Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

A maximum of 15 minutes drive from Delhi International Airport, you can rest, dine, relax - in a very good environment, at an affordable price. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be greeted by very attentive staff who are ready to help you in any way they can. The reception staff is also very polite and attentive. The hotel rooms are quite large, very clean and comfortable. In the hotel you can also visit the restaurant (where the polite staff will treat you with delicious food) and the bar. The hotel has a spa and a swimming pool

Always a pleasure to stay at the Taj on ***singh Road. Our home away from home. Exceptional service and amazing restaurants. The new wine bar is amazing. Staff is exceptional people like ***sii Verma, Kavita Arora and far too ***y to name are responsible for a consistently amazing stay. The housekeeping staff is excellent and anticipates our needs. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staffs & receptionist. Location near main road and easy to find muslim food. The room also clean. The cafe staffs willing to buy muslim food outside and prepared for us. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much. Will come again if one day I go to New Delhi again..

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

Great hotel, Vanshika was literally the best! From start to finish, she made me feel at ease. It was my first time in India and coming from England, I was a bit skeptical but I'm glad I was served by her. She's so kind, welcoming and cares about the customers. She had checked us in early as our flight landed early. Whilst I was checking in, my mum who has difficulty walking was looked after by her staff, she personally got my mum and made sure she got to the toilet safely. Overall she was amazing, put me ease and genuinely such a kind person, a true asset to Novotel and great example of excellent customer service, I'd come back again because of her. The hotel has great facilities overall, good food at the restaurant, clean, kind and courteous staff and a good location to the local food spots. Special thanks to Vanshika and Novotel. From Ravi N.

Hotel was conveniently located with two shopping malls nearby and food options was plenty. Location wise, it is a good hotel to stay in if you are looking for both good shopping and dining options. Hotel was quite rundown with a weird smell at the level I was staying. The pillow covers and towels were dirty in my room especially the towels having some blood stain which I do not know how it got there and there was also some sort of smell lingering. The management should ensure that all sheets, covers, towels etc are washed well as it was very disgusting to be using such towels and sleeping on pillow covers and sheets that are not properly cleaned. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was not covered up properly and left open, it was kind of creepy as you can see what is in there and there were lots of dust as well coming from there. Buffet breakfast was very simple, not many variety of options to choose from, mainly offering the local Indian fare. It would be better to include Continental buffet breakfast as part of the option as well, more choices would be better for foreign guests. In room dining menu options are also not many which was also quite a letdown in my opinion. The pool was under renovation on something during my visit and apart from that, there is only a gym facility, probably more things can be done on the type of recreation facilities offered in the hotel as there was nothing much to do.

An absolutely exhilarating experience. They are the apogee of good service. The front-desk ***ager Ms Jaspreet Kaur is promptly forthcoming to provide the hotel clients with an unprecedented stay and experience. Mr Irfan at the Cafe Knosh exemplifies impeccable hospitality and service. Thanks a ton to him. Mr Hi***shu, the chef, was on his toes to serve up sumptuous food and went beyond his ***date to make us feel culinarywise good.
