Highlights:
- Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel
- Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.)
- Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast
- Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning
Areas to improve:
- Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty
- Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city
- Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly
Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

Good location with a lovely view of the park with trees. Caipirinha was too sweet and the hotel doesn’t offer a packed breakfast if you are leaving early. In addition to this we sadly had a bad recommendation from a hotel staff member to get a Tim SIM card from their store which resulted in being scammed by the store as the salesman sold us sims using his own CPF resulting in sims being locked down and unusable. Tourists need to be warned of this to buy an eSIM instead.

Очень странный отель. Вроде бы расположение удобное - недалеко от автовокзала, отравления туристического поезда, рынка, центра старого, НО вся улица по пути к отелю, да у самих дверей усыпала бомжами. Идти, откровенно говоря, стрёмно. При бронировании произошла какая-то ошибка, и вместо стандартного DBL мне решили дать SNGL. После некоторых выяснений персонал дал номер SUITE (по сути выше, чем бронировалось). Но он выглядит просто ужасно, старо, ржавые полки для полотенец. Их же можно покрасить. Отелю нужен ремонт как можно скорее. Персонал старается. В отеле даже предоставляется завтрак с фруктами, есть даже манго! Помимо стандартных для всех отелей в Бразилии булок. Но вся еда какая-то испорченная. Фрукты словно прокисли и тд. По сути, за заплаченную цену отель даёт хороший сервис, но в следующий раз я скорее предпочту доплатить больше, но заселиться в более приличное место. Отсюда хотелось бежать

A nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã com diversas opções, e atendimento ok. O que não achei interessante foi a questão de manter um espaço adequado para parar o carro na frente do hotel, com risco de sermos multados, mas quanto as dependências do hotel e atendimento, muito bons!

Very Good
I stayed at Wyndham Foz do Iguaçu, and first of all, I would like to highlight how attentive and professional the hotel staff are. Among all the hotels I have stayed at so far, I can confidently say that this property has one of the best teams in terms of service quality. My sincere thanks go to the hotel manager and especially to Sheyla Rocha at the reception. My room was upgraded to a suite, which I truly appreciated. They also kindly accommodated my stay for a second night, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Sometimes, a warm smile and genuine hospitality are more than enough—and this hotel delivers exactly that. The hotel also offers spa facilities, and the swimming pool is both beautiful and very clean. Its central location, within walking distance of many restaurants, is another great advantage for guests. If you are planning to stay in this area, I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation. Lastly, although the room size is listed as 22 m², the hotel is designed in a “home suite” concept, making the rooms feel spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for a pleasant stay.

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Amazing
The best location to see and feel Iguazu Falls in magnificent panoramic views at Brazil side. Unlimited access time inside the national park. Friendly staffs. Excellent breakfast and dining experience.

A very clean and comfortable hotel close to the international bus station. There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

The receptionist that greeted us was very friendly and always smiling! The breakfast has a lot of options! The room size was fine and the bed was comfortable. Location is within the center with lots of restaurants and cafes around.

Loved everything! The receptionists we're amazing! Making sure my needs were taken care of. The hotel is beautiful inside. With a lovely entrance reception. Luggage Carrier's. Great breakfast with an awesome and friendly team. Nice open room upstairs and a small gym! The corridors are very clean. All the spaces I went were very clean. There's a space in the 1 floor where you can sit with small tables and chairs. My room was very spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom with the best warm shower nice and large . Also theres a table to study, and round small table with 2 chairs inside the room. The internet had problems P.S. Between Andrade Braz, Guiará e Vernon ( which are in Curitiba ) this one is the best!
