We had a good stay at Hotel Arthur. The location was pretty convenient for us - it was a 5 minute walk from Helsinki's Central Station for platforms going to/from the airport, tram service was nearby and it was within a 15-20 minute walk of everything we wanted to see in Helsinki. We booked this hotel because it was inexpensive for our stay and it was pretty pleasant.The breakfast was included with our stay and was welcome as well. We booked a twin room with two twin beds. The beds were comfy and we found extra pillows in the closet. We had a really good sleep each night at the hotel because it was very quiet. The room had a couple of chairs including a pretty big cushioned one, a desk and a TV that was mounted high. The room could be a little better with the cleaning of the tv remote and kettle but the beds and bathroom were fine. The hotel is over 100 years old and we felt the hotel showed its age the most in the room because there are some renovations that have been done over the years and it is pretty evident . Our room only had plug-ins at the desk and there was none near the night stand by the beds. The closets were in need of some maintenance because the door tracks were a bit stiff, the floor was peeling and the drywall in the back was loose. The shower used to have sliding doors as evident by the track that wasn't removed but the shower had a curtain that was too short and the floor squeegee was there for a reason because the water went everywhere when I showered. Shower pressure was fine and it was easy to get plenty of hot water. You may want to consider bringing your own bath products because the shower gel was meant for hand soap, body wash and shampoo. The hotel has saunas that you can book upon request. If you book your hotel reservation directly through the hotel you can get a discounted rate of 8 euros per person for the sauna but if you book through another website it is 10 euros per person. There is a nicer sauna that is shown in the pictures of the hotel but it fills up pretty quickly. We got the other sauna and it was ok but was in need of some cleaning because previous guests left their wet towels all over the place instead of in the towel bin located under a bench. We felt it was silly to charge a different rate if you booked through another platform because we wouldn't have heard of this hotel if we didn't use the platform we used! The breakfast was pretty standard and I had a nice English breakfast each day from the buffet. The mushrooms, sausage and hash browns were my favourite but I grew to enjoy the scrambled eggs during my stay because they add something to it that I'm not used to. They also had yoghurt, cereals, cold cut meats, fruit and cheese amongst other standard breakfast staples. They had a juice dispenser, a small selection of tea and black coffee. They also had items that you could pay for at the bar like a cappuccino or chocolate chip muffin. The reception area was pretty good. They had luggage storage and quite a few chairs to sit in. My wife liked their small souvenir shop and got some cute post cards. The staff are very helpful and can provide recommendations for the city. The reception also provide tea and sugar for your room and you can pick up your rations daily. They do not provide regular cleaning for the rooms but you can arrange cleaning or new towels through reception. There are plenty of sights to see nearby as well as cafes, restaurants and shopping malls. The tram is a short walk away and that was very convenient for us as we did a day trip to Tallinn using the ferries to go across the sea. We booked this hotel because it was affordable in a pretty expensive city and we would still recommend it if the pieces are fair. It was a good place to sleep and unwind after each day we spent exploring the area.

This was honestly one of the coolest hotels I've stayed in one of the coolest cities I've been to. The decor is inline with the famous Helsinki train station, very art deco but with a modern twist. The gym and in-house sauna was a bonus. Buffet breakfast was also lovely. The location is also unbeatable.

This is a great addition to the Helsinki Scandic range, converting an old building into a stunning new hotel. It is pretty big (over 300 rooms) but there is enough space for everything to happen. Rooms are lovely and well designed. Rooms sizes and shapes vary because of the building conversion. Some have baths. The superior rooms are all gorgeous and face the church square. Everything in the room worked well and internal noise insulation was excellent. Good air-con and free wi-fi. Blackout curtains were efficient and lighting very well managed. Breakfast is in a vast but multi-roomed area with some seating outside in the atrium. Nothing was missing from the buffet and despite the number of guests it all worked well with plenty of seating. The location of the hotel is also good, very central, 5 minutes’ walk from the Kamppi shopping centre (and metro) and 3 minutes’ walk from tram stops.

I stayed at Valo for 1 night and absolutely LOVED the place! Great design and space. Yummy and healthy breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room is clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and if I go to Helsinki again, I will book the room at Valo for sure. Thank you for a very good experience :)))

Checked in for 7 hours for breakfast and freshen up after 14 hours of flight to wait for the next flight. Breakfast has excellent quality food. Lots of small items like biscuits, cookies. Waffle maker and drinks dispenser is interesting. Service is top notch, location to the airport is a 5 min walk partial covered along snow gravel road. Therefore taking the airport trolley with the luggage is strongly encouraged in order not to spoil the luggage wheels.

The hotel is new, and the rooms are well-designed, though they are rather small. However, breakfast was a nightmare with too many people and too few seats, forcing some to eat outside where birds harassed diners. Additionally, a specific downside is the lack of an indoor storage room for bikes, requiring me to leave my two-wheeler outside unguarded. Overall, it was an okay visit, but I will likely choose another location next time.

