Lokasinya sangat mudah. Ia berada di sebelah kiri selepas Stesen Nara Jr. Sangat mudah untuk sampai ke pelbagai tarikan. Terdapat kakitangan berbahasa Cina di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, yang terasa sangat mesra. Kolam air panas terbuka sangat bagus. Terdapat juga mi soba lewat malam percuma pada waktu malam. Sarapan paginya sangat mewah, terutamanya dengan sushi daun kesemak ***a Kyoto. Akhir sekali, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Kobayashi-san di kaunter penerimaan tetamu kerana membantu saya menyelesaikan masalah mendesak saya. perlukan.

Excellent location—right next to Nara Station, making it very convenient to take the bus to Tōdai-ji and Nara Park. The hotel room was very clean and well-equipped, with a bathtub, TV, refrigerator, and everything you might need. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely my top choice for my next trip to Nara!

Very good hotel, extremely central — just 2 and 10 minutes’ walk from the two stations, and very close to the temples in Nara.
The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and honest. One of my friends extended their stay, and the team even advised us to rebook online as it was cheaper than paying on site.

Thoroughly enjoy our stay here. I wish I can give 10 stars for the service. The hotel is very sweet, they prepared breakfast for us knowing we will check out early and miss breakfast. They also took picture of me and my hub and frame it to give to us as parting gift as its my birthday. Thank you so much. SU BA RA SHI!

Sangat dekat dengan tarikan Nara dan berjalan kaki singkat dari restoran dan bar. Bilik-biliknya sangat luas. Kakitangan juga sangat membantu dan pelbagai bahasa. Mereka juga mempunyai tempat urut kaki batu yang dipanaskan selepas seharian berjalan di kuil.

Well-located hotel, just 5 minutes' walk from JR Nara Station and 30 minutes to Nara Park, with convenient Kohyo supermarket access. Unique breakfast until 9:30 a.m., tea/coffee until midnight, ice machine on 5th floor, and kind staff. Great value for the price.

The hotel is literally next to the JR Nara Station.You can purchase all of your travel tickets there and the airport bus tickets, too. In that area, there is a grocery store, a Walgreens type store, and nice affordable places to eat. I highly recommend the place on the corner(pic #1-2). The two guys that run it are so nice. There is a long shopping/restaurant street kinda across from the tourist center. I don't recommend this one ramen place located there. They make everyone pay before eating, and for the basic ramen that I got, it was overpriced. My bowl wasn't even full!(pic# 3-7)
The tourist center is located close by, and the folks in there are very helpful(pic# 8). All of the buses are right there, so touring is very easy. The hotel itself is very comfortable. It's keyless, so take a picture of your pass code. The onsen on the premises has a pass code as well. Inside was very nice and relaxing. I went at 2:20am and it was wonderful. They have pajamas, pillows, and a free happy hour. The variety of spirits is extensive. Also, the elevator smells so good! The scent will de stress you. You can try a lot of things with a nice view of the station. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The last two pictures are the view of the bus terminal. There is another one on the other side of the building. This is the front view (airport bus location)

It is a very good location ..near nara park ..just 10 mins drive ..you can reach there …there is a family mark nearby …but ..if you wanna park the car ..you check carefully where is the car park ..it is not free but the price is very reasonable..24 hours just 900yen …the hotel located at the 3 floor …so ..if you don’t realise where is the car park ..you have to go 3 floor asking the reception then get back your car to car park ..

今回彼氏との日本旅行を1泊奈良にしようと思った時にずっと前から気になってたAndoにしました！
写真や口コミしかホテルの感じを確認できなかったが、本当に写真と口コミに裏切られなかった良かった(^^)
サービスがとにかくよくて、チェックインの時にその日から次の日までのプランを聞かれたので、時間決めただけで他はもう時間通りに参加するだけ、めちゃくちゃ楽でした！笑
チェックイン少し遅かったので、2階にある浴場は使う時間なかったのがちょっと残念でしたが、季節的に夜ではなく朝の露天風呂にしてよかったです！
夜景見に行く時も、鹿ちゃんたくさんいて、彼は韓国から初めて奈良来たので喜んでいました。
スタッフの一人一人の心暖かい声掛けも印象でしたので、また何かの機会に使わせて頂きたいと思いました！

