Ryokusuitei’s environment, service, and facilities were excellent. Our pre-stored luggage was promptly delivered to the room.
The private bath room included breakfast, which was delicious with many options, plus a small stove to grill seafood yourself. While the private bath isn’t completely secluded—people in a building across, though quite far away, can see in—the stunning view of Lake Biwa more than makes up for it.
The large public bath is open nearly 24 hours, featuring a relaxing lounge area afterward, free ice cream, and complimentary coffee in the lobby during the day.
Upon check-in, we received shopping discount coupons that could be used to purchase small towels, scented balms, and storage bags.

1) air conditioning is very week, suggest equipping with one more fan in the room
2) only one female lobby staff worked very slowly . Other staff just rest not come out for work
We had waited for a very long time to get back our stored luggage and missed the JR train 😥🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

長濱是北陸本線唯一一個靠琵琶湖的站點（彥根和米原都不在湖邊），而這個酒店又在長濱港，中間有五分鐘路程，並不遠。酒店客房南北向，這使所有客房都能看到湖景。
酒店七樓有浴場和室內瞭望台（向南），已經是湖邊的制高點了，早晚風景都很好，東南北三面瞭望琵琶湖，向西還有伊吹山。出酒店就是琵琶湖渡輪和去竹生島的遊船。
房間保留了泡沫時代的裝修風格，且非常乾淨。雖然入住率很高，但走廊並不吵。服務沒什麼説的，該給到的都給到了。雖然不是很想説性價比的事情，但和大津以及湖西網上動輒幾千元的湖景房相比，這邊真的做到了花小錢辦大事。
感謝酒店提供一晚令人放空的體驗。因《琵琶湖周航之歌》來到這裏，也真的在酒店看到了歌詞中所言之景。希望這個平價觀景酒店可以一直存在下去。

very warming services from the front desk staff to the waitress inside the hotel
they took good care of my bike and then delivered an excellent service during the dinner. the old lady took initiative to introduce me each dish. very nice she was indeed.
the location of the hotel is great. even i didnt get a room with nice view but i still could see the hikone castle from the drink lounge and osen. so amazing view.
the last thing is the food! the dinner is so nice

Very good hotel. Love the room and the hot spring area.
Staff are very friendly.
Just a comment on the food arrangement: suggest the hotel to contact the guest prior to the check-in on the dinner or breakfast arrangement and offer the choices.

Booked this stay to explore the areas around Lake Biwa. Reception was warm and friendly with an English-speaking host who provided us with the information for the stay.
We booked the western style room as we preferred an attached bathroom, however the room condition was outdated and needs refurbishment, like peeling surfaces. The Japanese style room looked better when we caught a glimpse during check-out time.
Nevertheless, location and amenities were great. Location is near major eateries and commercial centres by a short drive.

KKimGood hotel if you really want to get away and relax. Do spas and light/ medium sightseeing. It’s about an hour train ride to any major modern shopping stuff.
They serve Japanese style breakfast and western breakfast for extra charge. Make sure to specify which one. For dinner it’s usually Japanese style. And the food was good. I found out a lot of things I did and didn’t like for cuisine.

GGuest UserThe hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Hikone Station, which is very convenient. The hotel is opposite Hikone Castle, and you can see Hikone Castle while taking a hot spring bath, especially the night view is better. The breakfast is very rich, with many varieties and good service.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean and tidy. The breakfast is exquisite. The best is the ninth floor Omi beef teppanyaki. The meat is tender and the appetizer is paired with salmon dishes. The dessert strawberries are amazing.

The staff were friendly and clean when I first walked in!!
The room was single, but it wasn't uncomfortable for two people to stay in.
The view of Biwako from the window was also nice!!
There was a large bath on the 7th floor, but I was a little disappointed..ㅠㅠ I couldn't use the sauna, and there was so much mold on the ceiling that it didn't feel good to wash...ㅠㅠ There was just one bath and one outside... The bath wasn't big.
One thing I really liked was the breakfast!!!! Among the hotels I've been to, I was able to enjoy the most diverse food and Shiga specialties!! And it was so nice to be able to eat while looking at Biwako outside the window!!!
It was just an ordinary hotel, but the breakfast was satisfying!!

MmicacatThe breakfast is very good and the hot spring experience is also very good. There was no one when I went there, it was just a charter. The location is right by the lake, comfortable and quiet, there is a 7-11 next to it, you can do some simple purchases. The owner of the hotel is a kind and amiable grandmother, who can recommend local activities to us in simple English. I am very grateful to her for taking care of her for a few days.
