The room was not complete clean they were stains in some of the surfaces and the lamps were not clean. The service at the restaurant is very poor as I waited at the hostess table around 10 min and no one came over so I felt it was very lack of service but the food overall is good. The facilities are okay but the SPA is still closed. I had a great experience as it closed to the areas I needed to be and the front desk was very helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows are great! Excellent views of the cerro and the amenities in the room are just great smell so good.

I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service. My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight! The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape. Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

I visited Safi Valle at Monterrey for business. The hotel was very clean, located in safety area. There were various amenities around it, such as Starbucks, OXXO CVS, Soriana supermarket, and a big shopping mall. I was a little disappointed at relying on ice buckets without a refrigerator, but it's not important.

Gorgeous hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. They should let you know beforehand that they will charge you for the parking, that I think is very unfair since you're in a remote area,not downtown or CBD. Is around $200 pesos but still, when asked about it they were just like wondering if they should just give me a pass or charge me. So I don't know how does it works. A lady was complaining about it with the manager for about the half an hour it took me to do the check in. Besides this thing, all was great, nice terrace

Nos hospedamos el año pasado y regresamos nuevamente, encontramos los mismos detalles de la última vez. La persona a cargo del área de alberca no sabía dar información general, no había máquinas de hielo en cada piso y más de una vez solicitamos asistencia a recepción y nunca respondían los teléfonos. Directamente en recepción el personal fue muy atento, igualmente camaristas y felicitaciones especiales a un señor mayor que nos llevó a la habitación una cuna para nuestra bebé, fue muy amable y servicial.

Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

The location is amazing and the hotel is very good generally speaking but it used to be much better because they have you free parking in the airport which they only do it know for 1 day. I think that was the most appealing thing about this hotel and not offering it really hurts its appeal.
