Location: Situated right on Gyeongpo Beach, it's just a 1-minute walk to the sea. The hotel backs onto Gyeongpo Lake, offering distant mountain views, perfect for a summer holiday. Amenities: The rooms are fully equipped, with a small square table especially convenient for in-room dining. The rooftop features an infinity pool and a bar. The hotel also has a fried chicken restaurant, a coffee shop, a convenience store, and various recreational facilities, making it very well-equipped. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel is in a great location, with cafés and a convenience store just a short walk away. The property is spacious and offers many beautiful spots for taking photos. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always polite. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay here and had an amazing experience. Nice place to stay. Very close to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort. Nice view. Ample parking space. Spacious Room. Ondol room can fit 6 people. Kitchenette provided for cooking. There was an issue with our toilet where the toilet bowl is clogged. When we contact the front desk, they promptly send a staff to fix the toilet. Everything is perfect and we enjoy our stay at Tower Condominium.

While clean, the room was much smaller than I anticipated. Check-in took an incredibly long time; I waited for three hours! They claimed to be following check-in numbers sent via KakaoTalk, but this wasn't actually the case. Someone making a lot of complaints was prioritized, and the whole situation was just chaotic. The room was surprisingly small and looked nothing like the photos. I was assigned to Building A, but the pictures on Trip.com were completely different from the room I received (I suspect they were of Buildings B and C). I initially wondered if the hotel had given me the wrong room, but upon re-examining the photos, the very last one did seem to be of Building A. Honestly, I feel deceived, having chosen the room based solely on those initial, misleading pictures. The swimming pool also incurs an additional charge of 80,000 KRW per person (I didn't use the pool). There's a bakery area, and its lobby is so close to the pool that everything is visible from there. While waiting for check-in, I had coffee in the lobby, and it felt rather awkward seeing people in their swimsuits so close by. Breakfast is divided into two time slots, so you must arrive at your allocated time. The coffee service, where staff pour it for you, was also quite inconvenient. Normally, one would get coffee from a self-service machine, but here there's a dedicated 'coffee zone' where you have to place an order with staff. When there's a queue, you end up waiting with your food in hand, which is truly inconvenient. And the coffee wasn't even exceptionally delicious. Despite having three staff members at the coffee zone, the whole process felt incredibly inefficient. The breakfast food itself, however, was tasty. Oh, and a quick note: Netflix isn't available in the rooms, haha. I honestly think the Lotte Resort, where I previously stayed, is far superior. Their rooms are much more spacious, the pool is complimentary, and it definitely has a more luxurious vibe. Breakfast at Lotte is also tastier, in my personal opinion (and you *can* watch Netflix there!). To sum up, Cassia offers breathtaking scenery. The breakfast was varied and delicious! However, I feel they haven't made effective use of the hotel's interior space. It's genuinely vast, and as you wander, you encounter tables, uncomfortable chairs, and very large art books on display, but it all feels a bit forced and out of place. I never felt like sitting down and relaxing on the chairs, which were also uncomfortable. The overall interior design felt somewhat unkempt and disjointed. It's a shame such a large space wasn't utilized more thoughtfully. Next time, I'll probably opt for Lotte Resort over Cassia.

Excellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner). It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area. Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

Nice ondoh apartment - heated flooring in living n bedroom - spacious and warm! But surprised they only supply hand towels and no bath towels so need to pay for it. They should provide bathroom mat or rug as the tiled floor is cold in winter! Nevertheless we still enjoyed the room and were able to watch Netfix at night. Many restaurants and CU convenient stores around the ski resort so lots of food options! The disappointment was the water park nearby because of the layout, lack of bathing amenities and rest areas despite costing more than krw35k per pax!! Frequent onsen patrons can skip this, but then nothing much to do around the resort other than skiing, so well...unless u grab a taxi to go to the mountains for sightseeing if weather permits...

It was our second time visiting Nami Island, but our first time staying overnight at this hotel. • Check‑in: Restricted to 3 PM, so plan accordingly. • Room quality: The room was clean and comfortable. • Convenience: The hotel provides a complimentary minibar (charges only apply for additional requests). Staying overnight is a great idea—you don’t need to rush for the cruise or worry about timing. • Front desk service: Staff spoke English well, were friendly, and explained shop and restaurant operating hours clearly. They also gave us a 20% discount voucher for bike rental. • Transport: The hotel offers a shuttle van from the port to the hotel. Walking takes about 20–25 minutes. ✨ Overall: A pleasant and convenient stay on Nami Island. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and thoughtful perks like the bike rental discount and shuttle service made the experience enjoyable.

The condition of the convention tower room was good. The snowy scenery was also very nice. There were many places to go and things to do for a vacation, so it was good. The water park, swimming pool, sauna, Unamjeong, casino (Kangwon Land), gondola, skiing, sledding, etc. were spread out, so it wasn't too crowded even though it was a holiday, which was even better. ㅎㅎ I'm even more satisfied because there's something for everyone, from children to adults. It's a bit far to get there, but it's definitely a vacation, so I'd like to visit again^^

My friends and I came to Intercontinental Alpensia because we got a really good deal and expected to experience snow right at the resort. The snow arrived a bit later than we hoped but honestly, we still had such a good time! The room was lovely, the weather was perfectly chilly (sometimes too cold.. so come prepared!) and we were lucky to catch real snow at Mount Balsangwan by taking the cable car at nearby resort (Mona Yongpyeong) We have to give a huge shout out to the in-room dining service; the Beef Risotto and Frutti di Mare Pasta were soooo good. Truly delicious! The whole area is so pretty and calm, especially with the Christmas vibe when we visited. Everything felt cozy and magical. We definitely plan to return! ❄️💙

The hotel is beautiful. There are nice restaurants within the hotel compound so you do not need to go anywhere. The view from the balcony was amazing (slop view). Amenities sufficient, room spacious. We took 2 of these rooms since we were 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old). The beds are super single and 2 ppl sleeping on a bed is do-able or there is loads of space for an additional bed. We didn't have bfast but a lot of restaurants and a CU within the hotel compound. A word of advice, if you are coming from Seoul, stop at JINBU STATION and not Pyeongchang station. We made a mistake of going to Pyeongchang station which is far away and the cab will cost krw 60,000 per way. Jinbu station is just 5 minutes away.
