Gostava que o pequeno almoço fosse mais acompanhado por empregados e que não houvesse tanto barulho na sala.
O quarto onde ficamos dava para. Pátio, bastante sujo. Tinha mini nat mas vazio. Para 4 💫 terá muitas melhorias a fazer.

Comida é boa tanto na zona da piscina como no restaurante e pequeno almoço
Parte da piscina muito agradável e ótima para desfrutar
Apenas a piscina interior não estava muito quente mas talvez por ser verão, não sei..

Big hotel a short walk from the train station. Hotel has 2 pools both cold. The hotel does not have an iron for guests to use. Rooms are dated but clean. Breakfast was continental style. Same food every day. Wait staff were friendly. We had a problem with the mosquitos in the room which was promptly dealt with. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel.

Já estive a muito tempo nesse hotel, e agora me surpreendeu pela negativas em alguns aspetos:
O spa agora só tendo direito a 1 hora por dia.
O elevador demora muito tempo.
De resto o restaurante continua com boa comida e atendimento, e o staff do hotel continua bem dispostos e educados.

로비로 내려가서 방을 교체요청 하였으나
그것도 묵살

Hotel com excelente atendimento, muito agradável bom pequeno almoço com boa variedade , apesar de insuficiente em fruta e lacticínios . Limpeza top garagem para carro com bom acesso .
Quanto ao quarto, deixa um pouco a desejar para um hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐, contudo ,muito confortável e tudo bem limpo

Um hotel muito encantador, os funcionarios de uma simpatia extrema, muito amorosos, preocupados e atenciosos. A limpeza estava impecavel desde os quartos, ao jardim e a zona da piscina e jacuzzi. A decoracao prima pelo charme e glamour nao deixando de ter tambem um ambiente acolhedor. As refeições do pequeno almoco e restaurante muito saborosas. Adoramos o fim de semana. Perfeito para qualquer tipo de estadia romântica ou familiar.

GGuest UserThe hotel is impressive when you arrive, amidst the greenery, parking lot, and lobby with columns and beautiful flooring. Then you get to the check-in desk and notice that one of the staff chairs is completely ruined. Go up to the bar and restaurant area and notice that the beautiful lobby flooring has disappeared, completely covered in carpeting. Some of it is no longer snug, but creases make it a tripping hazard. You take the elevator to your room, and the hallways ”greet” you with a ”splendid musty smell”—carpeting everywhere, walls with almost plastic/fabric wallpaper, and the rest of it wood. The smell is very strong. You enter the room, and it's half the size of the one you booked.
You step out onto the balcony and notice that it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I ask the front desk about the room and the state of cleaning, and they tell me they don't have rooms like the one I booked, but they offer me the option of changing rooms. I see the second one as very large but with an even more persistent ”stale” smell than the first. I see the third one as smaller than the first but with a less persistent smell. I'm keeping this one. The bed is very comfortable, but the balcony is as dirty as the first one, both on the floor and the bathroom window, the ceiling, and the walls. The bathroom window is impossible to open, the bathroom door has a broken handle, the shower splashes everywhere, the bidet faucet needs fixing, and the bathtub is ”black” (see photo). The cleaning of all the rooms is very basic. The building was built in two phases, the first in 1967. Perhaps it needs a major renovation or at least maintenance and cleaning. The breakfast is average but with little variety for a 4-star hotel. I'm adding a few photos to give you an idea. This hotel has a ”4-star” name, but...

SSofia R RamosA very charming hotel, the officials of an extreme sympathy, very lovely, worried and attentive. The cleaning was impeccable from the rooms, to the garden and the pool and jacuzzi area. The charm and glamour decoration of the grandmothers is also a pleasant atmosphere.The breakfast and restaurant are very tasty.We love the weekend.Ideal for any kind of romantic or family stay.

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience, the location of the accommodation is excellent, the equipment is relatively new and in good condition, the hospitality and the quality of the professionals was irreprensible, the food offered for breakfast is varied and excellent, the management ”Pet Friendly” is exemplary and highlighting.
Comments on the suggestion of improvements:
- bathrooms in the area of the indoor pool (inexistent), which is almost uncomfortable in winter, travels from/to accommodations versus indoor pool/sauna/turk bath are distressing;
- The rooms could have more room for customer clothes, the toilets should have towel supports in conditions, than those presented (loose vertical bamboo support “=” stair);
- The prices of the local restaurant are exaggerated (do not attract many guests)! ? ...