GGuest UserA question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’
To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience.
Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. )
Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all.
One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks.
(Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart
while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough to open a large suitcase, and there was even a small walk-in closet. The bedding was incredibly comfortable and warm, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep! The service was excellent; unlike some hotels in Osaka, the front desk staff didn't ask for tips upfront. When I left something at the front desk, the gentleman immediately called to ask about it and even arranged for the elevator to wait on my floor. The location is fantastic, very close to all the nearby attractions, and within walking distance! A truly great experience!!

YYibanluguojisherenConsistent with other Nikko Hotels, this one was great! The large public bath features carbonated water and free ice pops, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast is plentiful, but it can get crowded, so it's best to go early. The drink bar offers local sake, as well as red and white wine. It's a popular spot, with many companies holding year-end parties here. The location is also excellent, right above the JR station.

LLubinsijiFacilities: The hotel is located in a building right next to Nara Station. There's a skybridge from the second floor of the station platform that leads to the elevators, which take you directly to the hotel. Check-in, breakfast, and the hot spring are all on the same floor.
Environment: The hotel's surroundings are well-equipped. Nara Station and the bus stop are right downstairs, the supermarket is on the first floor of the train station, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's quite a bustling area in Nara. There's also an express bus to Kansai Airport in the morning.
Service: The hotel service is good. Check-in is self-service, and the restaurant offers complimentary wine tasting. The room size isn't large, but our room faced the train station side, offering views of Nara city outside the window.

EExplorer2023We stayed at the penthouse which oversaw the whole Nara city and its cherry blossoms so the view from the room is spectacular. The room has a private outdoor bathtub which is available 24/7. It was so nice to take a hot bath outdoor with the view of Nara. The penthouse also has a fireplace which is a nice spot at night for sky glazing.

It’s 5 mins walk to the nara shopping area, 5mins walk to the nara park there is deer walking around the hotel in the morning
There is free morning city walk tour at 7:00-8:00 with local guide; the bicycle is free
The view of the pond is nice the service is great!! 5stars to everything
The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable
They have drink lounge for free use with unlimited snacks; fruit juice, sake, beer, wine from
15:00pm-2:00am
Really recommend everyone that travels to nara city to stay at this hotel!!
The only downside of this hotel is the breakfast only provides japanese style food ; grill fish and onigiri
The onigiri is huge, grill fish and miso soup is cold
I wish they can make the onigiri smaller so
We can taste more flavors
And hope that they can provide a bakery corner for people who doesn’t like to eat fish
Otherwise we loved the hotel and want to go
Back again!!
Ps: there is not parking space so we need to park at the coin parking costs us 2400¥ /night

The hotel that I booked through ******* was screwed up big time by ******* because the hotel didn't receive the reservation apparently. ******* was not helpful with the relocation (even thought there were availability at other hotels), claiming the hotel class are different from the one I booked. Anyways this hotel is convenient and clean, only thing that I disliked was the site mentioned double bed BUT only can accommodate 1 person!? Ended we have to pay additional ¥3k for the 3rd person (my youngest daughter) for 2 rooms. 1 room for myself and the other for both daughters because the manager was adamant about the 1 room per person, however after paying the additional ¥3k he was ok with 2 persons in a room. Didn't make sense unless I was explained it is some government regulations to allow only 1 double bed room for 1 person

DdaisysethI originally wanted to book a designer B&B, but after booking it, I chose this hotel instead. I've stayed at Dormy Inn hotels in Hokkaido and Tokyo before and had good impressions of them. This Nara location is visible right from the train station. The downsides are that it can be a bit noisy when trains pass by, and a 1.4-meter bed is a bit tight for three people. The advantages are that the lobby smells pleasant, the hot spring facilities are complete with an outdoor bath, and the breakfast is incredibly rich with seafood rice. After a relaxing soak, there are free massage chairs and free ice cream, and complimentary noodles are served after 9 PM. For this price, the amenities offered are more extensive than what you'd find at an Atour hotel in China.
