Hotel Dengan Gym di Namur, Belgium

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at Casino. I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am . We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

The hotel is very close to Namur city, and less than 1hr ride from Brussels and Dinant. It was a very nice stay

The whole mountain is a castle, overlooking the entire Namur city, the sensory effect is very good! The hotel staff is warm and active, the room is clean and tidy, a great experience!

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. ✨ The room is spacious, super clean, modern and hyper warm in this hotel 🏨, you feel really good with a bed of incredible comfort and a beautiful shower in Italian. 🚿 Wellness space is a real peacekeeping garden with the pool The jacuzzi is very light on the green. 🌿 Special mention for the jacuzzi and its two seats with the jets for the back and especially the topish bed with jets that go from the sticks to the feet and down the back. 💆♂️ The sauna is also perfect for decompressing. 🔥 The outer frame and the paved court have a crazy charm to drink. ☀️ The staff are in small care and the bar is super warm. 🥂 We will come back without hesitation, I recommend closed eyes! 🙌
