The hotel's location is fantastic, being within walking distance of Bird Park and Iguazu National Park, and only a quick taxi ride to the airport. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; even though I arrived quite early, they kindly stored my luggage for me. The breakfast was great. It would be nicer if there weren’t weird tourists muttering odd things in the lobby.

Well, even after reading several very negative reviews about the hotel, I decided to take a chance. My first impression was that the environment was in line with the price I had paid. My room was clean and smelled nice. In fact, the hotel has some things that could be better, such as the cleaning could be more efficient, and the minibar door was very rusty (but the inside was very clean). The bathroom showed signs of a ”rushed” cleaning, but it was apparently clean. Other than that, the room in general was very cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough for a morning meal. The receptionists were polite and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Small parking lot. If you are a beginner driver, I do not recommend it, as there are many columns.
I stayed in the family room: simple room, TV does not work. Air conditioning smells. Bathroom does not have a hairdryer, comfortable bed.
Service at reception: great.
If you are looking for something just to sleep, something basic and you do not have a car. It is worth it. Because parking is a hassle.

The hotel is simply gorgeous! Everything is absolutely great here! Beautiful grounds, amazing service, a nice pool and sun loungers, you can see that everything is done at the highest level! We liked it here so much that we decided to stay another night to enjoy this wonderful hotel!
P.S. The breakfasts here are also great!

Very satisfied hotel, located in the batal district.
Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã com diversas opções, e atendimento ok. O que não achei interessante foi a questão de manter um espaço adequado para parar o carro na frente do hotel, com risco de sermos multados, mas quanto as dependências do hotel e atendimento, muito bons!

GGuest UserHotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door.
The room was huge, but not comfortable.

NNicholasA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

Gostava do hotel, mas infelizmente não voltarei mais nele.

ДДмитрий_Л.A magnificent hotel on Iguazu Falls. The service is at the highest level. Upon arrival, a personal manager meets you with a welcome drink)) Provides all the information and takes you to your room. We were upgraded to a room for free, which was very nice. The rooms have everything that was stated. Breakfast was buffet style. Breakfast is simply luxury. You can't say it better. Cheeses, cold cuts, honey from the comb, eggs Benedict, fruits, vegetables, pastries, champagne... A fairy tale)) Dinner from the menu. There are free sunscreens by the pool, you don't need to bring your own)) A free shuttle runs from the hotel to the entrance to the park, approximately every 30 minutes. You can get to the Bird Park, since the entrance to the Bird Park is a 3-minute walk from the entrance to Iguazu Park. But the biggest bonus of the hotel is access to the waterfall around the clock. At sunset, the waterfalls are beautiful, and the park is empty, there are no visitors.

BBryce van de LaarBogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise.

GGuest UserI had a really nice 3 night stay at the Mirante hotel, wish I'd stayed another night or two. I chose it for it's very handy location for the local bus station (the public transport was very easy to use to get to the Iguaçu Falls, airport and Itaipu dam), I hadn't actually realised what a nice hotel it was. Even a towel animal sculpture on the bed from Juliana the maid! Rooftop pool was lovely, everything was clean and tidy, breakfast was a fantastic buffet. There was also a games room (pool table, table tennis etc) though I didn't use it myself.
The only very slight downside was no filtered water for drinking, other than at breakfast, but not a big problem.
