Hotel Dengan Spa di Eastern Province, Sri Lanka

酒店環境和位置都很好，但是服務不好，尤其是餐廳的服務人員很不友好，領位的位置不好，歧視中國人。用餐期間還發生了很不愉快的事，影響心情，我們晚餐在酒店吃自助餐，之前在斯里蘭卡的酒店吃自助晚餐都會算在房間裏一起計費，旅行後幾天也有的餐廳需要單獨計費的，但都會在用餐中途拿來你的賬單和你説下。 這個餐廳倒好，服務人員不少，沒有什麼服務也不會給你添水什麼的，在我們用餐中途和結束沒有人拿來賬單，我們以為房間計費，就很自然的離開，然後服務員像追着賊一樣，慌亂的攔住我們，大聲説沒有付費，很粗魯沒有禮貌，沒有人想故意不付款，但是行為和表情就是很歧視國人很讓人氣憤。再説服務人員衹會推銷你買酒或者飲料（斯里蘭卡自助餐不提供飲料） 我們當時點了檸檬水，告訴我沒有，我説那就要礦泉水也行，因為真的不想喝飲料，然後告訴我也沒有（我明明看見之前服務員拿着礦泉水送給白人一桌，赤裸裸的歧視） 最後想着服務員可能需要掙消費就點了三杯果汁。但是過程很讓人不愉快。 這是我們住了這麼多次酒店，唯一想要寫評論的酒店 就是因為這些不愉快的經歷。

實名點贊攜程 ：先是預定了亭可馬裏的其他酒店 ，但是店家告知我沒房 攜程顯示訂單成功，打電話給客服，客服問我需要預訂其他家酒店可以跟他們說，我說亭可馬裏衹剩這個酒店能住了，但是差價較大，最後攜程給我補差價 ，住進了這酒店；酒店位置其實稍稍偏一些 適合避世 在那多呆幾天；離去追🐳 和潛水都有點距離；酒店價格在這 服務沒得說，晚餐吃了beach seafood BBQ，兩個人190刀（不含小費）

At the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to both Robinson and Ruchira!! I was on BB basis and the breakfast was very good! And unlike other places where they offer chicken bacon these guys had the good stuff! Thanks

Zonas comunes muy buenas y con buen mantenimiento, con unas vistas impresionantes. Restaurante pequeño pero con muy buena calidad de comida. En esto podría ser 5 estrellas pero la calidad de la habitación, cama y baño deben mejorar. Servicio, hay empleados agradables pero también algunos que solo trabajan de manera agradable si das propinas antes del servicio. Recomendable la actividad en un catamarán de 3 horas que puedes reservar en recepción.

Большой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы” балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен.

去前台辦理入住，經理直接給我們房間升了級，服務非常好，看見你了都會彬彬有禮的打招呼，晚飯期間服務生捧着一大盤海鮮在推銷，12000盧比摺合下來300人民幣，不算貴！超大浴缸泡個澡，疲勞瞬間消失的無影無蹤，強烈推薦

Maldives in Sri Lanka. The sea absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed so much the walking on the endless beach. The staff is amazing , made my solo trip so rich of memories and extra care, done multiple activities and I recommend the dinner in the cellar as they have the best cellar in Sri Lanka , and also a must the dinner on the platform in the middle of the sea! A big thanks for the unforgettable memories , they made me live a dream

Отличный отель. Стильный, чистый, хорошо оснащённый номер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чай, кофе, чайник, фен. Ежедневная уборка в номере, регулярная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Отдельное спасибо за отличный сервис парням, которые проводили уборку в нашем номере Jerom и Kajanthiran. У отелях красивая территория с шикарным бассейном. Есть тренажерный зал и игровая зона, бар. Отличный чистый пляж. Пляж каждый день убирают. Всегда доступны хорошие лежаки с мягкими матрасами и пляжными полотенцами. Вежливый персонал на пляже и в пляжном баре. Завтраки обширные, есть блюда на любой вкус. Национальная и европейская кухня. Огромное количество выпечки, вафли готовятся по вашему желанию. Всегда свежие сезонные фрукты. Ужин тоже разнообразный, есть как базовые блюда так и ”блюда дня”. Это могут быть морепродукты на гриле, свинина, кальмары во фритюре. Разные национальные блюда такие как ротти или котту. Отдельно можно поблагодарить официантов Sudesh и Kalum, они были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На ужине из напитков предлагается вода, остальные напитки по меню (как во всех остальных отелях). Отель старается разнообразить каждый ужин приглашая разных артистов для создания уютной атмосферы. Одназчно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При возможности выберем его снова!

The hotel looks very primising in the pictures, beautiful setting and facilities. Unfortunately we were a bit disqppointed on the way it is managed. It looks like the place is abandoned relying on its own structure and pictures. Pros: - beautiful setting and location, in front of a beautiful beach. - rooms are well done, big bathrooms, nice outdoor area. - faclities have a beautiful decoration, the bar, the restaurant. Cons: - cleaning! The resort has a cleaning issue. To the point that we wrote ”clean me” with our fingers on the restaurant toilet mirror, and it was there during our entire stay. Nothing has regular cleaning, spots everywhere, toilets are terrible specialy the poil toilet (see pictures). - bar drinks are not good. We tried many drinks and juices in all the hotels we stayed in Sri Lanka, and this one we had to give up, drink after drink, juice after juice, were not good at all. Also the drink glasse come very very dirty. - bar is beautiful but never had any music during our stay. Its a silent empty place, no one uses it... and the bartender usualy is not there which makes it a ghost place. - service is welcoming but not prepared. For example before you reach the breakfast area upstairs they ask you: ”what do you want for breakfast? So i dont have to go upstairs to ask”, overall staff is tired, not motivated and have no training, they are as abandoned as the hotel. - spa was closed during our entire stay, because the lady had days off. So we booked a hotel with a Spa that did not exist...you have to be lucky not to book on her days off. - when at check-out i tried to tell them the place have lots of potential but they need to pay attention to this details they just replied: thank you for your stay, please make us a review on tripadvisor! So they just don't pay attention... which is sad to see. I wish they could change the management and have someone motivated and energic to transform the place into the best hotel in Sri Lanka, because they could be.

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.
