Hotel Dengan Spa di West Java, Indonesia

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

If you have luggage, drop off first at lobby since there is no concierge in the basement. Overall check in and check out smooth and fast. Hotel open the buffet for “sahur” even the choices not too many. The room was clean, have nice view and balcony. To get to fish pond, green house need quite effort, a bit challenging if you’re fasting. The staff very helpful and nice. Overall was pleasant experience

Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.

-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe -I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout. -Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy. -The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.

The hotel location is quite strategic, near Yogya Junction and Grage Mall and it has free shuttle to and from train station! The service is great and the food quite tasty while the vegetables and fruits are always fresh everyday.

I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.

Sebuah hotel butik (seolah-olah dipanggil ”hotel El royal” oleh penduduk tempatan) di pusat bandar yang hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari jalan Praga. Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahan di dalam bilik agak lama, seperti tandas dan kalis bunyi yang sangat lemah, (anda benar-benar boleh mendengar pelanggan dari pintu sebelah, ketawa dan melompat). Dari segi kebersihan, ia secara amnya ok, kecuali tuala mandi, betul-betul warna ”kelabu”, tidak pasti sama ada ia terlalu lama atau tidak dicuci dengan sempurna, akhirnya saya tidak menggunakannya. Kakitangan hotel umumnya baik dan mesra, tetapi kemahiran berbahasa (Bahasa Inggeris) mungkin menimbulkan beberapa miskomunikasi.

There is no telephone in the room so you need to walk all the way through the hallway next to the elevator to use the telephone to call the reception. It’s so inconvenient when you need to ask for something. The bed is on the softer side so you might find it a bit uncomfortable if you prefer a medium-firm bed.

Gotten a city view room, and it's pretty good! Breakfast are ready from 6am and plenty of local choices. But maybe service your coffee machine a little more often. Connected to a mall directly and it's convenient.
