Espectacular. Lugar tranquilo. Con vistas al lago. Las habitaciones están muy bien. Camas cómodas y confortables. El personal es super amable. El desayuno muy completo y rico. Lo preparan todo en el momento. El lugar es increíble. Con una ubicación inmejorable

- Dép đi trong phòng rất trơn trượt - Tivi không sử dụng được - Bữa tối quá nhạt nhẽo và ít nếu đi trên 3 người cho 1 combo family đi kèm phòng . Thời gian để chờ đồ ăn rất lâu. - Đồ uống Coca 40k/ lon là quá đắt!

I am very surprised to see a true 5 star hotel at Tam Dao. It was very new and very grand. Staffs are so friendly and it is at the town center. I love the bathroom with bathtub. Shower and WC are separated which make it so convenient. The swimming pool and Spa are fantastic.

겨울에 가기엔 난방이 안 되어 춥습니다. 숙소 위치가 너무 밑에 쪽이어서 성당이나, 카페를 즐기려면 차가 필수. 그리고 식당이 몇개 없어서 외국인이 가기엔 불편해요. 주로 음식을 싸 가거나 호스트에 요청해서 바베큐를 해 먹는. 준비가 필요해요. 저녁엔 식당에서 쌀국수를 팔지 않아요.

We stayed at Venus Hotel Tam Dao during the New Year holiday as a family of three (parents and one child). The room was spacious and very clean, which honestly exceeded our expectations. The hot water worked extremely well, making it very comfortable during the cold winter weather. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. As expected for the New Year period, the hotel was very crowded. However, the breakfast service was well managed despite the large number of guests, which we appreciated. One downside was that the soundproofing of the room was not very good. Noise from New Year celebrations could be heard quite clearly throughout the night. On the positive side, the view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the castle in the distance, which looked stunning. Unfortunately, the fog was quite heavy during our stay, so the visibility was limited. That said, we would love to come back again in the future for another chance to enjoy the scenery and take better photos when the weather is clearer.

Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng, không khí trong lành, nhiều cảnh đẹp thiên nhiên. Đặc biệt nhân viên phục vụ tại sảnh khách sạn rất niềm nở và nhiệt tình, mình quên không mang sạc điện thoại và dung lượng pin còn 2%, trong khi đó mình cần phải dùng đt cho các hoạt động quan trọng của ngày hôm sau. Bạn Lan quầy lễ tân đã rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ cho mình mượn sạc điện thoại qua đêm. Mình rất hài lòng vì sự nhiệt tình của nhân viên ở đây

It’s an ok place to rest and have showers although shower blinds have stains and grimes. They could have given proper blankets rather than just a thin sheet which doesn’t make feel “comfortable” or felt Spartan. For one night, it’s an alright place, as it’s a homestay you do get the family vibes.

I had stayed in this hotel last pandemic time during my quarantine days though it was on a different location. For this stay, my daughter had fun with the swimming pool area and she wanted to go back because of that. Generally, we had a great stay though it's too short.
