Hotel Dengan spa di Yasawa Islands, Fiji

The resort’s stay was totally worth every penny spent.The food, ambience, service and luxury was totally worth it. We had dinner in their regular restaurant, it was very tasty. After that the Japanese restaurant’s 10 course chef special dinner was exotic. The breakfast next morning was the tastiest I have had till date in Fiji. Majority of their cocktails were good. We enjoyed doing snorkeling too using their provided equipment (included in the stay). What was most impressive was the way Kylie (their GM) made sure our stay was comfortable. Initially our caves tour and Nacula island to Nadi return transfer was goofed up by their staff. But the way Kylie turned everything around was just amazing. She not only did cool down a heated discussion between us and their staff (their AGM who was absurd, unhelpful and from a customer perspective pretty much useless, trying to box us into a corner and giving us responses like she’s telling us - this is what you will get, take it or leave it). But kylie showed how mistakes are turned around for good and customer delight is delivered.

The treehouses are cute though there’s only 6 showers for all dorm beds and treehouse guests. You have to buy a food package but service takes a long time so make sure you’ve got plenty of time to relax and not used to running on schedule. There’s not a great deal to do except visit a cultural village and snorkel/ scuba dive.

The sea is very beautiful. This island is far away but worth it. There are many fish when snorkeling, and the water is as clear as jelly. Facilities: The room is quite large, and the two large sofas are very comfortable to lie on. There are refrigerators, coffee machines, and kettles. The open-air shower is very refreshing, highly recommended! There are air conditioners and fans, and it won't be hot at noon. The two bedrooms have independent doors, and you won't disturb your companions when you go in and out. Environment: A relatively primitive route with many plants. The small yard is very comfortable to blow the wind and drink at night. Although I booked a garden view room, I can walk to the beach in about a minute. Service: The service is very enthusiastic! The reservation on the first day was wrong. I thought there were six of us, so I divided four small beds for us. After I told him, I helped us put them together into a big bed. Someone cleaned every day. When I left, I sang a farewell song for us. There are two restaurants, one of which is Japanese cuisine, and omakase has a lot of seafood. The food is good, better than the Sheraton on the main island!

Hotel for a quiet rest. The beach starts from the port on the left, the most pleasant place to swim is near the sandy Cape (the farthest point). There you can swim with a mask.Even in the sink. In addition to the cost of living, you need to pay the cost of food (140 FJD per person per day). The servings are very large, usually a choice from one meat or vegetarian. Breakfast is chlopes, baking, fruit.

可能是因為3月雨季是淡季的原因，整個酒店前兩天就衹入住了我們一家人，感覺那麼多員工衹服務我們三個人太奢侈了！這裏的每一個員工都很善良親熱，沒想到他們每個人都又能歌善舞，這實在是VIP的感覺！大堂東南200米處就是一片面積很大的珊瑚羣（之前選擇這家酒店的原因就是自家的珊瑚羣漂亮），的確是甩主島的洲際酒店的珊瑚好幾條街！個人覺得這裏的珊瑚是僅次於馬爾代夫的，令人驚訝的是海水的温度，體感的確超過30度（後經老闆娘證實），完全是一種泡温泉的感覺，加之海水清澈見底，浮潛時完全是在一個天然的無邊温泉浴缸裏暢遊的感覺，個人覺得珊瑚羣中nemo的密度決定着珊瑚羣的等級（總感覺nemo對水質水紋條件要求比較高，很多熱帶國家的海域都看不到），而這裏的珊瑚羣nemo家族密度相當高，記得最大的一個nemo家庭目測居然有20隻左右呢。強烈推薦，一定讓你不虛此行！注意一點：酒店任何地方都是沒有空調的，晚上風扇房間肯定不熱，但白天出太陽時房間內會有些小熱（不過白天應該大部分時間都不會在房間滯留的）。
