Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Aceh, Indonesia

Overall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Saya tidak suka hotel itu. Pertama sekali, kami menempah bilik dengan teres atau balkoni, ia tidak tersedia. Kedua, ia tidak selesa. Dan ketiga, dalam foto semuanya lebih besar dan lebih selesa daripada dalam realiti. Bau hapak dan tuala tidak menyerap. Hanya kakitangan, yang mempunyai lima mata, menyelamatkan keadaan. Semua isu telah diselesaikan dengan cepat dan mudah, tetapi dengan bahasa Inggeris ia agak sukar, penterjemah menyelamatkan hari itu.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient. The staff at the hotel breakfast restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. There are some shortcomings that need improvement: the guest room floors weren't cleaned properly, there was dust on the bedside table, the towels smelled bad, and the hot water for showering in the morning wasn't hot enough.

Kami menginap 2 malam di Hotel Ayani dan sangat berpuas hati dengan penginapan. Kakitangan adalah sangat ramah dan akomodatif. Bilik itu ok, tidak begitu besar tetapi ia bersih. Terdapat penghawa dingin dan cerek elektrik dan ia berfungsi. Bilik mandi adalah ok dengan banyak air panas dan pancuran mandian yang sangat baik. Peralatan tempat tidurnya bersih dan katilnya bagus. Terdapat wifi dan ia berfungsi dengan sempurna. Sarapan adalah bufet dan kebanyakannya terdiri daripada hidangan tempatan. Malangnya hidangan panas itu sejuk. Hotel ini terletak di tengah-tengah bandar. Hotel itu sendiri adalah kemas dan kemas dan kami pasti boleh mengesyorkan tinggal di sini.

Lokasi bagus, pelayanan baik, kebersihan baik, overal puasl

We’ve chosen deluxe room and it’s fine. Asked for additional bed, they gave us a mattress with bed linen. The deluxe rooms a little small for family of four, so it’s better to choose a suit or double bed suits which may be little expensive, but convenient

Ia adalah hotel yang bersih dengan sarapan pagi yang baik dan perkhidmatan di atas purata. Lokasinya juga bagus, kerana di bandar. Kakitangan sangat ramah. Masalahnya ialah Banda Aceh adalah sebuah bandar yang tiada apa yang istimewa untuk dilakukan.

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍
