The room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. The shower in the bathroom was also a great one , which is always a positive after a tiring day of walking . Sunita, traveller from India

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

Boutique Hotel Minzifa is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. It’s really quiet and I heard no noise during the night. The staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast is also really nice and it can be eaten in a beautiful environment. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and all of the attractions. The hotel also offers a walking tour which we took and it was very informative and well planned! If I come back to Bukhara I will definitely be staying here again!

The sweeping ramp and reception area that first greeted us then set me up for disappointment. The staff were well trained, effective and hospitable. check-in and out were quick, the porterage was good. The twin bedded room though was rather small in comparison to the two previous hotels we'd stayed in, in Uzbekistan. Not quite cramped - but I guess we'd just been pampered before. But the level of cleanliness, the degree to which they were furnished and appointed was faultless. The bathroom too was a matching ”foot or two” smaller than we'd have liked. The dining room, and the breakfast served there were faultless, tasty (do try the 'ring bread' , and the service very efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Malika in Bukhara, and my overall experience was delightful. The hotel's location, ambiance, and service left a positive impression on me. The room at Hotel Malika was comfortable and well-maintained.

Отель с отличным соотношением цена -качество. Владелец готов обеспечить ваше комфортное проживание в отеле и готов помочь в решении всех организационных вопросом : заказ еды , такси и т.п. Номер большой , с двуспальной кроватью, оснащен кондиционером. Шумоизоляция средняя , как внутри так и снаружи, но для меня это было неактуально. Матрац жестковат, но это норма для Узбекистана. Завтрак был хороший, в формате ” шведский стол”. До исторического центра около 2 км, но чтобы не ходить по жаре и не переходить дорогу через опасный пешеходный переход, лучше воспользоваться такси, которое будет не дороже 150 рублей.

The lobby manager was extremely rude and they have no such thing as customer service. The receptionist agreed to a late check-out till 12:30 pm (not much of an extension). When I called the reception the next morning to request for some more extension beyond 1230, the lady manager said that we will have to check out at 12 only! I was shocked and I asked her if I hadn't called, would you have bothered to inform me? She very rudely said that that we have to vacate the room by 12 noon or we will be charged an extra days charge. At the check out desk their cars machine did not work or they deliberately didn't swipe it correctly, so we ended up paying in cash! The same cards had worked earlier in the morning at the shops in the local bazaars of Bukhara. Worst experience in the entire trip in Uzbekistan where people were very friendly and helpful.

We are grateful to the Modarixon for finding us rooms on the spot when we had to check out of an unsuitable hotel nearby. The staff were kind, helpful and competent. Rooms were very clean, spacious, well equipped with fridge and kettle in room. Good breakfast buffet. The hotel is located very near the historic center of Bukhara, with plenty of good restaurants, shopping and major attractions within easy walking distance. Only odd part was showers sprayed all over bathroom, but that was a minor drawback to an overall excellent hotel experience. A comfortable hotel with really nice staff.

Прекрасный отель.Красивый и изысканный дизайн в восточном стиле.Всё на самом высоком уровне.Отношение к гостям выше всяких похвал.Завтраки вкусные.Сам отель расположен в самом центре исторического района города.Мы в полном восторге,всем рекомендую данный отель.

Globalement déçus par les prestations. Très belle piscine mais accès au sauna et hammam payants alors que la réservation indiquait le contraire. Personnel peu agréable au spa et peu disponible à la réception. L’hôtel est plutôt bruyant : en effet, il y’a eu un défilé assez incroyable de couples qui se mariaient (photos dans le hall) et qui pour certains fêtaient cela à l’hôtel… Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais plusieurs fois impacté par les mariages (plus de café, tables sales, etc). Très cher par rapport à notre expérience dans l’hôtel et surtout en comparaison avec d’autres hôtels de la ville de moins bon standing que nous avons finalement préféré à celui-ci.
