No geral, o custo benefício desse hotel é satisfatório, contudo algumas observações são necessárias. No tocante a limpeza dos quartos é apenas razoável, porém é nas escadas que esse ítem é bem falho. Normalmente fico nesse hotel 3 vezes por semana, noto muita falha quando utilizo as escadas desse prédio. Sujeira tipo garrafinhas de água, copinho de café e até poeira acumulada, por semanas sucessivas. Outro ponto que deve melhorar: Travesseiros são muitos ruins e colchões que afundam (provocando dores de coluna quando acordo). Aproveitando, o café da manhã é bom, porém pode melhorar; exemplo: bolo normalmente queimado, pudim muito açucarado. Por hora é isso.

O hotel é bem localizado, pena que fui num período chuvoso, a orla de Boa Viagem próximo ao hotel não tem muita opção para os turistas. O café da manhã é simples e ok. A piscina não tive com ter proveito pelo tempo chuvoso enorme dia que dava estava em manutenção. A academia estava fechada.O gesso da área do Mesanino estava desmoronando.

Estrutura do hotel bem precaria, ar condicionado nao funciona, cheiro de coisa velha no quarto, nao tinha pano de chão, fizeram uma limpeza durante a estadia que na verdade nem pareceu limpeza, deixaram pua molhada, vaso sem lavar. Achei bem fraco pir ser uma rede grande de hoteis

Teve muitos pontos negativos. Eu solicitei um quarto casal e fiquei no quarto com 2 camas de solteiro onde eu tive que juntar. A tv péssimo estado para poder assistir. Não tem muito o que se ver no hotel. Na recepção não ficou gente suficiente para atender e como foi época de fim de ano deveriam colocar mas pessoas para suprir a demanda. Enfim coisas que podem melhorar, mas nada que eu possa dizer que nunca mas voltarei. O ponto positivo é a questão da localização que fica bem pertinho da praia, chuveiro água quente e fria, ar condicionado bem geladinho, quarto estava bem limpo. Enfim de nota daria 3

The hotel has a decent infrastructure. The breakfast served in the morning offers a good variety of items. The human aspect is a great differential. Their staff is very well trained and ready to assist you with a big smile on their faces. The absence of a closed closet in the bedroom called my attention, but didn’t compromise the experience.

Gostamos muito do hotel. Atendentes super atenciosos, muito simpáticos, café da manhã com variedade (ovo frito e tapioca feitos na hora sob pedido). O quarto onde ficamos não teve barulho ou qualquer incômodo.

I have been traveling to Recife for last 10 years on business. I have stayed in this Ibis hotel a million times. Last stay was pre covid and latest stay was in May 2022. The hotel used to be my favorite hotel in Recife, but it has lost its touch. The problems 1. The room was FULL of mosquitos and these mosquitos were stubborn. It was almost impossible to swat them with hand. I used repellant but they had become immune to repellant. All night they were buzzing in the ears, during my 2 night stay. 2. There is a new car repair garage right at back of hotel. so if you are in say room 232 or 134 etc....you can hear this noise from early morning of car repairs and mechanics tallking, making it impossible to sleep along with the buzzing mosquitos. 3. when I arrived in room, toilet was very dirty with human excreta of previous guest still visisble. 4. The hotel's internet /wifi connection was dropping off every 5 minutes on its own. 5. When I arrived the front desk girl on duty at 0300 refused to speak Spanish or English and insisted on speaking only Portuguese. For me, this is unacceptable. that hotel staff not trained in a 2nd language. why hire these jokers, general manager/ceo of this hotel - public wants to know!!? Positives 1. Excellent location close to Recife airport 2. Good hot water in shower 3. hotel has excellent coffee selection to buy and sip in the morning. 4. Morning front desk staff is friendly. ( night staff was super rude) Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. I wiill NEVER return and I travel often to Recife. I hope you found my review helpful? ótimo hotel. academia bem equipada, aberta 24hs. bom café da manhã. piscina muito agradável, em uma área verde. sauna funcionando bem. apenas 15min a pé da praia de boa viagem. bairro bom , com ótimos restaurantes na redondeza.

A estadia no Marante Plaza Hotel foi excelente! Além da ótima localização, do atendimento e do maravilhoso café servido, a acomodação era maravilhosa, dispondo de uma salinha na entrada do apartamento, o que nos deixou muito à vontade e confortáveis! Quando necessitarmos de hospedagem em Recife, com certeza, daremos preferência ao Marante e também o indicaremos a outras pessoas!

A localização é muito boa. Perto da orla, há restaurantes, supermercado, salão de beleza, tudo em um raio de 30 metros. O quarto que fiquei era exatamente como as imagens disponibilizados no site, Camas confortáveis e banheiro limpo. O café da manha é muito bom. Apenas a recepção deixa a desejar. Foram gentis, porém pouco disponíveis para informações sobre a cidade, talvez seja uma questão do próprio hotel.

