⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Capri by Fraser Johor Bahru. From the moment I checked in until the day I left, everything was flawless: • Check-in & Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome right away. • Room: Spacious, spotless, and modern – the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. • Amenities: Excellent facilities including the pool and gym, all well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. • Dining: The breakfast spread was fresh, varied, and delicious – plenty of options to start the day right. • Location: Super convenient, close to CIQ and shopping spots, which made getting around Johor Bahru very easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay with zero complaints. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Capri by Fraser JB to anyone visiting the area!

Many people say Legoland Johor Bahru is a bit dated, but honestly, we still had a pretty good time. It's particularly great for kids under 12. The hotel stay was also pretty good. The street right outside the park is very lively, with a large supermarket, various restaurants, and even durian stalls. The coolest thing about the hotel was breakfast on the second morning, served *inside* the park! Getting there involves a shuttle bus ride, which was quite a fun and unique experience. Seeing the park in the early morning before the crowds arrive has a special kind of charm.

Stayed here for my son's birthday celebration. Arrived at 11am, registered and inform them regarding the birthdatly and was given one complimentary pass where we can redeem a slice of cake and small gift from the shop. We went straight to the Waterpark and hotel Whatsapp us when the room is ready. Aircond and music was on when we entered the room, and got a little surprise from the housekeeping, a nice birthday wish drawing on the mirror. Parking is free once we register. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections. Buggy is available to get to the private beach at Westin. Overall it is a recommended stay with good service.

Hotel staff are friendly, the room is big, soft mattress and a few types of pillows are provided. Great breakfast, kitchen staff are friendly too. It’s just opposite City Square shopping mall which is a plus. The carpark is not free as it shares with the residential building. But it is bright and felt safe. The only negative side is the rain shower, difficult to adjust the hot and cold water. The toilet flush is not strong too. Need to press both half and full flush button together to get a stronger flush.

I booked a one-night stay at the brand-new Space condo. The highlight was the host, Jeff-super responsive on WhatsApp and provided personal service (extra towels, luggage storage), making it feel like a hotel. A note for future guests: as this is a brand-new building, there is still room for improvement. For example, some public areas were not fully operational, and my access card didn't work initially. Fortunately, Jeff was very responsive in resolving the issue with management. I enjoyed the swimming pool, though I did notice some sand in the water, likely due to the ongoing final touches being made to the gym and surrounding areas. In short, you get the benefit of a new condo, but should also expect some dust and minor construction as they put the finishing touches on the building. Also, the room I selected was slightly more compact than I had expected. Overall a good stay thanks to Jeff's excellent service

The warm welcome, top-notch service, and breathtaking views set the tone for an unforgettable stay. I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I had to—because the staff here are truly exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Their dedication to guest comfort really stood out. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering something for everyone. From Asian and Western cuisines to smoked fish and a variety of cheeses, the spread was impressive and delicious. Our room was incredibly comfortable—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The Westin Desaru Coast Resort exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway with great food and even better service, this is the place to be.

Bath Tub was not filling up as the drain plug was spoilt. Reached out to support but no help was sent to rectify. Disappointed my kid as I have booked the place with a tub as a consideration. Says cot can be added but messaged the support and they said it cannot be provided. Location is great as it is less than 5 mins drive to Mid Valley Southkey car park

First time staying at Sands and Sandals resort and I think we would definitely visit again one day! Had a surprise decoration, thank you to the hotel staff for the balloons and cake and the beautiful set-up. Check in and check out was a breeze too, probably as we were not affected by the peak period. Breakfast was good too! Our second morning was more crowded but there were more choices too and it wss delicious. Room was comfortable and everything is provided, like towels, bath essentials, dental essentials. The connection of the tv was also a bit iffy but we didn't mind. Parking was also easy for us and location felt safe. Near to tourist attractions like Adventure Waterpark and Woodfire too!
