OOguzAOne of the best hotel in Konya for business travelers . The location is also good and have a free parking place . Rooms are a bit old and not well maintained but ı can’t complain . Overall it is a good hotel

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at a different 5-star hotel in Konya, but had a very bad experience. The Novotel offered a completely different experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were exceptional. If we ever pass through here again, we'd definitely stay here again.

YYilushunfengshenzhenThere are not many dining facilities around the hotel. The room is large and the service attitude is good. The bath water seems to be slippery. The price is still very satisfactory. Called a taxi. My Huawei mobile phone arrived at the front desk and there was no way to use UBER. I originally bought Huawei's sky pass. The breakfast is very rich. Dinner consumption is not high.

GGuest UserThe staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

FFARIDAI was greeted very nicely at the entrance. DEDEMAN OTEL KONYA, which I remember with its smiling staff, is extremely clean, tidy, has a great breakfast, my room was cleaned every day. There is a taxi stand, minibus, minibus stop, market nearby. Very close to the bazaar. ❤️❤️❤️

The service staff were very friendly, although not everyone could speak English. We arrived at the hotel only after 9:00 in the morning, and they still tried to check in for us (normally only 12:00).
Very close to the tram, you can take the tram to the city. There is a commercial center about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, all kinds of food and drink, there are supermarkets.
If you need a taxi to go out, tell the front desk that they can help get a taxi quickly.

Ten minutes from the hotel, there is a porcelain museum and a wood museum around Mount Aken. This means that the hotel is in the middle of several museums. The hotel is very well decorated and the lobby is large, because waiting for the bus in the evening, waiting for an hour or two in the lobby, the sofa is very comfortable.
