Hotel Dengan Spa di Ankara Province, Türkiye

The Green Park Ankara Oteli'nde kaldığım süre boyunca oda imkanlarından ve hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldım. Kaldığım odanın boyutları, konumu ve manzarası çok iyiydi. Odanın temizliği de kaldığım dört gün boyunca düzenli olarak yapıldı. Özellikle kat hizmetleri görevlileri çok nazikti ve isteklerimi kısa süre içinde yerine getirdi. Daha önceki konaklamalarıma göre otelin çok daha düzenli olduğunu gözlemledim. Sabun, şampuan gibi ürünlerin dışında odada tıraş seti ve diş fırçası seti verilmesi çok yerinde olmuş. Önceki kaldığım dönemlerde diğer konukların gürültülerinden ve dışarıdaki gürültülerden çok rahatsız olmuştum. Bu sefer böyle bir gürültü işitmedim veya herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Oteldeki çalışanların da eskisine göre daha ilgili olduğunu hissettim. Daha önceki gelişlerimde de en çok kahvaltısından memnun kalmıştım. Bu sefer, öğlen verilen yemekleri ve tatlıları da tatma fırsatım oldu. Otelde sunulan yemekler gayet lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

It's a really nice hotel, I believe a 4 or 5 Star from what it looked like. We had a high level room with a nice view. The staff was very nice all around and we had a good time staying there.

Jakuzili suit oda da jakuzi çalışmıyodu ve çalışanlar bunun için bi çözüm bulamadılar. Gitmeden arayıp jakuziyi temizleyip hazırlamalarını rica ettim ama jakuzinin zaten temiz olduğunu ve gelince kendim doldurmamı söylediler ve temiz değildi içinde kıl saç vs vardı. Jakuzi çalışmıyo diye aradığımda ben çalıştıramamışım gibi bi muamele yapıldı sonra 3. Aramada çalışan gelip baktı ve çalıştıramadı sonra da ekstra memnuniyet için bi şey yapılmadı. Jakuzi problemi hariç oda çok güzel ve temizdi. Diş macunu ve tek kullanımlık fırça yoktu ama resepsiyondan isteyince hemen gönderdiler. Çalışanlar problemimi çözmemesine rağmen güler yüzlülerdi bi dahaki gelişinizde odanızı yükseltiriz dediler bi daha gider miyim bilmiyorum ama genel olarak konum vs memnun kaldım.

The Business Park Hotel in Ankara exceeded my expectations in every way. The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing easy access to the city's main attractions and points of interest. The reception staff are professional and very friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are another highlight: comfortable, clean, cozy, and spacious. The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Well maintained and clean business hotel. A bit far from the city but easily reachable to many attractions and restaurant areas in 20min commute. Very good quality amenities and friendly staff.

Hotel correcto, bien situado a unos 5/10 minutos de la zona principal del tiendas y restaurantes de la ciudad. Está a escasos metros de una mezquita, pero no molestan las llamadas para tu descanso

The service was amazing. The staff were the kindest, and I should really be thanking the food and beverage people for helping with my disability. This place will definitely be my stay if I ever visit Ankara again.

Not advise to use spa or sauna , also week breakfasts , only good at parking and being city center
