I took my wife here for her 60th, amazing staff receptionist charlotte was warm and knowledgable, very kind giving us a token due to birthday. The infinity pool is amazing warm clean, Shrigley would make much more money if they served drinks while in the pool, but we would still be there now. The rooms are adiquate they are clean, the shower's are amazing, Dinning for evenning meal again was excellent, the service is 11/10 and I have been in a number of Spa the meal cost were really well priced with excellent food. Breakfast in the morning self service again pleanty to choose from and again tasty with great choice. It is a amazing spa with the ability toplay gold or have a number of treatments, and well priced, I will return there

We have had a lovely stay, and it would only take a few tweaks to make this hotel better. Good: *It's in the perfect location, we took an uber into the centre of Chester for less than £5. *Breakfast was relaxed with a great selection as a buffet service. *Spacious room with all the amenities you need. *Plenty of free parking. *Beautiful grounds and really quiet at night. *Great value for money Needs Improving: *Cleaning standard is average, black mold around the taps in the bathroom that could be easily resolved. *Bathroom floor was desperate for a good mop *Bed wasn't the comfiest as 2 twins fastened together leaving a gap in the middle. *Staffing levels affecting customer service levels, we decided to order room service, took an age to answer the phone and then said could be collected from reception, kind of goes against the point of room service, so we left it, not great for the hotels add on sales if that happens everytime. *No enough bar staff, we ordered food but it was cold and one meal was not what we ordered but too hungry to wait for it to be replaced, apparently fish finger sandwich is identical to fish and chips anyway according to the waitress! Like I said it won't take much for this hotel to raise it's customer service standards to an excellent level, more staff will fix most of the issues, despite everything mentioned we would probably stay again.

Hello, I stayed at your hotel for one night in a twin room with my dad in July. Date Friday 14th July 2023. We have just received a parking fine for parking in your car park. This is strange as we provided our car registration number when we checked in? Our booking number from Trip.com is: ***********. The check in voucher number is: **********. Please can you look in to this for me as I don’t live in the UK, I live in China. My dad received the letter and doesn’t know how to deal with this as he is 89 years old and can’t use the automated service on telephones and struggles with hearing, and my mum can’t help as she doesn’t speak English well. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.

A decent and new-build hotel. At a convenient location, near a Waitrose, the town centre and Chester railway station. Recommended for those who would like to stay at Chester. The only problem is some of the light bulbs is broken. And I would like to say Chester is a great town with many historical buildings.

Check in was quick and easy although there was no information given about the hotel eg pool opening times other than dinner may be busy due to several coach parties being booked in. The room was clean and tidy and there was a nice handwritten note welcoming us alongside 1 single serve pack of digestive biscuits even though the booking was for 2 people. The bathroom had 2 large dispensers for shampoo and shower gel but the shampoo bottle was empty and this was only discovered once in the room. There was air conditioning which was appreciated due to the rare appearance of the British sun that day but unfortunately the unit itself was very noisy whilst running so needed to be turned off overnight. Beds were comfy and there was the option to order additional pillows from reception that wasn't needed. Check out was quick and easy and the staff did try to help us answer a question about a local bus route to aid us on our onward journey but unfortunately they did not have this local knowledge.

Lovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

We stayed in Crewe Hall and Spa for 3 nights. The hotel was grand and the ground well maintained. Facilities were also excellent which makes a good relaxing stay. Breakfast and the bar was superb. Spa treatments excellent! What set apart the hotel are the staff. They were friendly, always smile. It definitely made our stay better. Would I recommend and stay again? Absolutely. 10/10.

Check in was very easy and hassle free with three members of staff checking guests in. We arrived well before check in time of 15:00hrs but no early check in rooms were available so we had to return later to check in. Room size was adequate with comfy bed and quality pillows ensuring good rest. Hotel is very clean and is well staffed, only downside is the location that its not walking distance to the city centre but this is not a deal breaker due to parking at this hotel being a lot easier on the outskirts of the city centre.

Checking in at the main Oddfellows hotel was smooth but it would have helped to have the exact address of the apartment in advance, so we could park more easily. There is one parking space at the apartment but it is a tight entrance! Apartment 5 was upstairs and very spacious. The lounge/kitchen/diner was well set up and the tea and coffee available was very welcome. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, comfy and clean (but could do with a few hooks for towels or coats). There is even a laundry room. Decof is quirky and the location is great - just off the main streets. Fabulous place to stay.
