리셉션에서 결제시 아이2명에 대한 추가요금을 요구했습니다.
이유는 온라인에서 결제시 아이2명을 포함하지 않았기 때문이라는 것입니다. 온라인에서 확인해보니 아이2명을 체크해도 가격이 똑같습니다.
(우리 아이들은 3,4살입니다.)
베드 추가나 수건 추가 등 다른 어떤 추가도 없었습니다. 오직 체크하지 않았기때문에 추가요금을 내야한다고 리셉션은 말합니다.
결론적으로 미리 아이2명을 체크했으면 동일한 가격에 이용했을텐데 체크하지 않았다고 5,000f 추가요금이 붙었습니다. 입실 할 때 아이 두 명 나이에 대해 리셉션은 확인했고, 별다른 얘기 없었습니다. 그러나 퇴실할때 돈 내야 한다고 하더군요. 저는 이 과정이 이해되지 않습니다.
음식은 맛있습니다. 객실도 청결합니다.
오직 리셉션 응대만 이해되지 않습니다.

The reason is that it does not include two children when paying online. Checking online, the price is the same even if you check two children.

There was no other addition, such as adding beds or towels. The reception says you have to pay an additional fee because you haven't checked.
In conclusion, if I checked two children in advance, I would have used it at the same price, but I added an additional fee of 5,000f saying I didn't check it.
