manager never seemed to be at the desk, but i would always see her checking the floors. Another looked like she is also responsible for cleaning the lobby area. Perhaps this is why the room never got serviced. The 2 stars is only for the employees. It was a little difficult to locate because of the poor signage. It was very clean and the staff was extremely pleasant. I t was nice to have a free hot breakfast. Our room was nicely decorated however too small issues came up. The coffee pot had no lid and one feather pillow was extremely lumpy and unusable

A roach was seen on dresser 😞really just need to be updated but the staff was very friendly and nice pool was nice just had grass in it from getting grass cute

My wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.

Rooms are not impressive. Very dark and dated. Small tv and ancient microwave. Basic bed that was not extremely comfortable. We stayed there for a week on business. Forget ironing your clothes. Iron and ironing board were both shabby. But the worst thing for me happened in the breakfast area. My husband and I went down. Saw people eating so we walked up to the breakfast bar and started making our plates. I sat down, my husband was still getting food and a woman from the kitchen came out and said to us (across the whole sitting area) that breakfast doesn’t start for another 8 minutes. Then looked at our plates and said I guess it’s too late now. We had seen one other guest eating a hot plate and others eating cold food. It was embarrassing and I was fuming. I went to the front desk and the attendant told me to mention it on my survey that I’ll receive by email. On the way back to where I was sitting, I looked into the kitchen area and told the woman I thought the way she talked to us was very rude. She wanted to argue with me about cold food being available versus hot food is not and I just walked away. Shortly after I called and spoke to someone else. She said she had heard about it and that I was rude, made a scene, yelled at the cook and made her cry. And another guest confirmed this. It was a complete lie. And this person couldn’t imagine the cook treating us the way I explained. She said the cook also just recently lost her mother. As if that is a reason ti be rude to guests. She apologized but I could tell didn’t believe me. Said she would pass it onto the manager. Never heard anything from a manager. That evening we spoke to a woman up front who was really nice. She said she would pass it on to the manager. We have yet to hear from anyone. Holiday Inn Express, if breakfast doesn’t start until a certain time, put a sign out. How are guests supposed to know that even though the food is out, it isn’t available? And it was 6 minutes before the 6:30 breakfast time, not 8, if you want to get technical. Also, teach your employees how to talk to guests. I almost always stay at holiday inn express when traveling. They have always been consistent and provide what I need. I have never stayed in one that was so outdated and had terrible customer service. I will stay at others but will never stay here again. There is one right down the road in Jackson and another in flowood. No need to stay here. We were going to move to another one after the first night but my husband became sick so we ****** it up there. Never again.

Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable. Only complaints are that the 5am coffee isn’t as hot as it should be. The coffee urn is very old looking so it’s probably not well insulated from many years of use. And the TV service is awful. You should upgrade with smart TVs.

I liked this hotel. Only things I didn't like was waiting for almost 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the front to check me in at 6pm & the attitude of one staff member the following morning when my key kept locking me out the room. The last guy at the front desk was great & used an actual key to let me in after finding out the key card reader needed to be replaced.
