Definitely a economical for field trip travellers and right on track of top the sustainable goals. Check-in, rest, housekeeping and other facilities outside the room went smoothly staying comfortably, had a superb breakfast adequate period of ”brunch on weekends. so appreciation goes to Concierge.

Receptionist in the morning was pleasant had issues in the hotel had to check in later . I asked for 2 double rooms which wasn’t actioned . When checking in later in the day after 4pm a different receptionist gave us 2 double rooms however she was not knowledgeable about the area nor if dinner was from the menu or buffet as she didn’t work in that department ! Miserable girl, hospitality definitely isn’t her forte . Breakfast starts at 8am however the hot breakfast wasn’t laid out till 8;30 and missed our train because of this as we had to rush . It’s imperative breakfast is served at the time stated . Staff were apologetic however this has happened before . Hotel very central and generally very pleasant stay . I would stay again .

We drove all the way from London to WHATLEY MANOR, the location is really rural bit quiet. IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL MANOR SINCE 1929. We booked a suite room and upgraded to extra single bed for my son and cost 150£, which is considered very expensive. We booked for 2 nights and it cost us 1500£, [ breakfast included ] in my opinion is very pricey for this location. I think their selling points are spa, sauna, thermal room , hydro pool but for Asian , it is too common for us.The beds are very comfortable, room is very spacious and cozy, provide good quality amenities. They have really beautiful garden good for walking and reading books. Beside price, everything is good.

Excellent. Location to m4 is great for working on the road or for leisure purposes. Very clean and exceptionally efficient with turn around. Check in quick. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options for room service are one of the best I've had, better than some 4/5 stars! IHG are setting the standard for value, service and overall performance very high and my go to hotel group at the moment. IHG being Holiday Inn, Hilton and Roko to name a few.

I have stayed at The Milford Hall many times and have never been disappointed. Located five minutes walk from the centre, the hotel benefits from being in a quite location. Plenty of parking, which they do charge for. It is having a face lift, so there are still some public areas unfinished. The bar is complete and looks amazing. The work in progress doesn't detract from the professional and friendly service I have always received. Breakfast is excellent, cooked to order and served by people who care. I will be back. Thank you

The place was a bit overly priced for 106 pounds the bathroom tiles were not clean under my bed were toys for children meaning the place wasn't cleaned well before I got there ,the room was extremely cold the heating was not working no one on front office when I went down ,no complimentary toothpaste, brush bath robe slippers ,having worked in hospitality this is not anywhere near 4 stars

Overall its worth the price. Only one downside, which the bathroom was a bit outdated with poor shower pressure. And we chose this hotel at the first place only because of the air conditioner, and it functioned well. There was a big carpark outside the hotel and staff members were friendly.

Stayed for two nights. The rooms were lovely,spacious, clean and comfortable. We had breakfast plus dinner in the evening. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming, Francois was exceptional. Meals were very generous and presented really well. Karen, who was on reception was lovely and really nice to chat to. Also, Chris, the duty manager was lovely and friendly, the pair couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

The view and scenery of the hotel is excellent , is quiet and peaceful and food is very good too. Although the choice of buffet breakfast is limited. The swimming pool provides warm water and also have sauna and steam bath
