Great time spent in this place and wonderful crew behind all the fine details. We enjoyed the onsen, time spent enjoying the breakfast bar, beautifully curated dinner to meet all our nutritious need. Not forgetting the gracious drivers that is so thoughtful and careful driving us back and forth. Thanks for a wonderful stay during our holiday.

Saya mempunyai rancangan dadakan untuk menginap satu malam di Gunung Fuji. Tidak ada hotel untuk dipilih. Saya tidak mempunyai jangkaan yang istimewa, tetapi saya mendapat sedikit kejutan. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan mempunyai mata air panas percuma. Keesokan paginya, apabila saya membuka tirai, saya dapat melihat Gunung Fuji sejauh mata memandang.Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi. Lokasi hotel juga sangat mudah.Terdapat kedai serbaneka, McDonald's, KFC dan restoran betul-betul di luar pintu.

One thing that’s best - Mount Fuji view when the weather is good. It seemed like just right in front of you. No matter from the room or the 4th floor restaurant where we had our breakfast or even the open rooftop. Rooms was clean, top class in-room amenities provided, very good buffet breakfast with scenic view overlooking Mount Fuji and staffs were friendly and helpful. We got free parking in front of the hotel throughout our 2 nights stay. There were so much you could do while staying at this hotel. Whether you want to enjoy the beautiful Mount Fuji with coffee brew in your room, or get discounted price + early entry to the amusement park right beside the hotel, or enjoy the onsen hot pool next to the hotel. They even send us to the top of Fujiyama Tower complimentary and there you’ll have a stunning view of Mount Fuji and the amusement park, plus you’re able greet to the riders of the king of coaster when it pass by. Highly recommended!

Kali ini saya datang ke Tasik Kawaguchi pada penghujung Februari Pada masa ini, perbezaan suhu antara siang dan malam adalah agak besar dan tidak stabil, jadi ia berlaku salji pada malam pertama Walaupun saya gembira untuk berseronok benar-benar berbeza apabila saya melihat ke kejauhan saya bimbang sebelum kami tiba di Gunung Fuji Mujurlah, cuaca berubah sangat baik pada pagi berikutnya. Di samping itu, halaman hotel juga dihiasi dengan sangat baik Anda juga boleh melihat Gunung Fuji dari tempat sarapan Terdapat dek pemerhatian dalaman di tingkat atas di mana anda boleh melihat persekitaran berhampiran hotel 360 darjah. Ruang bilik sangat mencukupi dan kebersihannya bagus Walaupun rumah mandian tidak dapat melihat Gunung Fuji, ia mempunyai dua kolam renang dalaman dan luaran, dan keselesaannya baik. Restoran berhampiran hotel agak jauh, tetapi hotel ini mempunyai perkhidmatan sewa basikal. Anda boleh meminjamnya dari kaunter penerimaan tetamu jika perlu. Secara keseluruhannya, rasanya cukup bagus kecuali lokasi hotel ini agak jauh dari Stesen Kawaguchiko.

The location is acceptable and convenient enough for exploring the Fuji area, though it’s not particularly outstanding. It serves well as a base for sightseeing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The hotel itself feels somewhat aging, and parts of the property show signs of wear. While the room had a traditional Japanese style that added to the atmosphere, I did notice some dust on the tatami floor, which was slightly disappointing. A bit more attention to detailed cleaning and maintenance would greatly improve the overall impression. The highlight of the stay was definitely the top floor onsen. The bathing facilities were pleasant and relaxing, providing a wonderful way to unwind after a day of exploring. The onsen area appeared clean and well-maintained, and the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful and lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. When we checked in, a staff member personally brought us to our room, carefully showed us all the amenities, and even prepared green tea for us before leaving. It was such a warm and thoughtful welcome that immediately made us feel relaxed. The tatami room was beautiful and came with a stunning lake view, which made the whole experience even more special. Dinner was served kaiseki-style, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented — truly a highlight of our stay. The onsen was also incredible, providing the perfect way to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, this is more than just a place to stay — it’s a full traditional experience. We would definitely come back again.

It was definitely an enjoyable and worthy experience of traditional ryokan with tatami and futon with the best view of Mt. Fuji from the room window! The hotel itself overlooks parts of Mt. Fuji with Lake Kawaguchiko, and we even added on dinner and breakfast during the stay! They are simply one of the best meals during the trips in Tokyo! The onsen is another bonus to enjoy while seeing the view of Mt Fuji, even though it is public hot spring which might be a culture shock. Definitely worth to try it out again to enjoy the traditional Japan vibes around Lake Kawaguchiko.

晚上到得比較晚，停車場已經停滿了，好在酒店在另一個地方還有第二停車場，步行大概需要3分鐘，酒店前台會給一張圖指引方向很清晰。酒店泡湯很小很精緻，除了熱湯還有冷泉和桑拿房。房間比較較小，但很乾凈衞生，酒店晚上還會有免費的茶泡飯提供。

A very lovely hotel that is a heaven for kids. They have all the necessities you might need for babies to preschooler. Great staff, all friendly and helpful and really great amenities. Located in a peaceful lovely town with very kind and friendly locals. Only gripe is that the soundproofing of the rooms are non existent! We could hear the entire conversation of the guest next door. 90% local Japanese guests but surprisingly they are not the usual polite and considerate guests. They allow their kids to run and scream down the hallways outside the rooms as early as 6am and late as 11pm, the adults themselves are talking loudly too. So, if you're a light sleeper who goes to bed early, this hotel is not for you.
