GGuest UserGreat location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

My friend suffering from coughing, Staff even bring us to medicine shop to buy medicine. Staff search taxi and taught us how to call taxi.

但是不知道為什麼，不丹每一個酒店都説我們沒有預訂上，還問我們是在*******還是agoda上預訂的，其實我們在攜程上訂的，但是好像他們交接的有問題，導致每一個入住都花費很長時間解釋。攜程應該反省一下。

From plush bedding to high-end toiletries, every detail was carefully curated to ensure a comfortable stay. However, what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team went above and beyond to cater to my needs, displaying a level of professionalism and courtesy that exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the hotel's breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to my stay. Whether enjoying a meal at the on-site restaurant or relaxing in the room, i was treated to panoramic vistas that enhanced the overall experience.
