Fantastic hotel. The entire stay was amazing. The hot springs and well maintained with so many options to choose from. In the evenings they have free beverages as well as late night ramen after dinner which is nice. But the lines can get a bit crowded. Not a deal breaker. Staff is super friendly and some of them speak English pretty well or use translate tools. They also have laundry machines to run a cycle as neede

This place is straight from the 80s 😂 It’s clean and renovated but it’s a very OG place. Their times for everything are insane, we made a game out of trying to memorize all the different Timelines for openings and closings 😂 The entire town closes early too, make sure to drive there yourself.. beach is nice and view also. Wouldn’t need to stay there again though

Excellent beach view and Seaview; we lovely so much the room with amazing Seaview, we must come back to stay next time.

The location is only 10 mins walk from the Wakayama train station. The restaurants nearby are The room is more spacious than other hotels we had stayed in Japan. Free ice cream and complimentary drinks are offered, and we enjoy the hotspring very much. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists who want to stay in the Wakayama city for 2-3 days. Just a reminder to freinds that the hotel doesn't provide free daily bedroom cleaning due to the environmental policy of the Wakayama city, so additional fee will be requested if you really a daily room service. Towels and supplies can be replaced for free upon request, and garbage can be dumped at the recycling bin yourself. Overall this hotel is excellent for couples and a family.

The hotel is easy to find with a parking garage connecting to it. Check in was fast and hotel staff was helpful with good English. Parking is 800 yen for hotel guests for 24 hours. The room is nice and beddings are comfortable. Their sky spa is small but functional with an indoor, outdoor onsen and a steam sauna. It could get crowded if there are more than 2-3 people given so compact. The mall downstairs have a few restaurants, a supermarket, a bookstore and a public library which is convenient. The hotel does not provide much amenities which I was a bit disappointed. Overall still a good hotel with a modern stylish design which i recommend in non peak season with a good rate.

最佳酒店是單獨在一個懸崖上，可以看到太平洋酒店大堂的景色非常讓人難忘行政酒廊前可以看到大片的海，所有人都很喜歡這家酒店的行政走廊服務所有人都可以每天暢飲各種美酒和小零食，温泉特別受，大家歡迎，每天我們都要去泡兩到三次，而且是海邊的温泉很有特色時間上的當地的假期很多日本人來這兒度假人很多，但是秩序津津有條出發前定的的兩餐每天可以一直呆在酒店，出門的話酒店提供的到JR站的班車特別方便的，酒店前台提供中文服務，非常感謝那位台灣男生，給我們留下了很好的回憶

外景絕佳，就是坐公交車到大浦站要自己拖箱子上山路走一點，或趕六點在白濱站的迎送巴士。可以事先查一下迎送巴士的時刻表，最晚一班好像是下午五點多。衞生設備有些老舊，別的服務都不錯，國人減少，大多都是日本家庭帶孩子來玩的多。室內游泳池有點小，大多是娃娃們的主場。早餐還行，能吃飽，就一般的酒店自助早餐吧，不過他們這邊有明太子和金槍魚肉。回程讓酒店定了出租車去機場，10分鐘就到了。這邊離白良濱和千疊敷，三段壁有點距離，做公交去最好拿一張時刻表，準備好零錢。

This is one of the famous onsen hotels within the vicinity of Kumano Hongji area, it is ideal for pre-hike stay for preparation/familiarization of the area or a post-hike relaxation to wrap the hike. Awesome Onsen, outdoor one even better (though it was close to zero in the morning and at night, you definitely get unforgettable experience) There is buffer breakfast as well as dinner for you to enjoy, especially for dinner, beyond my expectation. The hotel also provides free parking lot for the guests. Downside was the facility within the room, quite simple and basic. But you came here to hike and explore the area, so for the location, onsen and the nice food, 4 out of 5 ⭐️. Plus, Ms. 萌音 at reception speaks fluent English and provided a quite detailed tips on some of trekking routes for my consideration and willing to help to send the postcard for me as the Post Office was closed on Sunday, many thanks to her!

The location is good because It is near the bay and the cave. You can see beautiful sunset at the hotel. The overall service is good except the reception.

Cleanness of room was great but the rooms are getting a little run down. Service from staff was outstanding, they always willing to help and going beyond to help you even if u don’t speak Japanese. Fantastic building and design. Amazing architecture.
