シャトルバスのピックアップを2回依頼したり、SNSでやり取りしても2時間来ませんでした。結局ホリデーインのドライバーの方が心配して声を掛けてくれて送ってくれました。空港まではちゃんと送ってくれました。シャトルバスサービスがあるから予約したのに残念でしたがお部屋は綺麗で朝食は良かったです。

Very good hotel with big room and soft beds. Great breakfast. Free shuttle bus to the airport.

Excelente Hotel, servicio excelente, recepcionista bilingüe, la habitación muy cómoda, tiene una pequeña cocineta, refrigerador y microondas. Tiene los servicios de productos de higiene Shampoo, Acondicionador, gel de manos y crema corporal. Cuarto Vestidor, escritorio de trabajo y cómoda para guardar tus artículos personales. En las instalaciones hay alberca, centro de lavado. A cualquier hora en recepción puedes tomar café.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

Our flight was cancelled due to weather in our layover in Dallas so we picked a feasibly priced hotel near the airport to sleep. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Hotel is older and a bit worn but for the price it fit exactly what we needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some redeeming qualities, my overall experience left a lot to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my stay: Pros 1. **Affordable Price**: The room rates were budget-friendly, making it suitable for travelers looking for a cost-effective option. 2. **Staff**: The staff was polite and tried to be helpful, though they seemed understaffed at times. Cons 1. **Amenities**: Basic amenities like toiletries, fresh towels, and a working air conditioner felt subpar. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. 2. **Noise**: The walls were thin, and I could easily hear people talking and walking in the hallways, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall Experience: It might be a decent option for someone on a tight budget and just to stay for one night, but I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with better facilities.

The elevator was down and there was no notice until arrival. Had to take stairs to and fro. Room was super muggy and alter mental state homeless hanging and sleeping out front.service was ok. Checking was a process ad I prepaid and they had a balance showing eventhough I prepaid in full. Checking was bad but checkout staff was good and accommodating.

Good location but room slightly dated

I love the customer service they have a very friendly can do attitude staff willing to help. The cleanliness of the hotel is very immaculate. Their housekeepers even take the time to clean and sanitize the elevators. All common areas are always nice and well kept. Breakfast changes frequently as far as the eggs and breakfast meats so you get a very good variety. And I just have to speak on the staff again because they give excellent customer service it could be the middle of the night and you could be in need of a Band-Aid I guarantee they're going to do everything to make sure you're taken care of.