Look, I struggle giving this hotel a ”just OK” review, because their breakfasts were very good, their pool area was nice, their location is convenient and their rooms were nice enough, but there was a sharp contrast in other areas of the hospitality service that made my experience of a lesser value and appreciation. To begin with, the front desk staff takes too much time to check you in and out. I arrived early in the morning after a 25 hr overseas trip, there was no other guest in line at the front desk, we had already paid for our reservation. In my mind, as a seasoned traveler, I would have expected an ID check and a ”here is your key to the room” in 2-3 minutes. I repeat: there was no other guest at the front desk area. Instead, I spent 10 minutes answering dumb questions and repeating information such as my email address, my phone number etc that we had already provided at the time of making and paying for our online reservation. The initial response of the young man who helped me, when I told him I had a reservation and later offered my full name, was that he could not find the reservation in his system - so I had to pull out a paper copy of my reservation for him to find it in his system - if you can believe that. I spoke to this guy in Portuguese, in English, in Spanish and it was no use - the guy acted like he just didn't know how to do his job. I should also mention that when I arrived to the hotel, the front desk AC units located above the front desk were leaking water everywhere in the front desk area and no one seemed to be servicing them right away - in fact, the front desk agent had to move to another nearby computer terminal to check me in. It was a lame check in experience and an equally lame check out experience. Not to mention, we paid for a ”casal' or doubles reservation and the room only had one set of soap/shampoo toiletries, so, I had to go fetch the maid to get the necessary items that should had been in the room without me having to ask. For such reasons, I would say that I would only use this hotel if I had to in the future, but preferably, I would stay elsewhere, because the value I got during my stay was pretty basic and nothing special according to international standards of travel and hospitality.

Samoa Beach Resort is set on the edge of the Muro Alto beach, one of the most beautiful, safest and family friendly beaches on the coast of Brazil. The hotel has a Polynesian motif that is carried throughout the facility. It’s a beautiful place with friendly staff and the best food in the area: the breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing and hard to believe. The rooms are well appointed and spacious with large bathrooms and hotel provided amenities of good quality. This hotel remains a gem hidden from many North American families with reasonable prices, activities for children, the most beautiful pool in the area, and a staff that is eager to serve. It may not remain so for long. Some English is spoken at the front desk and by various staff members, but in many years of traveling, I have found that gesturing and smiling works well. Some people ask if Brazil is safe, and yes Brazil is safe. If you go to the wrong place at the wrong time doing the wrong thing, drunk, you can probably find trouble, but you could find it under those circumstances in Los Angeles, Austin, New York or Des Moines, Iowa. The exchange rate on the Brazilian real is usually quite attractive and makes this an even better bargain. I can only recommend the Samoa Beach resort to all my North American friends who are looking for something beautiful, safe, and reasonably priced.

Besides the amazing food and drinks their staff is really what gives them the head start from other resorts. The staff is amazing from our check in to our check out they were incredible. We cannot wait to return! The sea view bangalô is a must have experience, amazing accommodation. Totally worth it!

Amei o hotel Tabaobi, ótima estrutura, café da manhã com variedades, tem restaurante com opcões para almoço e jantar. Quarto com estrutura nova e atendimento excelente. Aos sábados tem música ao vivo. Você paga tudo que consome no hotel no momento do check-out, tudo que é consumido é inserido na sua comanda. A poucos metros da praia do Cupe e pertinho das piscinas naturais do cupe. Super Indico!!

We stayed there for 6 nights and wish we had longer! 100% recommend it - 100% indicado para casais! The B&B is so accommodating and went above and beyond to help us - including delayed suitcase by our airline, organising a great buggy trip, plus a lovely surprise for our honeymoon. The beach in front is a bit rough and choppy but it is lovely to dip your toes - just be mindful of currents. The food was excellent! We ate starters, main meals and had multiple cocktails and everything was always impeccably cooked and tasty. Oh and the 4pm coffee and cake is worth it! The rooms are good size, clean and simple - bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows. The only thing I mentioned it to reception as a comment, would be nice to have some complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Beach towels are also provided free of charge. Ao pessoal da pousada, muito obrigada por tudo! a estadia foi maravilhosa do inicio ao fim! Voltaremos denovo!

Infraestrutura ótima, com locais sempre limpos e organizados. Muitas possibilidades de lazer e áreas de descanso! Para quem tem filhos, melhor ainda, possuí uma excelente estrutura e atividades para os pequenos. No meu caso, minha filha não utilizou a monitoria por ser bem pequena, então não posso comentar sobre. A comida e atendimento é razoável, nada excepcional, mas fomos muito bem tratados e o custo/benefício é preciso ser levado em consideração e por esse motivo recomendo o local.

A estrutura da pousada e dos quartos em si é boa, o maior problema dela é o acesso à pousada: tem que passar por uns 3 ou 4 quarteirões de rua em terra, com água vazando e muito esburacado. Outra coisa que não gostamos foi que eles trocavam a roupa de cama e toalhas a cada 3 dias, ou seja, nosso quarto nunca foi limpo durante nossa estadia. De resto, ele é bem legal, café da manhã suficiente, quartos relativamente grandes com frigobar, microondas e pia, que pra nós que estávamos com uma bebê foi ótimo. Eles estão ampliando um outro pavilhão de quartos.
