Hotel Dengan Pools di Bukhara Region, Uzbekistan

올드타운에 걸어서 10분정도 걸려서 나쁘지 않은 위치예요. 수영장이 실내, 실외에 있고 풀이 커서 수영하기 좋더라구요. 깊이는 전체가 1미터 50센티 정도~~ 바닥이 뜨끈뜨끈해서 찜질할 정도 ㅎ 방이 좀 더웠는데 에어컨이 안되고.. 냉장고도 코드가 빼져있어서(110볼트) 어댑터를 후런트에서 달라고해야해요.

Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.

Для трехзвездочного отеля все в норме. Из плюсов: халаты в номере, хороший ресторан доступный с утра до ночи, хороший wi-fi, очень тихо) Из минусов: до старого города 20 минут пешком, идти неудобно, нужно пересекать трассы и спальный район. Постель большая, но неудобной я: нет наматрасника, плохие подушки, застиранное серое постельное белье. В душе нет напора, ванную набирать 3 часа.

There was no buffet breakfast when I was there, but the room was comfy and the front desk staff were really helpful

strategic location in the quiet alley. 4 minutes walk to Chor Minor monument. short walk to restaurants nearby. the bed super comfy. shower & aircond works in good condition. and the best part is the rooms included with lots selection of delicious buffet breakfast. recommended!

Their breakfasts were great. I really appreciated their fried eggs. The last night when I had to catch a 5:30 am train, they fixed a portable breakfast and gave it to me as I got in the cab.

Мы прибыли в этот отель 4 марта вечером нас встретили в отеле отлично,более того нам подняли уровень комнаты за это отдельное спасибо. В номере все очень чисто и аккуратно нет лишних запахов уровень соответствует цене. Ребята в ресепшене отзывались на все отзывы и помогали во всем. Думаю этот отель один из лучших в городе Бухаре. Советую все путешественникам.