For a Hostel it was very nice! Clean public showers and toilets that were cleaned multiple times a day. we booked a private soon for two and it was so worth it. if you want a more quiet stay, you have to request a room away from public areas as the reception and kitchen, even at midnight was very loud. helpful staff and great location! There’s a store in the Same building that’s open 24/7 and the tram and buses are 5 min walk away!

i had really good stay. everything is cozy. i like the toilet design i even wanted to cupy the design to my new home soon ☺️ staffs are soo accommodating. just short stay but worth it. specially its near to all the tourists spots that u need in city.

Excellent and punctual shuttle-service between hotel&airport. comfortable&affordable overnight stay in a very clean and compact room. All facilities incl. Excellent breakfast buffet. Small drawback : checked in around 11pm and only 1 staff at the check-in counter, who was also responsible for the bar. Took a while to get a beer as more customers had arrived on the next shuttle. Very friendly (and patient) staff by the way ... but a second staff would have been very helpfull.

I'm pleased with the stay. The room was clean, with a comfortable layout and design. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get the room with a view and a bathtub, despite requesting them during booking. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was located on the 10th floor with a beautiful view and a roof terrace, allowing for a panoramic city view. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient to access shops, restaurants, and the metro station. I enjoyed the sauna and the quality of the provided shampoo, body gel, and conditioner. However, there is no gym and indoor swimming pool for a workout and exercise. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll likely come back for the next trip. =)

A pleasant experience, really nice room, with a breakfast with excellent quality food, though limited selection. The staff, especially on the front desk, were outstanding.

超級市中心！訂基礎豪華房感覺就很好，因為是內部景觀房！特別安靜！很適合睡覺！房間很温馨也不算小，北歐之行唯一有拖鞋的酒店，如果還要去其他地方建議帶上拖鞋！ 酒店出門就是世界上最便宜的LV，可惜在裝修不開門！酒店後面就是著名步行街。酒店步行範圍可以到達所有景點。比如百年市集一定要去吃！百年咖啡廳在酒店斜對面，ekberg的布達佩斯奶捲要走一段距離，白教堂紅教堂步行可達，港口碼頭步行可達。 注意要是去塔林的西碼頭就很遠了一定要看清是哪個碼頭。 設施：房間內很新感覺翻新過，一切都很好！酒店的房間走道是真的老舊沒翻新感覺！但是酒店大堂也很oldmoney 老錢風格，服務人員都很熱情一直會打招呼，有問題都會及時解決！ 酒店一樓的餐廳很好吃晚餐建議吃，趕上芬蘭國慶節吃的國慶套餐不錯！不過市集好吃的更多！ 酒店的早餐也是在一樓很豐富！自製的很多，基本都很考究好吃！ 總體推薦住豪華房！

Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

It was a real 5 star experience. Guest room was bright and clean, the spa fulfilled expectations (only thing I missed were fresh fruits) and breakfast was great. I was first skeptical about controlling everything in the room (temperature, tv, lights, curtains) with a tablet but it worked suprisingly well and easily. Curtains didnt darken the room completely during the night, but that didnt bother us.

Hotel Haven has a great location on the waterfront, with easy access to numerous shops and restaurants, walking along the water, taking the ferry to Suomenlinna, and a ＜10 minute walk to the University of Helsinki metro stop and central train station. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is both convenient and has a great selection of foods.

We’ve been at this hotel a few times before. We knew that the bathrooms are small even if you get a bigger room for two people. Therefore, we requested a room with a bathtub, because those bathrooms are bigger. We got this requested room at it was good, but it was on the second floor towards the street with the bars. We didn’t sleep many hours that night. The music from the nightclubs, the party people outside screamed and were noisy. We heard sounds of cars and motorcycles, it was horrific. The next day we requested a room that was more quiet, and luckily we did get to change rooms. The room was still on the same floor but it was towards the more quiet street. This was good but we will unfortunately not come back to this hotel. The staff was also not so polite or service minded. There was one person that was nice but the rest nearly said hello when you came in. The breakfast was also mid. Nothing special and the glutenfree department did not meet my expectations. They still served the most horrible glutenfree bread there is in the stores. AND, then you think there is a queue to the reception, but the real queue is to the Atelje bar, and it just feels awkward that there is this weird que there and a security guard/door guy in the reception.

The location, service, and breakfast at this hotel are excellent. We stayed at 2 other hotels in Helsinki, but this hotel stood out. We had to leave for the airport at 5 AM; they prepared a good breakfast—complete with cappuccino to take with us. Highly recommend this hotel.

늦은 새벽에 체크인했습니다. 출국장 바로 옆이라 오히려 지나치기 쉬운 단점이 있지만, 공항 밖으로 나가지 않아도 되니 위치는 정말 최고입니다. 직원은 매우 친절했고, 방은 혼자 쓰기에 딱 좋은 크기였습니다. 창문이 없는게 단점이긴 하지만, 오히려 그래서 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 헬싱키 반타 공항 스탑오버 호텔로 강력히 추천합니다.

The best price hotel near Vantaa airport if the flight leaves early in the morning. Early breakfast was already at 4 in the morning. A free shuttle bus runs from the hotel to the airport every 20 minutes. An added value was the free sauna and swimming pool.

