Experience was great. Breakfast is awesome. Onsen is fabulous. Location is unbeatable. Only complaint is a lost key will be charged 1100yen. Never had a hotel charge for lost key before.

Hands down, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious, with a modern and minimalist design. The sauna was fantastic, though for the ladies, you may need to wait your turn since the women’s bathroom has only three showers. The location is excellent—right on Kokusai Dori, the main street in downtown Naha, Okinawa—so you can soak in the city’s vibrant atmosphere. With plenty of restaurants nearby, you’ll definitely eat well. The staff were kind and polite, even going out of their way to recommend a local Japanese restaurant for dinner, which made the stay feel extra special.

The front desk service is astonishing; courteous, attentive and efficient. The room is big enough for a couple and amenities is more than adequate. It also had a car park and it charges Yen 1,500 a day. The best is her location; 100 meters from Makashi Station ( 8 stops from Naha airport), 200 meters to international street where souvenirs is abundant and all kind of foods, opposite the hotel is a supermarket and lastly, the Makashi Public Market is about 1.7 km away or 20 minutes walk. Will definitely stay here again if I ever were to visit Naha Okinawa again.

LeQu Okinawa Chatan Spa & Resort is a really convenient place to stay, especially for a short trip around the Chatan area. Check-in is quick and straightforward, and getting to the hotel is easy. Having parking available makes things even more convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well kept, so it’s easy to settle in and relax. The onsen was a bit of a letdown. It’s clean and spacious, but there’s only one large pool, so it feels quite limited compared to what some might expect. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a pleasant surprise. There’s a good variety, and even vegan options are available, which isn’t always easy to find. The location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from American Village, where there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with a few minor downsides depending on what you’re looking for in the onsen.

The hotel was clean, and the room size was not too small for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Most of all, I was satisfied that we could have a healthy breakfast at this price. When we signed up for the Vessel membership, we received an Orion beer as a gift, and perhaps because we stayed in a Ryukyu room, they also gave us Ryukyu King Team clothing. My daughter left her clothes and glasses in the public bath, but when I went to the reception the next day, they had them safely kept, which I was very grateful for.

The hotel is located relatively near Naha airport. The surrounding is calm but there is not much else directly around the hotel. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. Service is excellent. The lunch buffet is especially great. Breakfast is pretty good. I would like to especially highlight the friendliness and warmth of Javi who suggested us food and activities and genuinely cared about our well being.

Although the room was small (fairly standard for Japan), it was still moveable. The bed was super comfy, and the shower very nice. Location is great too. The hotel breakfast was super delicious, with different mains you can choose from each morning, along with tasty buffet additions and great matcha lates from the coffee machine. Highly recommend this hotel.

We are able to see the sunrise as our room stay faced the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is located on high grounds and the drive out to the nearby AEON Mall and other places are easily reached. However, the parking lots are quite limited if you are not a member of and have to walk a distance uphill to the hotel lobby. There was a school excursion where the students are staying, hence, may take w while to take the lift up and down. Otherwise, the staffs and their service standard are definitely very friendly & fantastic! If I ever come back again to Okinawa, I will also stay in this hotel.

The service was excellent as expected in Japan. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times. The hotel had a coin operated laundry (a must for family travellers) and has modern gym facilities (a must for middle aged dads), however the gym was little disappointing as it did not have a leg machine and the dumbbells only went up to 22kg.  But the pool and the jacuzzi were excellent for a family with kids.  The changing rooms were very clean. We didn't try the food at the hotel but only because we wanted a local eatery experience while here in Okinawa. The hotel's location almost adjoins the Makishi Market complex that offers protection from the rain and provided lots of options for local eating as well as numerous souvenir shops. Definitely will look forward to staying here again.
