The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

Se ocuparon dos habitaciones dobles por 6 noches, una en el primer piso y otra en el 6° piso. la del primer piso tuvo un servicio de limpieza normal , aunque tuvimos que solicitar papel sanitario en el 4° dia, al inicio del dia cuando se encendia el aire acondicionado este tenia fuga de agua encharcando la entrada a la habitación lo cual se reportaba, atendiendo el inconveniente.
En la habitacion del 6° piso se reporte la falta de limpieza de la habitación sobre todo del baño, se observo que solo se tendían las camas, uno de los dias estnado en la habitación llego el servicio de limpieza y se espero fuera de la habitación y en 3 minutos la mucama salió declarando que ya estaba lista, al ingresar se reviso la habitación advirtiendo lo comentado. Se comento en recepción de lo cual no se hizo mayor comentario.
Espero que lo comentado sea atendido para fortalecer las áreas de oportunidad con el fin de que el servicio no decaiga en beneficio del hotel y de los clientes.

非常喜歡這個老牌的酒店，完美的地理位置，佛性並且熱情的服務，墨西哥的服務真的是非常好的。定的是行政樓層，那些點心咖啡早餐都是免費的。服務真的是非常棒，讓人情不自禁地多放小費。

By far the best hotel experience we ever had!
Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, ya que está en el centro de la ciudad y llegar a lugares de interés es muy sencillo caminando.
Cuenta con todos los servicios como hotel de 3 y 4 estrellas. Solo sirven desayuno básico, pero a pocos metros hay muchos lugares para comer.
Definitivamente sí nos hospedaríamos otra vez ahí.

Todo fue increible, si la llegada no fuera un poco complicado el hotel seria un 10/10, por ahora se queda con 9.5, pero la atencion, el hotel y las habitaciones son TOP, relativamente cerca de uxmal por una carretera que parece que no vas a ningun lado

XXiqueermamaI really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

The privacy and quietness of the Casitas and the quality of their design are matched only by a very limited amount of properties worldwide.

AAnonymous UserThe truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...
