I came by car from China and stayed here for one night from Kazakhstan. The front desk was good in English, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was quite rich and in line with my taste. The facilities are a bit old and overall not bad.

I go to the trips very often and in Chelyabinsk already far not for the first time.
I have long known about this hotel, tried and in others to live, but in this budget - it is the best find!
I always drive for a minimum of a week, and for several accommodations I can say that it is one of the top hotels in Chelyabinsk.
The location is excellent!
Breakfasts - everything that needs and everything is delicious!
Staff friendly and responsive!
The rooms are good and clean.

Everything was great, the room was spacious and clean, the quality of the slippers was very poor, it was recommended to bring it yourself. The front desk is fluent in English and the service is superb and very in place. highly recommended.

According to the room, everything is good, the only one didn't like the mattresses, it is necessary to replace, sold springs, lingerie and number excellent!!!!

GGuest UserПриезжаю в данный отель уже несколько лет. Но с каждым годом качество номеров ухудшается и ухудшается. Номера брал разные. Последний номер был с джакузи. Заехал около 17 часов. На этаже стоял жуткий запах от сигарет, такое чувство, что курили прям там. В номере ситуация не сильно была лучше, запах сигарет присутствовал везде. Даже одежда, которую повесил в шкаф - вся пропахла. Халаты не принесли, надо было звонить. Открывать окно, что бы проветрить, так рама не держится. Что бы открыть шампунь или гель в тюбиках, надо прям постараться это сделать и делать это с мокрыми руками, практически невозможно. Завтрак хороший - вкусный и большой выбор. Это пожалуй единственное сейчас достояние отеля, если не знать его стоимость.

Во-первых, все продумано до мелочей и есть абсолютно все для того, чтоб оставаться надолго. Вся кухонная утварь, все для душа и туалета. Уборка каждый день.
Во-вторых понравился интерьер, сдержанно и стильно, для меня это не маловажно!)
В-третьих вежливый персонал
Ну и конечно чистота, также важна по крайней мере для меня)
А также очень классный бонус это кофе машина на первом этаже, она бесплатная для гостей ☺️
Ах да, еще рядом магазин лента в шаговой доступности
