Teve algumas situações desagradáveis em situação a limpeza deixou a desejar, roupas de cama e banho sujas com manchas e marcas de uso.
Referente a recepção tem uma recepcionista super atenciosa e educada chamada Marisa, muito obrigada por sua atenção e seu empenho em fazer de tudo para agradar os hóspedes, mas como nem todos são iguais teve uma mocinha que estava na recepção noite, acho que ela está no lugar errado, não sabe trabalhar com o público, muito mal educada e grossa. Para trabalhar com o público tem que ser paciente, trabalhar com amor e dedicação.

Helpful front desk. Location was great, 5 mins walk to Brazilian side of the Falls. A good size pool w/ a few hot tubs around. Pool size bar was nice too. They had a spa but I didn’t try. Dining was ok. Room was also nice & bright. Owner was an art collector so lots of art pieces were displayed in the hotel

 the hotel is in the Centro downtown area of Curitiba, which can be a little bit sketchy. You don’t want to walk around at night. There’s a lot of homeless people on the streets, but the hotel is fine spacious a little bit old. There is free breakfast in the morning and the staff are polite.

Decididamente, falta gerência/administração.
Localização não é ruim, apesar de haver mtos moradores de rua nas redondezas (devido albergue municipal perto). Peca demais na questão dos serviços. Falta manutenções básicas, como no ar-condicionado e nos sinais dos pouquíssimos canais disponíveis na TV - e, mesmo reclamando, ninguém faz absolutamente nada.
O café da manhã, idem. Nunca mudam e está sempre faltando itens (principalmente após às 10:00h), os quais só são repostos se cobrado pelo hóspede (cansa irrita, ter que, todo dia, ficar cobrando).
A torradeira quebrou e, uma semana depois saí do hotel, sem que fosse consertada.
A rede inteira é assim. Já enviei e-mail à adm regional, mas sequer responderam. Total Descaso!
Falta simpatia à maioria dos empregados. Receber um bom dia é coisa rara (exceção da camareira Venezuelana e do novo empregado da recepção noturna).

The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests.

Lugar limpo, organizado e bem localizado, café excelente. Não tivemos nenhuma reclamação no nosso atendimento e nem da nossa atendente. Mas presenciamos o atendimento do casal no balcão ao nosso lado, com extrema grosseria e falta de empatia, e ainda atrapalhando a nossa atendente.

Hotel muito bem localizado (quase ao lado da Rua 24h). Quarto bem antigo, mas com bom café da manhã e serviço de limpeza eficiente. Colchão um pouco mole, mas não interferiu no descanso. Destaco o atendimento da funcionária da recepçã, Gabriela: muito simpática, prestativa e educada. Sempre disposta a resolver problemas com o sorriso no rosto. Voltaria!

O quarto em que ficamos, alem de cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam com aparência de velhas, amareladas! As roupas de cama aparentavam até não terem sido trocadas! O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e talvez já tenha ou melhore as condições das instalações! Porém as roupas de cama e toalhas não dependem de reforma e poderiam melhorar nesse aspecto! O café da manhã nos agradou muito, com muita variedade e qualidade! A localização do hotel também é perfeita! O restaurante também nos atendeu muito bem!

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

JJoão L.Excellent hotel, spectacular breakfast, our choice at the various times we stay in Foz and never disappointed us. It is close to shopping (washing, market, exchange, etc.) and with good restaurants nearby. The parking is discovered and has a rate of 25 reals/day (maio/2025).

향향히I booked for a break, but it was so good. I took a good rest to the room atmosphere, cleaning and breakfast! Also, the staff were so friendly and nice. I went with a 5-month-old baby, but there were a lot of family bingmen, and it was a comfortable place to have a baby!

NNicholasA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is more convenient. There are often tour groups to stay, and the hotel staff can serve. But the hotel facilities are a bit old for a long time, and the charging port in the house is not good.

GGuest UserWith such price, I expect the service is top notch, yet I was disturbed by the housekeepers twice in the evening and 3 times in the morning for cleaning up. There’s even one time that I was in the room and the cleaning lady just directly opened the door without ringing. It even didn’t happen for star 3 hotels.
The room is surprisingly small and I guess the only reason I opted for this hotel is the proximity of location to Iguazu falls.

Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.
