정말 이 호텔은 호수 뷰도 좋고 시설도 깨끗했지만 직원의 서비스가 나쁘고, 제가 선택한 방이 아닌 엉뚱한 방을제공하는 호텔 직원 응대가 아주 기분 나빴습니다. 더군다나 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 슈페리어 예약방을 업그레이드 해준다는 어처구니 없는 답변을 하기도 해서 일박만 하고 다른 곳으로 예약해서 바꾸었습니다. 트립닷컴 항의하니 바로 환불 해줘서 쉽게 다른 호텔로 예약했습니다. 참고하시고 가세요~

In Europe, swimming pools may be called four-star. The ratings of European hotels are very mysterious. I have never seen a hotel that requires customers to take out the trash by themselves, change towels after staying for seven days, and clean the room after staying for seven days. This is a bad review! It is ok for apartment hotels to cook, but the hotel does not have food except for breakfast. In addition, it is far from the attractions. There is an industrial park next to it, and most of the customers are on business trips. In short, the above is unacceptable. If you don’t have a car, avoid it. Give it 4 stars at most, 4.5 stars is not worth it!

The rooms are spacious. The staff was kind. It was good because breakfast was on. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

The location is super convenient, just a few minutes walk after getting off the bus. The room facilities are complete and the service is good, and you can store your luggage. There are many choices of restaurants downstairs.

The hotel is very well located, near the shopping centre and at the entrance of the city of Vannes, the welcome is sympathetic and comfortable bedroom, We recommend !

Great facility to find the apartment there is no concern for the parking the apartment was of a great cleanliness the staff hosting and competent rooms are very well organized I will return without hesitation if the opportunity to work in the region is again

Personnel discret mais aux petits soins et ce à tous les niveaux (accueil, concierge, bar, service de chambres, spa...), emplacement magnifique, le château est très bien entretenu et le domaine inspire la quiétude et le repos. Le spa est cosy et chic. Nous avons exploré un peu les environs et presque regretté de ne pas avoir passé plus de temps sur le domaine. Je souligne un fois de plus la qualité du personnel qui a tout fait pour que le séjour soit le plus réussi possible.

The room's decor, rather minimalist, lacks warmth. Only one chair (for a double room) but two TVs (?) In the bathroom, the mirror didn't turn on, and therefore there was no lighting above the sink. I also regretted that the room didn't have a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities.
