Amazing hotel, great location and the service was great. It’s a great stay for families and couples. You can spend the whole day exploring the mountains. The only downside I had was the room was infested with geckos that would fall from the ceiling on to the bed net all night, also small critters and insects going through the trash during the night. The worst sleep of the trip. I understand it’s in a jungle habitat but this place is a resort so I was expecting a bit more cleanliness in the room as well as the room being sealed properly for the price.

剛從三亞度假歸來，我一定要好好誇一誇入住的萬達嘉華酒店。一踏入酒店大堂，敞亮且極具熱帶風情的空間瞬間讓人仿若置身熱帶仙境，工作人員熱情洋溢，那笑容比三亞的陽光還要燦爛，辦理入住手續高效又貼心，讓旅途的疲憊一掃而光。                                          房間更是超棒，佈置得精緻典雅，各類設施一應俱全。每一刻都美得令人心醉神迷。房間內床鋪舒適柔軟，衞生條件良好，浴室乾淨整潔，熱水供應充足，還配備了冰箱、保險箱、電熱水壺等貼心設施，電視節目豐富，畫質清晰流暢，免費提供的洗漱用品質量上乘，礦泉水、拖鞋也一應俱全，住得無比安心。                         酒店的餐飲堪稱一絕，菜品豐富多樣，從海鮮大餐到特色熱帶水果甜品，每一口都甜到心裏，食材新鮮，營養又健康。娛樂設施更是完善，私人沙灘細膩柔軟，漫步其上，海風拂面；泳池水質清澈，暢遊幾圈，暢快淋漓；躺在池畔躺椅上享受日光浴，愜意悠然。小童遊樂區趣味十足，孩子玩得不亦樂乎，家長也能放心放鬆。此外，酒店還有健身房、遊戲室、棋牌室等多樣娛樂場所，花園環境優美，露台風景宜人。         不得不提的是，酒店的服務細節周到，員工robin友善熱情，需求響應迅速，客房服務隨叫隨到，還提供免費 WiFi、免費早餐，種類豐富，口味鮮美可口。周邊配套齊全，位置優越便利，交通出行輕鬆，停車場寬敞，停車方便安全，周邊環境安靜，十分適合休息放鬆。特別感謝工作人員 Robin 的悉心服務，讓我們此次三亞之旅的每一個瞬間都充滿美好與愜意，性價比極高，真心強烈推薦給大家！

I stayed at the Shangri-La Sanya to celebrate a friend’s birthday over the weekend. We booked the Club King Room which came with a lot of free activities and saved us a lot. Check in was smooth as I was helped By Guest Relations Supervisor, Dora and her colleague Nancy. They were kind, attentive and professional. The hotel has a mini supermarket in Building 1, which was nice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel was incredible. I would suggest S.E.A restaurant it’s a Southeast Asian Restaurant. I feel the hotel failed my expectations in two area: 1. The spread offered at afternoon was limited and if you didn’t arrive on time you had to wait about 10-20 mins for the next batch of food to come out. 2. At Happy Hour in the club lounge, there was a few bottles of hard liquor, chilled prosecco and wine. However?l, once the bottle was empty it was replaced with another fresh bottle. Other than that, my friend and I had an amazing stay and was definitely worth it.

We loved this quaint little place. Off the main shopping street so it’s a bit less busy but still close enough to make for easy access. Right on the beach which is both a good thing and potentially a slight issue for those wanting a place that is quiet at night. You will have to deal with the club music from a couple other beachside places who play loud music (albeit good and live) until 23:00 every night. The highlights for us would be the service which was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident dog was also a big highlight for us as she (Muo Muo) was so sweet. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who doesn’t have an issue with late night music.

Stayed 4 days in a hotel. The hotel is located nearby the biggest shopping mall in dadunhai area, which provides a big number of attractions inside, fine dining and shopping. Dadunhai beach is okay with well developed infrastructure. Breakfast is perfect with a huge amounts of dishes both European, Russian and Chinese cuisine.

This hotel is a vestige of its former glory. It’s clean and tidy, but could use an upgrade. Facilities are ok, even though swimming pools are not all open. It’s quite disappointing and the hotel’s pictures do not represent the current conditions. Location is amazing, and while swimming in front of the hotel is technically forbidden, everybody does! Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Easy access to the beach (closer than most hotels in Yalong Bay). Budget friendly though so it might be worth it for the location. You’ve been warned!

😄住了個套房 感覺還不錯 房間很乾凈 離海邊不遠走路10分鐘 在窗户上可以看到青嵐大橋和銅鼓嶺海灘 樓下有個超市買東西方便 這一片地區吃飯都不太方便 需要去三公裡外的鎮上 旁邊有公交站 去鎮上也算方便 打車12塊錢 或者去海邊的夜市 不過叫外賣還是有很多好吃的😋 我找老闆幫着聯繫租了個小電動 騎了一週給了100塊

We have gone into great lengths to select the best resort in Sanya Haitang Bay for our 3rd leg of the vacation from Haikou & Sanya. Our stay at Grand Hyatt was immensely enjoyable as we find the facilities and the resort to be top notch. It’s our best stay for our entire Hainan trip. Our butler Lynn has made sure our stay was impeccable as she initiated communication with us even before we arrive and made sure all our request was fulfilled. During our stay, we did requested certain services to our suite and it was performed promptly and swiftly. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, we were given an comfortable arrangement and access to the executive lounge so that we can rest out the afternoon prior to our departure. All in all , we were impressed with this resort and lastly but not least Lynn has given us the extra touch and attention to make this a very memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort.
