YYINFirst of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. We couldn't open our luggage because there was no place, and we had to jump to go to the bathroom because there was no way to go. I was really angry. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?

玩玩转星球-KevinThe hotel's front desk service is very thoughtful and the surrounding environment is also very good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the lake. There is a natural hot spring bath in the hotel, and the breakfast is also very good. You can choose between Western and Japanese. There are also small shops inside where you can buy local delicacies and handicrafts. Very good

AAnonymous UserAfter leaving Akita Station, I walked for quite a while (the path was wide and easy to navigate), but the location is absolutely superb. Senso Park is diagonally across, and the Prefectural Museum is right next door. The next morning, I was able to take a stroll in Senso Park while the air was fresh, and then the museum opened at 10 AM, so I popped in for a quick 5-minute look around.
The room wasn't huge, but I was surprisingly able to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. There was also a metal rack in the room, perfect for hanging clothes worn during the day but not needing to be washed immediately.
The front desk thoughtfully provided a Chinese version of the hotel guide, which detailed the onsen opening hours, free ramen availability, breakfast times, Wi-Fi, and which floors had vending machines, microwaves, and ice makers. It was incredibly considerate!
Akita city itself honestly doesn't have much to do, and shops close early in the evening, which is where the advantage of a hot spring hotel really shines! After soaking in the onsen (there's an outdoor one too!), you can enjoy free massage chairs (super large, luxurious, and comfortable). In the evening, there are free ice pops (choose from 4 flavors), and from 9:30 PM to 11 PM, there's free late-night ramen on the 1st floor (it's incredibly delicious! Just needs a little extra water as Japanese ramen can be a bit salty, but the flavor is truly excellent!). In the morning, Yakult is available for free on the onsen floor (from 5 AM to 10 AM).
I stayed for two nights, and my favorite and most anticipated part of each day was returning to the hotel in the evening to shower, soak in the onsen, sit in the massage chairs, and eat ice pops.

YYukaaaa12345I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

GGuest UserAlthough we visited during the snowy season, we had a very pleasant stay.
We were able to relax in the room, restaurant, and open-air bath, while enjoying the pure white scenery.
The complimentary midnight noodles were also available at a food stall within the hotel, and were delicious.

EE2880****After exiting Tazawako Station, it takes about an hour by bus from stop number 2 to reach the hotel, which is quite convenient. Buses are infrequent, so be sure to check the schedule carefully.
My room was actually on the C floor, newly renovated. The room was large and had a toilet, but no shower.
The hotel has Chinese-speaking staff, making communication easy.
The hotel's biggest feature is its highly acidic hot spring, with a pH of 1.2. It will sting if you have any open wounds. There are many hot spring pools, 11 in total, including 50% and 100% hot spring pools, and they are cleaned very thoroughly every day.
Shin-Tamagawa Onsen and Tamagawa Onsen are part of the same company. There is a bus service between the two hotels, and it's about a 15-minute walk (on a pedestrian path, not a bus route). If you're walking, be sure to ask for directions.
Tamagawa Onsen has a Jigokudani (Hell Valley) similar to Noboribetsu Onsen, but even more breathtaking. The Hokuto stone here contains radium and is said to have healing properties; many elderly people lie there daily with their mats.
The hotel food is very healthy, low in oil and salt, perhaps because the guests are mainly elderly and the diet is focused on health. My stomach felt very clean the morning after eating it.

GGuest UserThe room and the staff's service were excellent. The large public bath was also very pleasant and enjoyable.
We used the second parking lot outside the hotel grounds, but it was completely unpaved, which will be very inconvenient in bad weather. We request that paving work be done as soon as possible.
Breakfast: The quantity and variety were both insufficient, falling short even of the level of free breakfasts offered at other business hotels. Improvements are needed.
Since it's a business hotel, using frozen food is acceptable, but please make the menu more varied so that guests don't get bored during long stays.
In particular, the Western-style breakfast, with its heavy main dish served in large portions, is unsuitable for the elderly and women.
This is a long-awaited hotel in front of Oga Station, and I would like to continue using it in the future. Keep up the good work!

GGazing EyesThis hotel is located in Ingabao City, Akita Prefecture. I remember walking from Ingabao Station to the hotel for about 15 minutes. It is an old hotel, the atrium is quite big, the room is large and clean, there is a hot spring, but I did not enjoy it, it is a pity.
I stayed in mid-August Golden Week, and the price was higher.
There is a restaurant inside, breakfast, lunch, dinner are available. I have paid for breakfast buffet, 1,500, there are many types, not bad.
There are large supermarkets and some restaurants such as Sukiya, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, cheap and good quality.
