The staff, Pablo and Ruben, are very helpful in providing guidance of the city, restaurants and attractions to visit. The room has an amazing view of the park/ square, as well as the view of mountain and small houses on the mountain. Modern design. Wonderful stay. Will visit again.

Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

The staff were very friendly and very comfortable to stay. The room was really spacious and comfortable, and the pool and sauna facilities and breakfast service were good. I'm so satisfied than I thought, so I want to use it again next time.

The hotel I stayed at, the front desk service, like the local climate, changed a lot. The night shift was snobbish. On the day of the step, he said that there was no room so fast. It took almost two o'clock to stay. Also, two days ago I wrote him clearly and asked for a package for breakfast today (because I was going to the airport at 3 am), and he actually said that he had not received the order. The reception manager of the morning shift (middle-aged people wearing glasses) is warm and hospitable. After the shift on the day of the step, the morning shift manager service is very good. 清潔感ある、広々とした部屋だった。あの値段でこのレベルはだいぶ有り難かった。
朝とお昼はレストランがあるため、追加でお金を払ってそこで食事することもできる。美味しかった。
飛行機の時間の都合で深夜にタクシーを手配してもらうように頼んだが、快く引き受けてくれたし、タクシーの料金も事前に教えてくれた。(しかも割高とかではなく、現地の人曰く相場くらい=100ボリ。)

The room was very clean and cozy, and the view from the room and restaurant was very beautiful!
After sightseeing, I walked back from the center at night, but at night there were few people around and it was a little scary to walk alone (I didn't see any danger).

The location of the hotel is secluded, very far away from the yellow line non-stop station, but the airport is close to the airport for 70 yuan. The rooms are spacious and simple, lined with wooden floors and the furniture has an overall retro taste. Beautifully displayed towels are acceptable. The toilet in some rooms smells, so be careful when you check in. The breakfast can provide us with a rich breakfast earlier than 3 o'clock upon request of the guests or can provide a light take-out lunch. The staff at the reception are fluent in English, and the service is also very good and caring. Arranging taxi transfers to and from the airport and explaining the discounts on local attractions and cable car rides for us are the most commendable, and the overall meets expectations and recommends staying.

DDawei 007One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time. It's cute and stamped with its own individuality. I enjoyed it so much I booked an extra night. The room has the most wonderful views from its private balcony. The shower was good and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The host is such a warm, welcoming individual. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel if you're looking for a lovely setting and a place to chill and relax.

MMartin JeromePerfect location for enjoying La Paz as it’s a brief ten minute walk away from the cable car station. We had mixed experience with the service. Some people were amazing, others much less so. Ever was our favourite person to speak to, but Manuel (the supervisor) made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was amazing though, a big shoutout goes to Zdenka for doing amazing work day in day out to make our room spotless and perfect.

They refill the water every day.
I also paid for a massage.
(It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.)
You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free.
(The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.)
The breakfast was also very delicious.

WWinnie from HKStaff service and service is excellent. Airport transfer is available, and the fare is cheaper: directly to the driver in the suit. The flight we left was 06:00, asked the staff if they could arrange transportation, the reply was 03:25, the driver picked you up at the hotel, and the breakfast box would be arranged. The fare was the same as in the daytime. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a buffet, a lunch and a dinner of high quality and good environment.

NNvshizhengThe room is small, the health is good, although the towels and bath towels are old, but clean, the front desk service is very good, thoughtful and enthusiastic, try to meet the extra requirements of the guests. Going out is the entrance of the yellow cable car. Breakfast is now ordered. Hot water is good, there is bath shampoo, the shower is a bit small, resulting in no water.
