Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.

The main reason, and as a consequence, the main advantage of this hotel was its location. It’s not a very long drive from the airport, and already in the direction of the next city to which you had to go by car (more than 5 hours).
The noisy street below the window was upsetting, where cars and motorcycles constantly hummed until late at night.
Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.
This hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station.
However, I have had experiences which are not so nice :
A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom.
B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved.
C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF.
D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once.
E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.
The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserAmazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

雪雪百合仙子Hotel services are good, providing airport transfers, chartered services. Hotel breakfast is good, pizza, juice are delicious, the room is not very big, the room decoration is average. The hotel is in the city, not very far from the airport, it is more convenient.
AAnonymous UserThis is a relatively new, beautiful resort style hotel with ensuite rooms at a very attractive price. The rooms are very big and tastefully furnished. Housekeeping is very good and maintains high standards. The staff at the reception are very courteous and respond quickly to requests. The restaurant on the property serves fully vegetarian cuisines of all types. We stayed here for 3 nights and had buffet breakfast on all three days and 1 ala carte lunch & 1 buffet dinner. Buffet spread is extensive and taste is authentic. The staff at the restaurant are very attentive and served us with care and love. Overall we had a very good experience at this hotel. The only downside is the location. Its about 6 km from dwarka temple and autos/ taxies are not easy to get. The hotel staff helped us to book private taxis do we managed.
MMaha VThe room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.
