Hotel Dengan Spa di Lesser Poland, Poland

We spent 2 nights in hotel 32 this weekend. The hotel is lovely, staff are polite and it’s very clean. The location is okay, approx 10-15 minute walk to the old town square (centre). The only thing I would say is that there’s construction all outside of the hotel and surrounding street, lots of Harris fencing and diggers. Not operational through the night though so not really an issue.

Booked a twin room. facilties in the room great ipad style device for the lights heating tv etc. breakfast outstanding. very chic bar which has a restaurant also. urban hip coffee shop frequented by student and young adults. I assume good coffee and WiFi. Spa very nice will sauna and steam. please note you have to be naked sat on a towel if you use the sauna. and naked for steam. I highly recommend the location 15 minutes walk to old town 5 minutes to the Jewish quarter. Hotel offers free guided walking tours.

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.

Bardzo udany pobyt,hotel położony na uboczu ale stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do pobliskich atrakcji Oświęcim, Energylandia ,Wadowice,Kęty. Na miejscu świetny personel i bardzo dobre udogodnienia kryty i odkryty basen,spa,restauracja,przytulne duże pokoje a na deser smaczne sniadanko

Достаточно неплохой отель. Понравился ресторан. Мы брали люкс, нас все удовлетворило. Есть проблема в SPA: 1) работает только с 16 вечера.. 2) отель продаёт абонементы для доступа в свой SPA местным «аборигенам», которые живут в соседнем городке. Поэтому вечером людей там очень много, которые не умеют себя нормально вести. Вообщем вы спокойного отдыха в SPA не ждите!

It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

Das Hotel liegt super zwischen Auschwitz und Energylandia. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Leider haben sie es nur nicht so mit der Sauberkeit. In den 5 Tagen als wir dort waren haben sie es nicht einmal geschafft das Klopapier am Zimmer nach zu füllen. Wir mussten uns selbst drum kümmern. Unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Restaurant und unser Zimmer war genau darüber. Bis 23 Uhr lief im Gastgarten laut Musik. Man hätte glauben können, dass die Musik bei uns im Zimmer war, so laut war es. Sonst war das Zimmer echt größ. Der Kühlschrank am Zimmer war auch sehr laut so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben ihn abgedreht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Hab schon bessere gesehen aber auch schon sehr viel schlechtere. Man sieht dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber in großen und ganzen war es auch für den Preis gut.

The Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto instantly impressed me with its beautiful, modern, playful lobby design — highlighted by a replica of Queen Barbara’s dress (wife of King Zygmunt August), complete with a plaque sharing her story. Service was another highlight: the check-in staff were warm and welcoming (one even greeted me in Thai), and homemade snacks were offered at both check-in and check-out. The location is superb, directly opposite Galeria Krakowska, a massive mall with everything from luxury brands to groceries, restaurants, and a food court. It’s also just a short walk from the Market Square, main shopping streets, and the Czartoryski Museum, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine. Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district are a bit farther, but still manageable on foot with comfortable shoes. My room was clean and comfortable, though a little plain, and the bathroom on the small side. Breakfast was the one weak spot — the food selection was modest, and at peak times the dining room felt cramped, sometimes leaving only counter seating (I recommend going later once the rush has passed). Still, these are minor quibbles. With its inviting lobby, warm and attentive service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is an easy one to recommend.