第一次來到芬蘭，我是凌晨兩點半才到的，前台的Manuel是一個很憨厚的男生，特別熱情，看到我那麼晚到也會暖心的問候，還特地主動幫我申請延後到第二天下午兩點才退房，也會詢問我要不要任何幫助，我說我要去第二個目的地，還幫忙查路線講細節，總之就是非常好，大半夜的到酒店感覺到了很多溫暖和感動，他告訴我早餐最遲十點半結束建議我睡久一點，注意身體 ，點贊點贊👍 早餐也很豐盛，環境很好，房間乾淨，交通也方便，離公交車和火車站都很近，機場大概十五分鐘公交都能到

The room was ok and everything else quite alright except for the restaurant.. If pizza costs almost 20 euros you would expect something more than tasteless bread and soggy cheese. And they charge you for tap water?? Never again.. I'd rather eat cow's food than here again..

Only stayed for one night before our flight back to London. The room is big enough for a couple. Bathroom & toilet is modern & clean. No kettle/coffee facility in the room but the restaurant area is very accessible. Iron & iron board is available inside the room so that is handy. Breakfast is very good with many selections including hot food.

We stayed in this hotel for one night before we left to Egypt. We let the hotel know we would check in the earliest at 7 pm and that was fine. The entrance was a well-kept promise of what was to come on the inside: like a fancy 5 star hotel any where in the Europe. The room price included a car parking for two weeks and transfers to and from the airport. I am so going there again.

After a long flight with kids and old person, we simply needed a bed the rest. Our flight arrived in an early morning, and check-in time was 3pm. “By observation us”, the receptionist and her manager provided us a temporary room for few hours without charges, then later informed us for early check in to our suite. We were really appreciated their service. And we decided to stay one more night to support their business. All staffs (Finns and foreigners) were professional, friendly (smile to us). The breakfast was typical Finnish style (fresh, healthy, and organic). The beds were perfect to lay down, we had very good sleep. Many cacao drinks and honey were in the fridge. The sauna was big, comfortable. There is also a play room for kids in the restaurant. There is a microwave (warm up your own food) next to the receptionist area. Overall, it is a convenient, friendly, ethical, and good budget hotel to stay.

I have no idea why some complains about the customer service, it was nice. The location is not really far from PK area, but there are not many restaurant options nearby. The worst part for me was just that the room is quite bad though the hotel was not really expensive. I have not seen any hotel that does not have a shampoo or body wash... Ofc, no toothbrush, no toothpaste.. No fridge, even no glass for drinking.. 🤔

Great hotel, here is some thougts: Pros: - The hotel has spacious rooms and good beds. - It is very cheap, and with the free S-Etukortti you can get 25% off the price. - There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. - Location near metro station, and there is mostly some offices, so the area is super quiet in weekends. - Check-in at 12.00 already. - Co-working area in lobby with some vending machines. Cons: - Not that much tourist attractions nearby -Breakfast not included

We stayed in Noli for one night with our two small children. We had a room for four and the baby crib and the high chair were easily arranged trough email. The parking had to be book advanced for 15 e but it wasn't a big deal. The room itself was very suitable and affordable for a family! The small kitchen and nearby store were useful. Self check-in was surprisingly slow and I would say that the biggest minus of our stay was our bed. It was the hardest I have ever slept in a hotel. Maybe alright for a back sleeper but as a pregnant person I could only sleep on my side at the moment. Not the easiest night. Other than that, the room was convenient.

Breakfast was terrible!!! Room did cost us 130 e + parking costs...so we did wait for wonderful breakfast. Food was lousy, bread old ( and too little) yogurt was thin and very bad, orange juice was the cheapest what you can get...... also breakfast room was too crowted and small ( full of people) Air con was not on....... Dont go to Hotel MATTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One night stay in the middle of the week. Clean place and clean rooms. Pretty quiet, maybe there wasn't too many customers at the time I was there. Breakfast was also fully OK, regular Scandinavian one. Friendly staff both at the reception and at breakfast.

Very convenient to go every place from this hotel. Very Mich recommended to visitors. Its the center of Super market, Railways station, Trams, Buses and Taxes and also, supermarkets are very close to this hotel.

I stayed here for two nights in the middle of Finnish green nature. Peaceful. This place is perfect for me, who injured my knee in the spring. Here I found the perfect paths for myself in this situation. I also got to practice walking on the stairs. Very friendly, helpful staff from day to day, who pay attention to you individually. Everything worked perfectly. Good breakfast and dinner. Sustainability genuinely driven in the making and service.

出差住，還不錯，價格適中。緊挨着阿爾特大學，安靜。衛生間小，床很軟，一樓餐廳可以吃早飯（11點結束）和晚飯（小貴），附近很多人開車來吃晚飯。酒店出門對麪就是一條河，早上可以跑步（俺是沒跑），停車免費，酒店旁邊200米還有一個超大停車場也可以免費停。可以去大學附近吃飯，也可以駕車10分鐘到Iso omena商場裡邊有兩家中餐館去吃，noodle story（麵餃子餛飩）更實惠味道超好吃。我們連吃了五天都沒膩。商場裏有好幾個大型超市可以買東西。
