Hotel Dengan Pools di Tamaulipas, Mexico

The hotel is clean and modern. It has several restaurants around in this convenient location. The only slight issue was that it took the front desk like 10 minutes to find my reservation and also to verify that it was prepaid already. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

When they arrived at reception, they commented that they only accepted booking and shipping bookings, they lasted to give us the service but at the end they acceded, it's the first time they refused me to book for using Trip.com; additional card was given to us to enter the room without schedule, I couldn't open the door and I had to go down to reception to ask the right card; the room had a moisture smell, and that touched us (205) I had sliped the roof showing the pipe that passed up I imagined the smell comes from there; the low-plane lift (parking) doesn't work, which caused problems because one of us needed mule. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio, el desayuno también es muy bueno y variado con comida típica. Tranquilo y silencioso

Bit basic, no tea or coffee facilities in room

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Breakfast is Compared to other hotels Fruit and vegetables. It seemed to be lacking ~ In the refrigerator. Water 500 millimeters One. I'm sorry I didn't have it.

All right, what I don't like is that we go very closely and according to we have enough points for a free night and they become pure lies

very bad service, they gave us different rooms than the ones we had booked, and they still do not make us a refund of the cancellation that was made of one of the rooms for one night

El hotel requiere una remodelación y el servicio de restaurante es solo para el desayuno, sin embargo la relación en precio es buena ya que las habitaciones están muy bien. Cama cómoda y espacio bueno en habitación

OK, the price is relatively expensive. Service awareness is a little bit worse.
