Мы прибыли в этот отель 4 марта вечером нас встретили в отеле отлично,более того нам подняли уровень комнаты за это отдельное спасибо. В номере все очень чисто и аккуратно нет лишних запахов уровень соответствует цене. Ребята в ресепшене отзывались на все отзывы и помогали во всем. Думаю этот отель один из лучших в городе Бухаре. Советую все путешественникам.

Очень уютный семейный отель.Комфортные номера со всем необходимым( фен, шампунь,мыло,зубная щётка, тапочки).Очень хорошие завтраки.
Единственное, чтобы мы рекомендовали учесть отелю = шторы= они сильно пропускают солнце и с самого раннего восхода это не даёт спать.
В остальном отель просто отличным с очень доброжелательным обслуживанием!!

It was very clean and so exiting.First I wrongly booked 2 single beds but I asked for to give me a couple bed from reception.And They helped me ro this.
Hotel room so clean and breakfast was a very delicious.
And we ordered extra water from reception ,and they brought free.
And we ate a national food from restaurant which under the hotel.And we got 15% free coupon .

Was such a beautiful place to stay stay if you want to stay near the old city and I loved it. The staff are very helpful and kind and one of the staff let me check in two hours since I arrived a bit earlier. That’s the hotel has really nice ambience to eat and all of the amenities and facilities that come with it are exceptional as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would love to stay here, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to stay close to the old city to choose this place

This place is very fancy. The room was nice and they have a free pool, steam room and sauna that we had all to ourselves. Also bukhara is an amazing place generally.

Своя парковка.

Местоположение отличное.
В номере есть все необходимое, зуб набор по запросу, текла раковина, после того, как ею воспоьуешься, лужа.
Завтраки посредственные, голодный не уйдёшь, но все холодное, так как выставляют с утра.
Нам не повезло, с нами заехала футбольная команда, которая гвлдела по вечерам, ближе к 23, чем доставляли неудобства.
В целом за эту стоимость место не плохое, белье чистое, кровать удобная,подушки тоже..

Отель расположен не в старом городе, но на такси добираться достаточно близко. Немного шумно было от машин на улице (вид на город). Завтрак нормальный, разнообразный, была клубника, черешня, абрикосы в середине мая. Но заканчивалась яичница и каша. Нам было тяжело настроить телевизор, обращались за помощью к персоналу. Кондиционер работал х.орошо.басснйн хороший, новый.

CCatchthefartMost hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the old city, avoiding the crowded traffic within. It's a 10-minute walk to the square with the Afanti statue and 15 minutes to the Chor Minor Mosque – all easily walkable if you're up for it.

GGuest UserLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Its prime location meant I could easily walk to all the main attractions, and the area was lively and convenient in the evenings. It made for a truly wonderful trip to Bukhara.

EElenaM111The hotel is not in the old city, but by taxi to get close enough. It was a little noisy from the cars on the street (view to the city). Breakfast was normal, varied, there was strawberries, cherry, apricots in the middle of May. But the eggs and casca were finished. We had a hard time to set up the TV, asked for help to staff. The air conditioner worked .good.bassnine good, new.

AableThe location is excellent, about a 200-meter walk from Afanti Square. I stayed in a first-floor room. Although the window was blocked by a wall, it didn't affect my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the freshly ground coffee was a highlight. The garden-style setting in the lobby was very attractive.

VViktorinkaThe hotel is the newest and freshest, within walking distance to the old city and the market. Everything is clean, the bed and towels are snow-white. They quickly checked us in at night, and we arrived at four o'clock. And what nice and friendly people work there, trying to do everything for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the girl at the reception (she is really a jack of all trades, maybe even a manager). She responded to all our requests. Breakfasts (porridge and scrambled eggs with sausages, pizza, pie), everything is delicious. The only wish is to change the coffee machine, because it is not very convenient to operate it yourself, and it takes a long time, but otherwise everything is super!!!

SSHAKHNOZA KARABAEVAWe arrived at this hotel on the evening of March 4th and were greeted wonderfully. They even upgraded our room for us, a special thank you. The room was very clean and tidy, free of any odors, and the standard was commensurate with the price. The receptionists were responsive to all reviews and were very helpful. I think this hotel is one of the best in Bukhara. I recommend it to all travelers.

WwalterlxThe hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.
