Отель находится в среднем здании орбит на 40ом этаже, там же и ресепшен. Приятный, весёлый общительный персонал. Быстрое заселение. Стильные, уютные, современные номера со всем необходимым. С балконом и видом на море. Стоит учитывать загруженность лифтов, вниз можно спускаться по 10-15 минут. Набережная в шаговой доступности. Так же рядом кафе и рестораны, но лучше посещать в старом городе. Так же нужно быть готовым к тому, что большая часть тут курит, поэтому с балкона постоянно может тянуть, если его открывать. Мы всем довольны. Цена - качество, пятёрка.

Гостиница находится в старом городе.Расположение отличное!!
Номера относительно большие и чистые,завтрак нормальный,но однообразный за 3 дня ничего не менялось да и кофе ”капучино” за отдельную плату...
СПА и бассейн ужасные(брала гостиницу только из-за СПА)ОЧЕНЬ РАЗОЧАРОВАНА!!
Бассейн маленький и вода холодная душно и неприятно!!!
Заселились полотенец не было,а когда попросили сказали только через час🤔
Нас было три человека а все приносили на двоих!!!(полотенца,воду,шампунь,тапочки и т.д)
Вообщем впечатление осталось не из приятных за такие деньги можно было снять что-то по приличней..не порекомендую своим знакомым никогда!!!

Хороший очень большой отель. Территориально находится у берега моря. Номер был очень комфортабельный, большой, теплый, уборка на высоте. Очень понравился бассейн, сауна и хамам. Есть фитнесс зал, комфортабельный и всегда пустой) Завтрак шведский стол, разнообразный, вкусный. Там же находится казино но мы там не были, так что сказать ничего не могу. Краткое резюме: - приезжайте, вам понравится!

巴統喜來登酒店點評：位置亮眼但細節拉垮
先説優點，酒店的位置確實沒得挑，步行到黑海海濱大道衹要兩三分鐘，去“阿里和尼諾”雕像這些熱門景點也很方便，算是巴統的核心地段了。房間的海景視野不錯，床品也還算舒服，行政酒廊的景觀和服務態度也值得一提。
但作為國際連鎖的喜來登，細節服務實在讓人失望。剛進房間就發現沒有配備拖鞋，這在酒店住宿裏算是基礎配置了，衹能打電話聯繫客房服務提醒，等了快20分鐘才送過來，耽誤了不少時間。
更糟的是洗澡時的體驗，水温完全沒法穩定，前一秒還是正常温水，下一秒突然變燙，趕緊關掉後又立馬變冷，來來回回好幾次，生怕被燙傷或凍着，最後衹能匆匆沖完了事，好心情全被破壞了。
整體來看，酒店的硬件底子和地理位置都很好，但在基礎設施配備和客房維護上明顯不到位，作為奢華酒店榜靠前的住宿，這樣的細節疏漏實在不應該，希望能好好改進。

가격대비 가성비가 좋으며 바닷가도 가깝고 근처 공원도 산책하기 좋고 호텔 가까이 버스정류장이 있어 시내 중심에서 이동하기에 좋았어요.
수영장은 사용해보지 못해 아쉬웠으나 사우나시설이 잘 되어있으며 조식이 다양하게 있어 만족합니다.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach and in walking distance of all the sights of Batumi. Excellent amenities. Very relaxing and couldn’t be more helpful- offered my friend and I each a free upgrade. Would stay again!

ККатерина24The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool. Minus the pool is poorly cleaned, in the corners at the bottom you can see garbage, a little, but it is there. The hammam works nominally, there is no steam injection, it's just like entering a warm room.

AABMD US INCExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

The hotel room card gives you free pass to the museum. There is a curly-haired guy at the front desk named Rajdany who explained this to me enthusiastically. Everyone is very enthusiastic. I didn't eat breakfast here because I heard that the breakfast in the nearby restaurant is delicious, so I went to another restaurant. But if everyone's room doesn't include breakfast, you can also buy one here for an additional 17 dollars.

GGuest UserWide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

땡땡돌이2We arrived at the Hotel General in Batui, which we had booked on Trip.com, by taxi, but the hotel was closed and locked. It was absurd. Fortunately, we contacted Trip.com and found a replacement hotel. The facilities and size were better than the hotel we had originally booked, but the bed was a double bed, so we thought it would be a bit uncomfortable for two healthy men, so we checked into a higher-level hotel with two beds. This was the first time this happened while traveling. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also friendly.
