Our first time here on Hotel Maya and all in can say is we had a great stay here 😍 Staffs are friendly and welcoming 😘 Food (breakfast) was ok so many choices 😋 Cleanliness was good too 👍 Location was superb, just a walking distance to KLCC Petronas and Pintasan Saloma Since we're backpackers, grab taxi was just a click away in our cp(thru Grab App) to book everywhere we wanna go like church, Merdeka Square,Merdeka 118,Lalaport,Pavilion etc. Hotel has pool (but kinda a bit cold) so my son just took a quick dip The room was clean with comfy bed, it has mini ref and cofee and tea was provided Bathroom with hot and cold including the faucet(sink) Wifi inside the room was fast Overall experience was good and affordability of the hotel was ok 👍 For me,I highly recommend Maya Hotel💯✅️ 👌

Facilities: Some reviews mentioned poor facilities, but I found them to be quite unique and excellent. You can tell from the photos. The only thing is the hairdryer in my room was quite old, but all other facilities were great. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent, very clean. I brought my own sheets but didn't even need to use them. Environment: Fantastic! I was initially worried about insects and snakes, but I didn't see any, which put my mind at ease. Service: The front desk staff was very attentive during check-in. It was my first time traveling abroad alone, and my English isn't great, but I was checked in and in my room in under ten minutes. Staff helped with luggage both getting in and out of the car. When I was lost, one staff member even helped me with directions and chatted a bit. In short, everyone from the main entrance to the front desk, to the restaurant, and even staff I just passed by, greeted me with a smile. They were all very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Kuala Lumpur!

The location isn't great. It's right next to a light rail station's downhill end, so you hear the constant screeching of train brakes from 6 AM onwards. Plus, it's near a highway, so there's a lot of loud motorcycle noise at night. To top it off, a large mosque nearby starts broadcasting prayers loudly over speakers at 6 AM. If you're sensitive to noise and need good sleep, I'd recommend thinking twice about this hotel. I checked in around midnight on January 29th and specifically asked the front desk for a quiet room, but they still put me on the noisiest side. Even on the 20th floor, I couldn't sleep at all due to the constant noise throughout the night. The hotel's front desk is oddly located on the second floor of a small shopping mall, right next to a McDonald's. Most attractions require a taxi or public transport to get to. On the bright side, you can get free bottled water from the front desk anytime, and the room cleaning was quite good.

We were initially assigned a room with an air-conditioning issue, but upon requesting a room change, the matter was handled promptly and professionally, and we were kindly upgraded as well. The entire process was smooth, fast, and efficient. Many thanks to the reception staff who assisted with the request, truly appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur, and the experience exceeded my expectations. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient access to Pavilion Mall via a covered bridge crossing at Banyan Tree. It’s just a short walk from the hotel and makes getting to the mall extremely easy while avoiding the terrible traffic jams in the area. Getting a Grab was also very easy when heading further out, as the hotel is not located right in the middle of the main traffic congestion where vehicles can be stuck for hours just to travel a short distance. All the staff were well-groomed, friendly, and professional, and they consistently went the extra mile to provide excellent service to their guests. The breakfast spread was amazing. During our four-day stay, we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious dishes prepared by the chefs. We were also fortunate to be selected as Guest of the Day, which gave us access to the lounge. The lounge experience was fantastic, with à la carte breakfast, tea breaks, and cocktails served daily. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything tidy, with drinks thoughtfully topped up. I especially loved the room lighting and the sound system — the bass really added to the ambiance and made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly touched me was the hotel’s attention to detail. They noted that this was my birthday trip and surprised me with a cake and balloons. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my stay incredibly special and memorable. I would strongly recommend Pullman Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a cosy, relaxing stay in KL. It truly made my trip worthwhile and unforgettable. Thank you, Pullman, for such a memorable experience.

The view from the window overlooks the swimming pool and the Petronas Twin Towers – I love such an open view. There are over 20 TV channels, all in high definition, mostly English. I was pleasantly surprised to find the movie Notting Hill! The subway is incredibly convenient, right next to the mall. However, the WiFi gets pretty bad once it gets crowded at night. The breakfast was delicious, so the higher price is understandable.

Some degree of wear can be seen on certain furnishings and sound proofing may not be the best (can hear next door shower sounds clearly and corridor chatters can be quite audible). Gym is equipped with new technogym body analysis machine and all gym equipments appears new and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was basic, nothing to shout about although one can certainly fill their tummy without issues here.

We chose Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur South mainly for the rooftop pool which was quite small but on the same 25th floor there is very good rooftop bar. We spent New Year’s Eve there, and the view, atmosphere, and overall organization were fantastic. It was a perfect place to celebrate, with stunning city views and a great vibe. The rooftop restaurant/bar is also very pleasant during the day – ideal for coffee, drinks, or just relaxing. The hotel itself feels a bit older, and in my opinion it could benefit from some renovation, especially since the Hilton name usually sets expectations for a slightly higher standard. We stayed on half board – breakfast was in our building, while dinner was served at the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn North. The restaurant there was excellent, with a set menu and incredibly delicious food. We truly recommend it. The location is very convenient, and you can even see the Petronas Towers. We had a room with a view, and honestly, it was breathtaking – worth it for that alone! Overall, the hotel is more on the budget side rather than luxury, but the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. Good value for money.

