Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Chairu Eco Hotel sehr zufrieden. Es liegt in einem ruhigem Stadttteil und auch im Hotel selbst geht es sehr ruhig und entspannt zu. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Einzigste Schwachstelle scheint mir das Frühstück zu sein. Obwohl eigentlich alles da ist, hatte ich doch das Gefühl das etwas fehlt.
Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit bedenkenlos wieder hierher kommen.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

GGuest User很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

GGuest UserHotel is good but they make many tricks , when I check out they charge me 200 bolivariano, because they said I was using their coffee and water , in fact instant coffee is not shown the price on table , at least nobody know that’s not free ! And water on the table they didn’t tell me that’s cost extra money ! This is very bad tricks ! Not good way to charge service cost !

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay at Chairu Eco Hotel. It is located in a quiet area and also in the hotel itself it is very quiet and relaxed. The staff is very helpful and nice. The only weakness seems to me to be breakfast. Although all is there, I had the feeling that something missed.
I felt very well there and would come back here at any time without any thought.
