Hotel Dengan Spa di Holland Selatan, Belanda

Loved this place, we were visiting den Haag for 3 days, the tram 17 stops around the corner and the train station super close by to go to Rotterdam, we had a very good sleep there’s no noise it’s a very calm and quite area yet there’s a mall and restaurants within 15 minutes walk !

My experience in this hotel was really nice. It's located near the city center and the metro station and you can practically have everything you need (supermarkets, shops, food) within a few minutes on foot. All the stuff is really kind and helpful for anything it may occur during your stay in the hotel. Breakfast has not a big variety of drinks and food but it's still really good. My only complaint about this hotel is that there is no fridge in the room, which you really going to need if you are staying for more than 5 days. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay in days inn and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

The place was pretty accessible (near to the train station) and reasonable price as compared to those in Amsterdam. Room is relatively small but still ok for a couple. Breakfast was surprisingly not bad for a complimentary one. Would consider staying here again when I come back.

Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

The hotel’s room is big and clean. Though the design is a bit old-fashioned but that is ok with us. Staff are friendly and the location is great ! Really convenient ! Everywhere we wanted to go to is within walking distance or could take the MRT train from the Stadhuis station. This station is the nearest to this hotel. From the Central Station to this hotel, it is about 8 to 10mins walk. There are many eateries, restaurants, supermarket and shopping areas nearby. Many burgers outlets around. Some even open till 11pm. Do take note that other eateries close earlier like 8pm or 9pm. Though there is no air-con but there is a standing fan available. The TV is clear and is in working condition. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. The only thing that disappointed us was the elevator. It was not working for the 3 nights stay here. The staff was very kind, she arranged for us to stay on the 1st floor. Hence, fewer steps for us to carry our luggages up.

The reception is extremely disrespectful. As a businessman traveling around the world, I think I have experience in many hotels. The hotel is a 4 star hotel. It definitely does not deserve 5 stars. The rooms are small and simple. The beds are mediocre. The breakfast is Cafe style. They take a deposit of 100 euros at the entrance. I was satisfied with the room the next day. I asked for a change because I couldn't stay. They asked for a second deposit for a new reservation. I said there was a deposit included. It was for the first reservation. We will refund it to your account after a week. The same hotel is disrespectful enough to ask for a second deposit for a different room and arrogant enough to treat its customers as thieves. I definitely do not recommend it. In terms of hotel standard, it is really 4 stars at most, definitely not 5 stars. The rooms are 3 stars.

Great location opposite Central station. Friendly staff, extremely clean and comfortable rooms with luxury toiletries. Delicious breakfast with good service and selection.

Great stay - my first time staying in a hostel and I really enjoyed the experience. Everything is very modern and convenient. The location is great and walking distance from lots of tourist attractions and yummy food spots. The hostel is situated in a very vibrant community area, so it can get quite noisy but once you’re inside your hub you don’t hear anything! The hubs themselves are cute and the bed is super spacious - you get the option of a bottom or top hub, I recommend a top hub if you want to feel slightly more comfortable. The hubs have Bluetooth speakers, an app to control lighting and to speak to the host for any issues. My hub was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be, there were some marks on the side, random hairs and the air-con vent was very very dusty. Apart from that, everything else was perfect. You have a wristband that allows you to charge things to your hub, lock up your belongings and open your hub door which I thought was very handy! I really enjoyed my stay and it was a great first hostel experience, would definitely stay with CityHub again as it was a bargain!

Stayed here for 2 nights recently with my partner. As frequent travelers of netherlands to the various cities including den haag ,we had never stayed here before. Lovely experience overall with very pleasant and friendly staff. We had a garden view room(upgraded as club members) with everything you needed clean comfy bed,safe,big shower with toiletries etc and very quiet at night. Their was a complimentary breakfast included in the rate which was a buffet style but more than adequate with a selection of cold cheeses meats,cereals,pastries,teas coffees orange juice yogurts and boiled eggs. Decent coffee machine. Small little bar on site and ice machine in lobby. .We were given a late check out as we had a later flight which was truly appreciated . Excellently located for busisness or any of the visitor sites in den haag. We would definitely return and recommend.😀

We were traveling in Rotterdam for work/vacation and the Usual had rooms for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Maybe it is just us, but we have found it sometimes difficult to find quad rooms in our travels and don't like to have to book 2 rooms... So it was fortunate that the Usual had a room for us. I say fortunate because the rooms are quite large (a bed and a pull out sofa bed) that still left enough room for our luggage and moving around. There were 2 sinks, a refrigerator and dishware which really helped us out. Not that cooked in the room, it was just great to have for snacks and light eats. I believe the hotel is new as the furnishing was all modern, in excellent condition and very clean. I personally liked the style and amenities of the rooms and hotel. We were on the 6th floor which gave a small view of the city. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, though I would note that check-in is self-check-in and naturally we couldn't find our QR code that the hotel sent us...but there was someone to help us find our way. We only had drinks at the bar, which were good and reasonably priced. We did not get breakfast largely because of the price and that there are many local bakeries/coffee shops available. The hotel is in an excellent location, easy access to the tram/metro and many sights including the Maritime Museum. We stayed 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Highly recommend. Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we walked in. They took care of our ever need as we had a 20month and 9 year old on the trip with us. Very polite and friendly staff. Location is EXCELLENT. Listed as a 3* but surprised us, from aesthetics to decor to staff defo exceed our expectations. A big thank you to Francesca (apologies if misspelt) really helped out during babies feed/milk times. 🥰

Everything is as per information, which is there on the website. Coffee machine in every room would have been nice. Breakfast spread is thin and Restaurant offering breakfast is not conveniently located. Cleanliness, Location and styling is really great. Reception is welcoming and supportive.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

Went for a weekend getaway with my partner, and found The Social Hub to be both affordable and comfortable. The rooms are neat and well-maintained, although the bathrooms are somwhat small. I especially like how much natural light there is. We had very friendly interactions with staff as well as with other guests. While The Social Hub isn't exactly cheap, hotels in The Hague just tend to be expensive, and this is close enough to the lowest prices that I'd happily recommend it.