A point to note: it stated that to protect the environment, they would only do house cleaning every 3 days. Due to this, I did not secure my belongings properly, and when I returned from outside, my room had been cleaned. This needs to be communicated to the user clearly to prevent any misunderstanding.

Loved my experience at this hotel! For the price, it is an absolute steal. There is literally nothing I can complain about. It met all the standards of a classy hotel. So normal check-in is at 3pm. I got to the hotel at 10am and they gave me the room right away at no extra charge. Gee at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are quiet, the AC works well and they have a modern shower. The gym is small but has decent amount of equipment. Pool is really nice. Laundry is relatively cheap at 4-5 Ringit per piece. Another huge plus, the location. It is so close to Jalan Alor Market, Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang monorail. All within 5 min walk.

The way to parking is a bit complicated but the parking fee is RM10 per stay (it is cheap compare to other hotels). Parking lot is spacious. The valet/security are very polite and always greeting us every day. The room is spacious but we did not get the capsule coffee on our second night. Perhaps now is low season so we were few of the Asian customers, all other guests were from oversea. Quite interesting. Haha. There are some restaurants at the opposite of the hotel and nearby in walking distance. We will stay again if there is a promotion.

Our short stay at the hotel suddenly turned into an unexpected satisfaction. Before booking this accommodation I read many positive comments, words of appreciation, recommendations, and must say the truth we were not disappointed. Even more, this simple hotel gave us a feeling of home, cosy warm home. Firstly, it’s welcome hospitality and friendly attitude, same like we come to see our old friend at his place😊. Secondly, the room is not huge, but very got all you need including peace of mind. Thirdly, the location is perfect, any direction you go you’ll enjoy your time on the road , walking or transiting. Arriving in WP Hotel in midnight, cheerfully greets by the staff. Room was very good , clean and tidy. Location was so good , near to restaurant, easy parking, facilities is really convenience. The outdoor pool was absolutely great. With city view pool, this hotel nailed the attraction ! Really love to comeback with this hotel. Reasonable price as well. WP Hotel serve an exceptional standard , a very nice place to stay in KL. While you can visit the other tourist spot from here. Easy access to public transport. Everything was so good here. #TravelKL #WPHotel

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur – A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City The hotel is beautifully located in the Golden Triangle, just across from Pavilion KL, with stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers. It’s slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of Bukit Bintang, yet still close enough for easy access — a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. Upon check-in, guests are offered a selection of incense and essential oils for their room — a lovely and thoughtful personal touch. We stayed in the Signature Banyan Retreat, which was cozy, comfortable, and came with all the amenities you’d expect, plus a beautiful view of KL’s night skyline. We did encounter a minor issue on our first night when the room’s light switches stopped working, including the master switch. The maintenance engineer arrived promptly, even though it was close to midnight, and quickly resolved the issue with a system reset. Really appreciate how efficient and polite he was! We also dined at Torito, the hotel’s Peruvian-Japanese restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The ceviche clásico is a must-try — so refreshing and full of flavor. The lomo saltado featured perfectly cooked medium-rare beef tenderloin, and the stone ceviche, a warm twist on the classic, was equally impressive. Unfortunately, we were too full to try dessert, but the attentive service made the meal memorable. Special thanks to Izat (Front Desk), Hakim (Breakfast), and all the other staff members whose names we didn’t catch, for their warmth, patience, and genuine hospitality. Their friendly smiles and willingness to help made our stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur truly enjoyable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the area, and I absolutely love it! The convenience of having a parking space right next to the hotel for just RM12 per day is fantastic. The only minor downside was a slightly musty smell in the room, but it was manageable. The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but everything else was quite convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially since my dad really values convenient parking! Please note that the ironing facilities are shared, and the iron may not get very hot. Additionally, the toiletries provided are quite basic, so remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

I recently stayed at Momo's KL and had a unique experience that I appreciated, but there were a few aspects I wish could be improved. The bunkies were definitely a highlight! They offered a cozy and fun way to enjoy the hostel experience, with a modern twist. I loved the design and the overall vibe of the place, which made it a welcoming spot for travelers. However, the noise levels were a significant downside. The sound of flushing from the bathrooms was quite audible, which could be disruptive at times. Additionally, being located near the street meant that outside noise filtered in, making it challenging to get a good night’s sleep. Another issue was the proximity of one of the rooms to the speaker by the check-in area. If you’re someone who enjoys a good beat, it might be fine; however, for those looking for peace and quiet, be prepared to be woken up by music. In summary, while Momo's KL has a great atmosphere and unique bunkies that I enjoyed, the noise issues, both from the bathrooms and the street, along with the music from the check-in area, may detract from the overall experience for some guests. It’s a fun spot for social travelers, but if you're looking for tranquility, you might want to consider that!

Location is quite okay. However, the room is not as per advertised. My room located at the end of the hallway and the view in front of my room was ugly andnot very nice, all these rocks and grounds. There were mosquitos in the room. Room carpet dirty with lots of hair. Toilet biddet is not working. Asking the staff to fix or change to the other room. But its not fixed and they not changing me to other room because they said the small room are not available. However, i can see many rooms are still empty. Not a good experience staying here..
