GGuest UserWe were so happy to have spent a couple of days here with the family. This is an amazing place, a beautiful and green island with excellent beach access and a great pool. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. In the evenings, we saw monkeys, and in the mornings, we encountered monitor lizards, as well as many beautiful birds. The staff are incredibly friendly; I think they remember every guest. The beds in the rooms are very comfortable; we fell asleep in a minute. Thank you again for such an oasis!

WWasabiRFacilities: While not a brand-new hotel, it boasts its own nature reserve ambiance. All rooms are individual wooden bungalows, offering different mountain and ocean views! The rooms are spacious! The balcony is very comfortable!
Hygiene: The cleaning was excellent and very thorough!
Environment: As soon as you enter, it feels like a giant natural garden combining forest and ocean. You can spot dusky leaf monkeys and hornbills everywhere, truly a wonderful ecosystem! There's no need to go out to see any other attractions when you're here! The pool is also very comfortable, not crowded, and the drinks at the pool bar are delicious!
Service: Excellent! I received a birthday surprise, a handwritten blessing, a birthday cake, and an upgrade to a sea-view wooden chalet. The hotel is truly thoughtful and generous. They wished me a happy birthday during check-in, and the room was decorated with a little surprise! It feels like the hotel genuinely cares about guests' special occasions, even though I hadn't requested any of these in advance! So, I was very touched!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out.
The breakfast selection was extensive, and the facilities were well-maintained; both the pool and common areas were spotless. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
This stay exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Langkawi and will recommend it to family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel team for the excellent service that made our trip even more memorable!

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort! The pool is huge and very clean — I swam for almost 3 hours each day during my 2-night stay 🤭.
My pool access room was super comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. I also loved that there’s a bathtub!
A few small suggestions for improvement:
1. It would be great to have street lights at the junction leading to the resort.
2. Adding a clear sign at the entrance would help, especially at night or during rainy weather.
3. Breakfast was okay overall. The English-style options were good, but the local dishes like fried kuey teow, fried vermicelli, and nasi lemak could use a bit more flavour.
Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing stay — definitely a resort I’d love to come back to! 🌴💦

* Excellent service from all staff members, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.

MMd Manjur Ahad HelalA very calm and quiet environment with very wide range breakfast in the morning. The gotel staffs are sober and well behaved. The room service is tremendously good. The location of the hotel is ideal if you dine in the hotel. Otherwise the restaurant are 5/10 minutes walk. The rooftop restaurant is really cool and superb. Surrounding of the hotel is marvellous.

GGuest UserMy stay at frangipani was better than what I expected. The resorts location is ideal for island vacation, perfect blend of untouched beach and resorts ecosystem is extraordinary.
The staff is very helpful, polite and attentive. I found my room was very clean plus house keeping was to the point. The swimming pools are maintained well.
All in all I would say its a perfect place to stay for couples and families. I would come back here again.

GGuest UserTraveling with a friend, we only stayed one night, but the hotel experience left a deep impression on us.
A big thank you to the lady at the front desk who checked us in; she was smiling and attentive throughout. As we had to wait for our room, she offered us two drink vouchers, which was a lovely gesture and really made an impression.
The hotel room was very spacious, and the pool in the lobby was quite clean. The location is also excellent, just a 200 to 300-meter walk from Cenang Beach, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for an early flight the next day. I stayed in a family suite on the 5th floor. I don't know about other floors, but as soon as you step out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there's a very strong, unpleasant smell, like something rotting at a street stall. The room was very spacious, which was a plus, but the towels and showerhead were really subpar. Breakfast was also just mediocre, and it's quite far from other attractions. If it weren't for catching a flight, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. The value for money is very low.
