Sebuah hotel yang bagus yang boleh digunakan sebagai persinggahan.
Kakitangannya sangat responsif, sopan, dan fokus kepada pelanggan.
Terdapat sebuah gimnasium kecil (mesin kabel yang agak, ehem, biasa-biasa sahaja, beberapa treadmill, rak dumbbell 15 kg, dan tikar untuk senaman ultra-fizikal).
Sebuah restoran yang bagus dengan makanan yang lazat dan kakitangan yang sopan dan cekap.
Perlu diingatkan bahawa kalis bunyi yang lemah di dalam hotel—bunyi dari lorong jelas kedengaran.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Variety of food for brekfast. Location is quite central - Less than 10 mins walk to Delipark Mall and Tjong A Fie Mansion. Theres a bus station nearby too but we use grab most of the time. Pls note that pavements in Indonesia are generally not being maintained - so watch out for holes, metal rods, uneven surface etc. Highly recommended.

Sememangnya hotel terbaik di Medan!
Sarapan pagi yang luar biasa dengan kopi ais terbaik yang pernah saya nikmati. Perkhidmatan sangat baik dengan sekurang-kurangnya 3-4 kakitangan datang ke meja saya untuk membawakan saya telur yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, roti bakar Perancis yang dibuat mengikut pesanan, kopi, dan sebagainya.

jarak berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah pusat dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah. mendapat mixue cafe dan mart di hadapan hotel. katilnya sangat selesa dan lembut. proses daftar masuk agak cepat. hargai itu. air panas dan mandi juga bagus. mereka mendapat spa untuk urutan dengan harga yang murah ditambah baucar diskaun 100 ribu IDR untuk spa. tetapi saya harap, kakitangan spa akan memberi sedikit masa peribadi untuk pelanggan semasa menukar pakaian dan masa mandi selepas urut dan bukannya membersihkan dan mengatur bilik, berjalan masuk dan keluar semasa pelanggan menukar. ia agak tidak menghormati saya bahawa saya tidak mahu mengulangi perkhidmatan itu. juga keseluruhan sesi saya hendaklah 90 minit (urut tradisional ) & lilin telinga (45 minit). start pukul 12.20 pm tapi habis pukul 2 pm. jadi pastinya tidak disyorkan jika anda ingin membayar untuk jumlah masa yang betul yang anda dapat. hotel ini mempunyai perkhidmatan penyimpanan untuk bagasi sekiranya anda ingin keluar / ke pusat membeli-belah selepas waktu daftar keluar sebelum kembali ke lapangan terbang. Saya akan mengulangi penginapan tetapi bukan perkhidmatan spa.

Hotel ini hebat tetapi masih mempunyai beberapa pengubahsuaian dan terletak berhampiran stesen kereta api dengan berjalan kaki kira-kira beberapa minit. Sarapan pagi yang baik mempunyai banyak pilihan dengan. Satu-satunya masalah ialah trafik sangat padat sehingga anda tidak dapat mencari lampu isyarat.

Saya menempah Hotel Aryaduta Medan melalui Trip.com dan keseluruhan prosesnya lancar dan bebas masalah. Tempahannya mudah, harga yang ditawarkan lebih kompetitif berbanding platform lain, dan pengesahannya serta-merta. Semasa daftar masuk, tiada masalah langsung.
Hotel Aryaduta Medan terletak di pusat bandar, sangat dekat dengan pusat membeli-belah dan restoran. Biliknya luas, bersih dan selesa. Sarapan pagi mempunyai pelbagai pilihan tempatan dan antarabangsa. Kolam renang dan kemudahan lain juga bagus untuk keluarga.
Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati dengan pengalaman saya menggunakan Trip.com dan penginapan saya di Hotel Aryaduta Medan. Saya pasti akan menggunakan Trip.com lagi untuk tempahan akan datang.

Stayed here for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Location was convenient for sightseeing and transport. Overall, good value for money and worth recommending to families and solo travelers.

- The check-in process is smooth, good and requests are fulfilled.
- clean and tidy rooms, amenities available.
- TV channels are very bad, TV broadcasts are difficult to watch.
- the swimming pool was very busy and full, there were no officers on duty, the pool floor was very dirty with food and water waste, there were no officers to clean the area. There are not enough changing rooms for crowded conditions.
- The corridor floor is muddy and watery due to visitors.
- In the breakfast restaurant, many of the menus are out of stock, there are no seats because it is full of visitors, many people fight over food like village people who never eat well.
- the checkout process was good and there were no problems.
Hopefully in the future it will be more organized and improved for the better.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is good, located in the heart of Medan, close to shopping malls and not far from the Medan city rail station. Taxis are also convenient. It's worth noting that Medan Airport is quite a distance from the hotel, about a 1-hour taxi ride.

GGuest UserI really liked the hotel's location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around.
My suggestions are:
The room's cleanliness could be improved, and the bed frame needs to be fixed.
Initially, the fridge had issues. I contacted staff and went to the counter to have it repaired, but no one came to fix it by the time I checked out. Also, the breakfast wasn't as delicious as last year.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay here because the staff were all so friendly.

西西蒙子No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers.
The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough.
Staff helped to bring luggage to the room.
The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car.

ZZafarullah MuftiThis is my second stay in this hotel. I booked again as my previous experience was good. Reception staff is good and cooperative. Although, I had to face a couple problems which had been resolved, but it was good. The food is very tasty and comperatively reasonable. I would prefer to book again if I happen to come again to Medan.

TToricisI had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

- managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong
- comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained
- only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure
- good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered
- gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in
- pool area was nice and not too busy

GGuest UserThis hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and exceptional services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriot group properties in Bal. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and arm chair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and do not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($4 Aus dollars) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment. .

PPeachy14We love our stay here. The room was spacious, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Shower gel and lotion with lightly lavender scented were our favorites.
Breakfast was very delicious with western, asian, and local cuisine.
We also love the service that all the staff provided. Especially the receptionist that helped us had a smooth check in.
Overall we have a great stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Medan.

Loved the availability of WatsApp with the hotel, they responded promptly.
Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly.
The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested.
Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2.
Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am.
Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.
