I was in and out of this hotel from March to May 2021, whilst travelling for work. The rooms differ in layout, but are generally comfortable and kept very clean. Most of the staff are polite, helpful and kind - sadly there’s one or two exceptions, which lowered my rating. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel if the location is convenient for you!

Lovely Hotel in Monrovia. Rooms were a little outdated. Lovely breakfast in the am. Menu options were limited. Good variety of different restaurants on the hotel campus. Pool is great. Staff are excellent. For Monrovia, this is probably one of the better hotels.

I had to stay at Murex for a few days the time to find a place to rent for a few months. The big drawback is the staff, especially at the restaurant on the first floor. They are not that interested in helping, ride with some clients, often text on their phones. Some Do the minimum, others are nicer but in a minority. Restaurant first floor is “ok” although on the expensive side for the quality. The Lebanese restaurant at the top floor is nicer. The Lebanese manager there is nice and helpful. Rooms are just ok. Clean. I would not recommend this hotel until the management does its job: training its staff.

Lifestyle Luxury is a fairly new hotel in Thinker Village south of Monrovia. The area is safe but busy. Traffic can be a nightmare. Service is good but the receptionist can be cold. Bellman and security are excellent. Note: I have 2 Amex cards - gold and platinum and it did not accept after calling my bank prior to arriving in Liberia. They did require a cash deposit of $150 which is not necessary if you paid in full from an aggregate site like ******* or **********. The food prices and snack prices exorbitant for the hotel and the area. Drink prices are $5.00 for beer and well drinks $8.00USD. The local beer on the street is $1.50. Gym was very nice and the pool was refreshing. The elevator stopped working several times while I was there and power went out but backup came on within 30 seconds or less. The plus is the hot water showers. Very good. Liberia needs to up the tourism and this hotel is a start. Not for long term. Trust my reviews.

I was in Monrovia in February 2020 for a business visit and had stayed at the Bella Case hotel, which is centre of Monrovia. It is around 1.5 hours drive from Roberts International Airport and its advised that you should pre-book the cab as the airport doesn't have official cab services. There is also Farmington Hotel just outside the airport (5 minutes walking distance) where you can also stay. The stay at Bella Casa was comfortable and I got the room at USD 100 per night by directly contacting them. You should negotiate with the reception desk person to give you the room at rear which has a window and you can see outside else they can provide you a bad room with no outside view. The breakfast is average. There is also an Indian restaurant at a walking distance where you can have a good meal. The hotel doesn't provide a good set of complimentary toiletries so please carry your own set. If you have an early flight to catch in morning it is advisable that you check out a day previous and stay at Farmington hotel (overnight) at discounted rate - however check with them on this prior to going to this hotel.

The staff are the best I have ever met. They are always smiling and so helpful. I was getting late for an event and one of them offer to do my ironing. The rooms are clean and cozy. Staff cleaned up on time. Fast and reliable internet connection.