The Hotel it was very clean, amazing service (my husband was sick with flu and we need to change our bed clothes and they where very prompt). About the location, the train station is near and tram station but it is around one hour to Amesterdam central station. About the amenities, it was very good if the hotel has a spa with just a sauna and a steam room.

Lekker dicht bij het strand Douce was wel kapot dus dat maar voorderest was het Heerlijk Werd midden in de nacht bij ons geklopt op de deur ik hoorde het maar mijn moeder niet Voor de rest was het heel leuk bij Het EasyHotel

This hotel’s winning points are the swimming pool, spa room and breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area are great. For the spa room, the first room given to us the sauna was not working so they needed to switch us to another room. We went from an amazing view to just looking over a roof of the building next to it. The manager in charge at that time said theyo have other available rooms that is similar with better view but we need to pay extra. It was a bit ironic. Nevertheless, we tried to enjoy the rest of our time there. It is isolated and a long walk from everything else so it is ideal for that kind of holiday. Best to take car and not public transport going there.

Minibar leer, das übliche Wasser ( als Diamant Member ) nicht auf dem Zimmer Bei der Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Antwort das es Wasser nur am Anreisetag gibt Die Minibar kann nicht gefüllt werden, weil dafür das Personal fehlt, so die Erklärung des Duty Managers am heutigen Morgen! Die Rezeptionistin war zudem sehr arrogant Ich denke es ist in der Verantwortung des Hotels, dafür sorge zu tragen das bei der Anreise alles stimmt , in unserem Zimmer war jedenfalls nichts Meine Frage warum man eigentlich kein Willkommens Geschenkt gibt, wurde damit beantwortet, das man zu viele Diamant Member hat und dies nur bei Gästen macht die mehr als 5 Tage bleiben Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof obwohl alle Zimmerkategorien frei waren Begründung….. zu viele Diamant Member Ich denke Hilton versteht den Begriff Honors selbst nicht mehr Beschämend finde ich aber, dass nach meiner Beschwerde bei Duty Manager, noch nicht einmal eine einfache Entschuldigung von Seiten des der Hotel Leitung kam Offensichtlich hat das Hotel es nicht nötig Ich für meinen Teil werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen The price for the room had been more then 300 Euro ! Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Parkplatz für das Auto finden wir sehr teuer (27 EURO für einen Tag). Man hat eine bessere Ausstattung für ein Viersterne Hotel erwartet. Das Pesonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit da kann man fünf Sterne geben. Das Frühstückbuffet ist leider sehr ”arm” nicht so wie man es von so vier Sterne Hotel erwartet. Da ist noch eine Menge zu tun.

When we arrived the reception was empty. There was not even a welcome drink in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular left a lot to be desired. Nothing you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The room was horribly decorated. The rug under the bed was completely crooked, and a wooden lamp that almost pierced my eyes twice. Over the bed there was a button that said do not disturb with a night light so bright it was impossible to sleep well. The bedroom furniture was old and chipped.The bathtub had one of the faucets broken.The hotstone massage was one of the worst ever. Impossible to relax when the masseuse tries to make conversation and makes so much noise with the stones that it is impossible to relax even 1 min. The pool was okay. The rest of the SPA we did not try.We booked dinner at reception but when we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation. The rest was across the street from the hotel, very uncomfortable having to go out to dinner in another building, especially on a cold and rainy day. But the worst was yet to come. We asked if it would be possible to make a bowl of rice or pasta for our 3 year old daughter but they refused. What restaurant, much more than 5 stars, refuses to make a simple rice for a child? Neither the poorest restaurant nor a 3 star hotel. Then we ordered fondue for two. When the waitress brought us the food came a plate with 5 small pieces of grilled meat and a tiny bowl of fries. When we said that it was not what we had ordered, but the fondue, they told us that the restaurant no longer made fondue. But then why was it on the menu? Why didn't the employee who served us the first time inform us that there was no fondue? As the dish that came was very little food for 2 adults and 1 child, we ordered another steak. Waiting another 30 min. When the waitress came with the plate, she dumped the fries all over the floor. We had to wait a little longer for the fries.The steak was good but for 30€ you expected a little more than 5 tiny strips of meat and a small bowl of pre-fried supermarket potatoes. Needless to say, our 3 year old daughter ate very poorly.Definitely untrained and very unfriendly staff.Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast at the level of a 2 star pension. 5 star hotel has absolutely nothing. At most 3 stars and already very forced. In the end they wanted to charge us 15€ for the car park when the reservation we made on booking.com said that the car park was free. As we complained about the bad service they did, they decided to withdraw the 15€ from the final bill and the two tonic waters we drank for dinner. Hotel not recommendable at all.

We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. Returned for a 4 night stay in September during the heat wave and had a brilliant time. Hotel is super clean and the room amenities are fantastic. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Air con is brilliant as are the showers! The front desk staff were really helpful letting us check in some 3 hours early as we’d travelled through the night. 5* what’s not to love!
