Заехали поздно вечером, в двухместном номере полотенца и индивидуальные наборы в ванной оказались только на одного человека. По просьбе полотенца принесли. В номере чисто, постельное белье старое, но чистое. А вот одеяла оказались в пятнах. Утюг в холле практически не работает, постоянно отключается и течёт. Персонал доброжелательный. Но вот что действительно порадовало, это кафе на первом этаже. Уютное, с очень вкусной кухней. Приветливые официанты. Завтраки, отдельная благодарность! Сытно, вкусно!

Taoliati, chocolate hotel, clean and tidy, the front desk is very warm, the mobile phone has no phone bill, give them cash, help me charge the phone bill, breakfast is quite rich, the room is clean and tidy, coffee, tea, water, sugar, the only drawback is no electricity problem, others are very good

The location is excellent, you can walk down the city center.
Breakfast is diverse and qualitative.
The rooms are tired. Bed and furniture leaves you wishing for the best. The pipework too is the past century.
The shoes are too thin - not adequate. Hearing is high if the neighbors are not lucky - the beer is needed.
In general, satisfactory for a short stop.

There are comments that it is very close to ibis, it is really close, but it is just a homestay, okay? Chinese people need to sign on the ground. At location and price-quality ratio - the best option!
Of the pluses-protected parking, hotel location-right on the embankment, chic view from any room, breakfast is acceptable. But you can have breakfast and not only breakfast in Hedson restaurant with a chic veranda with a view to Volga.
In the room everything is necessary except slippers and tooth cleaning set. The comfort and above dresses in the rooms are not available.
I definitely recommend!

Отличное месторасположение, в историческом центре , но не в шумной его части. В отеле чисто , белоснежные простыни и полотенца. Так же большой плюс высокие потолки.

IIskanderThey decided with friends on February 23 to go to Samara, to see the city and to walk. Stopped in this hotel, although for locals as I realized, ”Four Seasons” is more known as sauna than hotel. Although the room was ”luxe” , expectations were not overstated. But the room was liked: quite comfortable, clean, everything needed is available. True, the location is not very close to the historic center, but the locals said that Samara is long and it is also almost a center, but the area looks visually like a industrial zone, but it is tolerable. Of course, I advise this hotel.

MmanikolA chic location in the most beautiful corner of Samara. Hand to serve to the main tourist sites. The hotel itself has a great history. Beautifully restored and can be enjoyed at the main hall as in the museum.
From the downsides this is an old room fund and the smell of moisture. An interesting surprise occurred in the evening. After the shower only wanted to praise the shower cabin that there were no problems with hot water and the plum is not scoring, so 10 minutes later I found a pot in the room. It turns out the tubes flow inside the shower, so there is a risk of flooding the room. But it's like lucky with the room.
In general, a great hotel if you don't plan to sit in the room.
