GGuest UserLocation is conveniently near to tuas, minutes to Legoland. Quiet, comfortable, and deliberately tucked away from the crowded city center. If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a nice location, perfect for a short relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the free lounge access, with a delicious dinner buffet and refreshing mocktails at the Sheraton Club.
The swimming pool offers both a normal pool and a kid zone, making it a great choice for families. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide buffet spread with Chinese, Malay, and Indian options, plus plenty of bread varieties to choose from.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent facilities for both relaxation and anniversary time. 🌿🏊🍴

UUmmu Hani Mohd YusupOverall, I had a pleasant stay at KSL Hotel & Resort. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent as it’s directly connected to KSL City Mall, making shopping and finding food very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite. The room could use a little updating in some areas, but it was still comfortable and worth the price. I would definitely consider staying here again for a short trip to Johor Bahru.

The staff were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful beachside escape. Highly recommended!

VVivien TFriendly and approachable counter staff and a chilled lemongrass drink served while checking in. Thank you for letting us check-in early, very much appreciated. So thoughtful of you by giving us a room with a view of a sea, pool and nature😁 Clean and spacious room but unwanted ‘guests’ too🦟😅 Super comfortable bed and different types of pillow’s filling that make us sleep better. Two great pools with one infinity and the other winding. Not forgetting the steamroom and whirlpool that make our body feel more relaxing. The gym room was also good with different machine for workouts. The Coral Lounge was fun that filled games like pool, carrom, table tennis and many other board games too. Walking along the beach was wonderful and the strong waves crashing was thrilling. The breakfast was great as the selection was wide and food was delicious especially the croissants and harsh brown…
The food served by the various restaurant were sumptuous too. The waiter eagerly introduced their fresh seafood like the snapper, prawns and squid together with their special made sauce by the chef and it’s indeed awesome. Further more they gave 25% off (Visit Malaysia’s promotion) the bill which was a great deal. Yes, we will definitely come again 😁

Direct access to the water play park is a fantastic perk, though it’s important to note that separate tickets must be purchased in advance. This setup works well if you plan ahead, as it streamlines entry and minimizes wait times for the kids. Note: No outside food allowed.

GGuest UserEven though it was almost fully booked over the weekend, the hotel offered a quiet getaway, as its premises is huge with a variety of amenities. Nature inspired decorations don the common areas. The room is spacious and clean, with a sizable balcony that overlooks the outdoor playground and the sea in the background. The local cuisine at the restaurant is tasty. Over the weekend, food carts were set up at the hotel lobby, selling local and western fares, providing alternative food options. The food that we tasted, pizza, satay and char koay teow, surpassed our expectations. The hotel may be short-handed at times so expect longer waiting time but the service staff tried their best to deliver their service, which is commendable.
