Hotel Dengan Pools di Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

Title: Exceptional service and hospitality! I stayed at this hotel for two nights during my trip to Vietnam, and I had a truly wonderful experience. I was especially impressed by the service from the front desk staff member, Bùi Thị Thản. She kindly upgraded our room for free, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Bùi Thị Thản’s attentive care and warm hospitality, our trip was even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Although the hotel is a bit far from the airport, I highly recommend it to everyone. 10/10 for Flamigo Đại Lải Resort! The receptionist, Minh, was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and notably charming and handsome. Our child had a birthday on check-in day, and the resort even surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Our whole family had a wonderful vacation here; the kids especially loved it. We'll definitely be back to Flamigo Đại Lải many more times when we have the chance. Nice!

I booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

Perfect hotel and a scenic view of the castel! Really enjoy the time there and the location is also good! You can walk to town square and church. Breakfast is very nice and many kind of foods. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. They’ve provided you all the amenities you want and also the hair dryer.

I could not imagine a more perfect place to get away from the stresses of life. A small and intimate resort nestled amongst pomelo and orange orchards. While the location is a bit remote, it was well worth the travel - it truly felt like an escape from the world. The rooms are spotless, comfortable and well appointed. Each detail has been meticulously thought out by the owners, who could not have been more kind or thoughtful. Any request was immediately taken care of. The hotel also boasts a lovely restaurant where the chef makes each meal from scratch - each and every one was INCREDIBLE!! I could not have had a more perfect stay and I hope to return many times in the future. 1000/10 highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this gem! 💎💎💎💎💎

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

Mandala Kim Bôi offers a very happy and relaxing experience. The mineral pool is definitely worth it, especially the mineral bathtub on the balcony, which is a really unique and enjoyable feature—soaking while enjoying the view is truly relaxing. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and welcoming, making the stay even more pleasant. The spa services are well-provided, with a calm atmosphere and professional treatments that help you unwind completely. Overall, it’s a great destination for relaxation, stress relief, and wellness, and definitely a place worth visiting again.

This is the most fabulous place to stay. All the rooms are amazing and staying here is a very luxury experience. The hotel go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable and arrange loads of great complimentary activities every day for guests to enjoy. We did yoga, batik paining and candle making and all were wonderful! Breakfast is fabulous with lots of options and the villas are outstanding. I really can’t recommend this hotel enough, looking forward to coming back again! A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi.

Booked as a last minute bed needed. Was a great hotel wish we had more time there, will have to return one day. Standard room but was clean and had what we needed. Many amenities there, balcony to pool, restaurant, lake, free services. Friendly and helpful staff 👌
