The hotel was clean, and the room size was not too small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Most of all, I was satisfied that we could have a healthy breakfast at this price. When we signed up for the Vessel membership, we received an Orion beer as a gift, and perhaps because we stayed in a Ryukyu room, they also gave us Ryukyu King Team clothing. My daughter left her clothes and glasses in the public bath, but when I went to the reception the next day, they had them safely kept, which I was very grateful for.

We really enjoyed our experience here. Free parking was very handy as it can add up over your time at Okinawa. We had excellent service from Jerry on the reception desk. The onsen was a great facility which was well maintained by their staff. I was disappointed that the mens had a sauna and cold plunge, whereas the womens only had a steam room and two hot baths. The front desk in the lobby can provide tattoo covers as these are required. The fitness room was disappointing.. only dumbells up to 10kg and a few cardio machines. It is a shame that the pool is an additional expense. The breakfast had a great variety of foods. We would happily return.

The room is spacious enough to open two large suitcases comfortably. The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the metro and also close to the ferry terminal. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant.

Nice hotel close to Naha city beach, Naminou Shrine, and only a few minutes drive to/from Naha airport (free shuttle service available at fixed times). The hotel offers good value for money, with the hotel's onsen and breakfast buffet being the clear highlights. Location is not super close to the Yui Rail station and there are many adult entertainment facilities behind the hotel - so keep that in mind if traveling with family. Walking to nearby convenience stores takes a few minutes, but the hotel has its own 24/7 store that is stocked with all the essentials Check-in and check-out are done via self service terminals, which were quick and easy to use. But there are also staff members present who can assist and handle things like luggage storage. Regarding the room, unfortunately there was lots of condensation building up on the AC unit - and with that unit being located right above the bed, occasionally drops of water would fall right onto the pillow and/or your head. Not sure what can be done about this, but I saw another review mentioning it and wanted to confirm that this is indeed one of the few unpleasant aspects of the room / the stay at this hotel.

「外國旅客安全毫無保障！遇到事情只會拖延、包庇，極度不推薦！」 這是一家外表光鮮亮麗，內部管理卻腐敗至極的新飯店。原本帶孩子來度假，卻換來滿身傷痕與一肚子氣。 2026/05/10 晚上，在大浴池更衣室時，一位日本女人莫名把我女兒放在位子上的毛巾和髮圈丟到地上。我過去跟她理論，她一邊吹頭髮一邊裝傻，最後竟辱罵我「I hate you, you are stupid」。罵完後，我繼續跟她爭論，結果她竟然當場情緒失控，直接朝我衝過來想拿毛巾甩我。我伸手阻擋，她竟然大力抓傷我的手背。 為了自保和留作證據，我隨即拿起手機拍下對方的臉。當時對方兩人皆已完全穿好衣服，並非在裸露狀態下拍攝。對方隨即做賊喊抓賊大喊 police 並跑去櫃檯告狀。 最讓人寒心的是飯店的處理態度： 1. 櫃檯睜眼說瞎話：我先生下樓詢問進度，飯店竟然推託說「不知道對方住哪一房，要等明天早上經理來調監視器」。對方都去櫃檯抱怨了，飯店怎麼可能不知道房號？根本是欺騙外國人的拖延戰術！ 2. 經理冷血且檢討被害人：隔天早上經理面無表情，沒有一句道歉或慰問傷口，只說：「我們飯店不會幫你們報警，要報警自己去報。」接著竟然強迫我刪除證據影片，理由是「那是客人的隱私」。 我當場回他：「因為她們是日本人有隱私，我們不是日本人，莫名被抓傷就不用處理？！」如果要報警，這就是證據，我絕對不會刪！最後全家人直接拉著行李走人。 這家飯店的態度就是：日本人的隱私至上，外國人的安全隨便。 發生事情時，這家飯店只會包庇、拖延、推卸責任，要去住的人請自己保重！ [No Safety for Foreign Tourists! They only protect locals, delay issues, and blame the victims. Highly NOT recommended!] While this new hotel looks nice on the outside, its management and crisis handling are completely unacceptable. On the night of May 10th, 2026, our family vacation turned into a nightmare. In the changing room of the public bath, a Japanese woman inexplicably threw my daughter’s towel and hair tie onto the floor. When I confronted her, she insulted me, shouting, ”I hate you, you are stupid!” After she insulted me, I didn't back down and continued to argue with her. She then completely lost control and rushed toward me. As I put my hand up to block her, she violently scratched the back of my hand. To protect myself and preserve evidence, I took a video of her face. I must emphasize that at that moment, both women were fully dressed; no one was recorded in a state of undress. She then started playing the victim, screaming ”Police!” and ran to the front desk to complain. The hotel's response was outrageous: 1. Lying and Stalling: The hotel staff blatantly lied, claiming they didn't know which room the guest stayed in and needed to wait until the next morning for the manager to review the CCTV. This was an obvious stalling tactic. 2. Coldness and Victim-Blaming: The next morning, the manager offered NO apology and NO concern for my injury. He coldly stated, ”Our hotel will not help you call the police. If you want to, do it yourself.” Worse, he repeatedly demanded that I delete the video evidence, claiming it violated the ”guest's privacy.” I replied, ”So because they are Japanese, they have privacy, but because we are not, it’s okay for us to be assaulted and injured without resolution?!” I refused to delete the crucial evidence. We packed our bags and left immediately. This hotel's stance is clear: The privacy of an aggressor matters more than the safety of a foreign tourist. They will only protect the locals and dodge responsibility. Stay here at your own risk!

Located very conveniently near Makishi Station, and at the west end of Kokusai Dori. Clean hotel with nice amenities. No gym though. Overall we were ok with the stay here. But two episodes eroded the satisfaction over service standards: 1) Booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 pax, through Trip.com via the same booking on the same day.. however upon arrival, only one room was given the daily welcome drink coupon (Orion beer) while the other was not. When asked, they said it was a change in policy and not all rooms are given the welcome drink. From the reviews, we were already expecting welcome drinks for all. The uneven treatment between rooms made it worse. I feel the service staff did not handle it well. May I suggest Trip.com work with the hotel to state explicitly which room types will / will not be offered this benefit, for clarity. 2) one of the service staff serving welcome drinks at the bar showed a black face when my family member made a request that was fulfilled the day before. The order was grudgingly fulfilled and the server just turned away after putting the drink on the table. That was unprofessional. Hope the hotel can work on their comms and service standards.

Fantastic hotel off the touristy area but in a convenient location. Hotel is currently under renovations and the new rooms are spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread is one of the nicest I have had anywhere. Location is local but walkable to some very good restaurants. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this hotel twice and was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent—very convenient for sightseeing, free shuttles bus to airport, and dining options. The room was basic but clean, and the staff were friendly. Great value overall!

It is an absolutely beautiful location with private beach access and several pools. Most staff were kind and friendly. The food was delicious and provided many options for vegetarians. We will definitely go back to this resort again in the future. The only two complaints is that the pools close too early and the maid service doesn't arrive to clean rooms until around 17:00, which is the same time guests come back to their rooms to get ready for dinner after a long day outside. I have done a lot of traveling and maid service almost always comes between 11:00-14:00. So it seemed weird that we left our hotel room at 10:00 and returned at 17:00 to a still messy room.
