This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!

Hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious, with a modern and minimalist design. The sauna was fantastic, though for the ladies, you may need to wait your turn since the women’s bathroom has only three showers. The location is excellent—right on Kokusai Dori, the main street in downtown Naha, Okinawa—so you can soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. With plenty of restaurants nearby, you’ll definitely eat well. The staff were kind and polite, even going out of their way to recommend a local Japanese restaurant for dinner, which made the stay feel extra special.

All excellent for us. Great location near monorail station. 2 cans of beer for adults/night with complimentary drink extremely suggestion for drinking activity. But breakfast is not full line buffet like others Japan hotel.

LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort is a really convenient place to stay, especially for a short trip around the Chatan area. Check-in is quick and straightforward, and getting to the hotel is easy. Having parking available makes things even more convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept, so it’s easy to settle in and relax. The onsen was a bit of a letdown. It’s clean and spacious, but there’s only one large pool, so it feels quite limited compared to what some might expect. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise. There’s a good variety, and even vegan options are available, which isn’t always easy to find. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from American Village, where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with a few minor downsides depending on what you’re looking for in the onsen.

The hotel was clean, and the room size was not too small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Most of all, I was satisfied that we could have a healthy breakfast at this price. When we signed up for the Vessel membership, we received an Orion beer as a gift, and perhaps because we stayed in a Ryukyu room, they also gave us Ryukyu King Team clothing. My daughter left her clothes and glasses in the public bath, but when I went to the reception the next day, they had them safely kept, which I was very grateful for.

Overall I feel very satisfied with everything! Hotel is beautiful with nice beach, tidy and new. I enjoy here so much. Many ”flies” are coming to room when we open the glass door, but we like to stay in balcony to sit and drink, also enjoy the view. Indoor swimming pool is little bit cold, also cold water except jacuzzi, kids are easy to be sick, suggest to make heater for warm.

We stayed at this hotel on our last day trip so as to be close to airport. Everything here is quite equipped less the hotel is a bit run down. The buffet restaurant has quite a comprehensive selection. Overall, is value for money. You can see why as there are many tour groups patronising the hotel.

Although the room was small (fairly standard for Japan), it was still moveable. The bed was super comfy, and the shower very nice. Location is great too. The hotel breakfast was super delicious, with different mains you can choose from each morning, along with tasty buffet additions and great matcha lates from the coffee machine. Highly recommend this hotel.

We are able to see the sunrise as our room stay faced the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is located on high grounds and the drive out to the nearby AEON Mall and other places are easily reached. However, the parking lots are quite limited if you are not a member of and have to walk a distance uphill to the hotel lobby. There was a school excursion where the students are staying, hence, may take w while to take the lift up and down. Otherwise, the staffs and their service standard are definitely very friendly & fantastic! If I ever come back again to Okinawa, I will also stay in this hotel.

We stayed 2 times, the location is perfect, very close to Tsuboya pottery streets and seafood market. The staffs are helpful, especially Tatsuro Nakasone san ( assistant Manager rooms). We will stay again when visiting Naha in the future. Thanks.
